There's Little Richard
I currently have an ear infection and therefor only had one earbud in for this album. I hoped hearing only half the audio would make this album only half as bad. No such luck

Frustrating listen, they get some good riffs in there but the whole tone of this album is so obnoxious to me. Jump is good, brownie points for brevity and a great album cover
I like it! First 3 songs and the closer are the clear highlights for me due to being way more dynamic than everything in between, but when we get several songs of sad piano and virtuostic vocals it starts blending together, even if it's not getting on my nerves
Quite listenable all the way through some high-mark chunes spread throughout. "It's up to You" basically describes the whole plot of Mother!
Contains several of my favorite moments in all of music. Have a Cigar is neat but the clear thing not measuring up to the rest if the material. There's an argument this is the best album cover
Goodness this really wore thin for me by the end. There are a handful of moments where things quiet down for a little that I thought had some impact but so much of this otherwise stays in 1 mode to its detriment. Really lost patience with the vocals in particular
Good
Strong and mostly consistent. Dan the Automator really gets to flex and that's usually a boon to any project
Really fantastic, varied, impactful. As Bharg said, albums like this are the whole reason to be doing this project
Lovely!
classic album in my household growing up. strong highs throughout with a handful of songs that are in one ear and out the other. Like the stranger reprise hidden track at the end, great way to close out
Hey really listenable and fun if not able to get over being very indebted to AnCo
Pretty solid for the most part but some tiresome tracks start cropping up towards the end and they're some of the longest to boot
Relistened to The Boxer like 10 times today
Really quite soothing and consistent throughout
:dancing_couple_emoji:
Opening track might be the best thing they've ever done
Listened to OG. Rocks
I love dissonance
handful of moments that catch my attention but this is over an hour and is very samey. Doesn't really ever hold onto me and feels a bit one-note
We are the Blankies Green Album Listening Society
Radioactive levels of pre-9/11
Love the many weirder parts they have here
Trip-hopping to the top
So engaging throughout except for at last i am free, but the rest is so fun and well-developed
so eclectic, vibrant, and dare I say life-affirming
So many moments that live in my brain forever: the way Frank barks Tony, the leftover studio banter, Kim Deal's "ooo"s, the cord ripping out to end the guitar meltdown in Vamos, the verve of the drums, the incorrect Spanish just a million musical tics swirling around in my head coming from a sum of music barely over half an hour
Contains only great ideas and only for exactly as long as they remain fully great. An alt-rock miracle
Found this far easier to get on with Medulla. A pretty impressive opening statement for a newly solo artist
Just not my thing. Dying for a bit of edge or impact and I don't like the vocals
qu'est-ce que c'est!
Neat
Great throughout but I want to simmer in those first 2 tracks forever
Broadly enjoyable as a tone if a little one-note
Outside of the spoken word this really kicks ass
Front to back fantastic and absorbing soundscapes
Good if too overlong at the expense of distintive songs
Hell ya Lenny I also think Prince is pretty cool
Good album, bruce simply not one of my guys. Any time he gets repetivie it drives me a little crazy but there are some undeniable songs on here regardless
Really won me over by the end
Wish I liked this more! I'm so picky with folk from this era
Love finding a track I know but didn't know was on the album of the day
Genuinely forgot how good this is
radiohead leftovers. I think this is the first album we've done where I both don't understand its inclusion and it felt like a waste of time
how else can I put it other than they just fucking shred
The samples alone
Not intolerable but also not good
Shoutout kid amnesiac exhibition
simply not an enjoyer of the lyrics of one taylor swift
God dang groovy
Lacking the standout songs for me but I like the sound of it
I concede I liked it. Could use more songs like speedway
I've never gotten down so hard to the sounds of a pained child calling out for his mother
New rule, if I'm adding a song to my playlist and feeling pretty whatever about how I decide then I think that means 2 stars
Won't these dorks please shut up
Nothing like a certified banger in the middle of an album to emphasize how meandering everything else feels
We should be ruder to ska

Not a metalhead but this doesn't do any of the things I typically bounce of and is so fun. Have to hand it to them
Kind of irritating at points but I mostly vibed
Probably the coolest album released by a mainstream band in the 60s
Ahh!!
Such high highs
Faust IV stars
Vol.4/5
Honestly I vibed
I currently have an ear infection and therefor only had one earbud in for this album. I hoped hearing only half the audio would make this album only half as bad. No such luck
Road trip album 1. Couldn't have asked for a better way to kick it off
These boys like it wet
Didn't much enjoy a single second of this. Grating, amorphous, derivative
A star for each of them. Rip dolly
Go white boy go
