Fav: Dirge Least Fav: Death Threat This was awesome, loved the mix of rock and electronic sounds together, like a rockier version of groups such as Portishead. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Fav: Pinball Wizard Least Fav: Overture Ngl I expected a lot more from this album, was hoping for more songs on the same level as Pinball Wizard. Interesting concept though

Fav: Safesurfer Least Fav: Hung Up And Hanging Out To Dry
Fav: Jeru Least Fav: Moon Dreams
Fav: Motherโs Daughter Least Fav: El Nicoya
Fav: Maybe After Heโs Gone Least Fav: A Rose For Emily Second half was a bit disappointing
Fav: Two Words Least Fav: Get Em High Not bad for my first hip hop album of this project
Fav: Paradise City Least Fav: Mr. Brownstone Lived up to the hype
Fav: Spray Least Fav: Bel Air I totally get why this album was on the list, and I definitely agree that itโs worthy of being on the list, but itโs just not for me at all
Fav: Sister Ray Least Fav: Lady Godivaโs Operation Similar issue to the previous album but I like this one a little more
Fav: Till There Was You Least Fav: Little Child Itโs nice to see the early Beatles before they became the groundbreaking band later in their career, but this was mainly forgettable with the exception of a couple songs
Fav: Beauty And The Beast Least Fav: Neukรถln Was not expecting that second half of the album, but it pleasantly surprised me
Fav: Frankenstein Least Fav: Bad Girl
Fav: They Always Come Least Fav: Donโt Vocals didnโt bug me as much as I expected going into this. This album was almost going to bee a 5/5 but the last 2 tracks were not fly, and they brought it down. Other than that, I was buzzing when the other songs were playing
Fav: Saturday Nightโs Alright (For Fighting) Least Fav: Jamaica Jerk-Off
Fav: The Unforgiven Least Fav: Donโt Tread On Me
Fav: Walk This Way Least Fav: Perfection (ironic) A couple of good songs on here but I was not a fan of their beatboxing
Fav: Geno Least Fav: I Couldnโt Help It If I Tried The horns were the one saving grace of this, as it would definitely be a 1/5 without them. This album would win a 5/5 on incomprehensible vocals though
Fav: Sabotage Least Fav: Eugeneโs Lament
Fav: The Other Newest One Least Fav: Manimal Felt very long for 38 minutes
Fav: Cold War Least Fav: Neon Gumbo This album surprised me, itโs incredibly good and I never got tired of it at all. Itโs albums like these that make me glad I do this.
Fav: Free Bird Least Fav: Mississippi Kid Some nice easy-listening rock music, with Free Bird being the standout song. It wasnโt bad at all but also wasnโt incredible. Regardless, I liked it enough to listen to it again.
Fav: Altar Of Sacrifice Least Fav: Necrophobic Havenโt listened to much metal in my life so this was interesting to listen to. I liked it but I felt like it relied on the same tricks and I got kinda bored by the end but I still liked it overall, so itโs worthy of a 3/5 in my eyes.
Fav: My Mistakes Were Made For You Least Fav: I Donโt Like You Anymore I like Alex Turnerโs music but I found this to be quite average.
Fav: Who Are You Least Fav: The Ocean Doesnโt Want Me A very interesting album that is beginning to grow on me. Vocals are the obvious weak point but the overall sound and lyrics were quite impressive and by the end I was beginning to like it a little. It may be a 2/5 to me right now but I can see that growing with a few more listens.
Fav: Barrytown Least Fav: Through With Buzz
Fav: Yellow Least Fav: We Never Change Yellow is such a perfect song. Rest of the album was rather nice with the exception of a couple dull moments. Even the weakest track was nice to listen to and proves early Coldplay was good, especially when you see what theyโve becomeโฆ
Fav: This Is What Sheโs Like Least Fav: Reminisce - Pt. 2 It was ok I guess, liked it a bit more than the other album by this group. It encapsulates a 5/10 rating
Fav: Bridge Over Troubled Water Least Fav: Why Donโt You Write Me
Fav: Dy-Na-Mi-Tee Least Fav: Watch Over Them The first few tracks were great, and then it just started to decline from there. It was ok but I donโt see myself ever coming back to this album
Fav: Taper Jean Girl Least Fav: King Of The Rodeo Yeah, that singing is just not very good
Fav: Kick In The Eye Least Fav: Of Lillies And Remains I was expecting to hate this based on the first track but I was pleasantly surprised. Not all of the ideas itโs going for manage to stick but itโs an admirable effort with some great songs.
Fav: Racing In The Street Least Fav: Candyโs Room Iโm surprised at all the reviews here saying or implying he canโt sing, Springsteenโs voice is great!
Fav: Sunday Morning Least Fav: European Son This album was worth the hype, and only faltered at the last 2 songs. I saw some people say they didnโt like Nicoโs vocals but I enjoyed her singing.
Fav: Baby Can I Hold You Least Fav: Mountains Oโ Things
Fav: So Long, Marianne Least Fav: Master Song Some nice easy listening songs, enjoyed this more than I expected
Fav: Wind Up Least Fav: Mother Goose The good songs I really enjoyed, but a majority of the songs I just found forgettable. I admire the usage of flutes though.
Fav: There, There Least Fav: The Gloaming Finally got an album Iโve already heard before! As far as Radiohead goes itโs got a couple flaws with the weaker songs but a majority of this album is amazing. Even some of the more experimental stuff was pretty nice, for the most part, with the highlights being conveniently at the beginning, middle and end of the album.
Fav: The King From Red Bank Least Fav: After Supper
Fav: Father And Son Least Fav: Tea For The Tillerman
Fav: Mr. Grieves Least Fav: Tame The screaming songs were hit-or-miss for me and the second half of the album didnโt really do much for me. However I do think that there are moments of brilliance on this album that bring it up to a 3/5. Debaser, Here Comes Your Man and Mr. Grieves being my favourites
Fav: Wesleyโs Theory Least Fav: For Free? - Interlude Incredible album, and u has got to be the greatest song I never want to listen to again.
Fav: Bad Meets Evil Least Fav: As The World Turns Beats were pretty nice and thereโs a few songs I enjoyed but the majority I either didnโt care for or actively disliked. The edginess didnโt bother me but Eminemโs rapping wasnโt really doing it for me.
Fav: 1975 Least Fav: With Tomorrow It was alright, consistently decent but nothing really stood out. Iโll probably forget about this album within a week.
Fav: Rocks Off Least Fav: I Just Want To See His Face This didnโt need to be 18 tracks long. At least some of the songs were very good
Fav: The Nigga Ya Love To Hate Least Fav: Once Upon A Time In The Projects After the 4th song it begins to grow boring and very same-y, I respect what itโs going for but it just really didnโt captivate me. The misogyny was certainly not great either. This album basically has the same issues of the Eminem album I listened to previously.
Fav: Footprints Least Fav: Pubic Enemy The highlight for me was the instrumental sections, and overall album was great with 1-2 meh tracks. Iโd say overall I am very excited to listen to more albums by A Tribe Called Quest.
Fav: Let It Grow Least Fav: Willie And The Hand Jive Even putting aside my dislike for Eric Clapton, this was just incredibly boring for me.
Fav: Ants Invasion Least Fav: Killer In The Home By far the weirdest album Iโve listened to yet, and somehow I was able to enjoy it, o donโt think it was a masterpiece but I respected the album for just doing itโs own thing with the yodelling, the pirate song and โant music for sex people, sex music for ant peopleโ
Fav: Dollar Days Least Fav: Girl Loves Me A lot more jazzy than I expected. I enjoyed the album but as I donโt really listen to Bowie much I felt as if some of the emotional impact wasnโt as strong as it couldโve been, in spite of this I thought it was well done and no song was necessarily bad but just had a couple of weaker sections.
Fav: Dirge Least Fav: Death Threat This was awesome, loved the mix of rock and electronic sounds together, like a rockier version of groups such as Portishead. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Fav: Proud Mary Least Fav: Graveyard Train Thought I was going to hate this but was surprised by a few of the songs including the origins version of Proud Mary. Some of the bluesiness didnโt really vibe with me but it wasnโt something I hated. Will need to revisit in the future.
Fav: Dancing In The Dark Least Fav: Glory Days Stronger second half, but is filled with great songs with great lyrics, not much else to say but I enjoyed it even with some of its weaker tracks.
Fav: Pyramid Song Least Fav: Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors This album is something Iโve always considered on the weaker side of Radioheadโs discography. I respect the experimental but it does not always work when youโve got songs like Pulk/Pull Revolving Doors. Some of the better songs like Pyramid Song and Knives Out show that this album has quality when it wants to.
Fav: Jazz Police Least Fav: Tower Of Song The sheer contrast from this to the previous Cohen album I listened to (Songs Of Leonard Cohen) was crazy and I was blown away. Backing vocals were great and I am certainly a Leonard Cohen fan if I wasnโt before. Only issue was a couple of the songs felt meh but not I didnโt hate.
Fav: When The Levee Breaks Least Fav: Misty Mountain Hop First time properly listening to Led Zeppelin and what a way to start, it was fantastic. I was only familiar with Stairway To Heaven but the rest of the album was fantastic too, with a couple of issues with songs but nothing to rank any individual song below a 4/5.
Fav: The Boys Are Back In Town Least Fav: Sha-La-La Way too long, with way too much filler. These factors outweigh the actually good songs and leaves me disappointed for my 100th album
Fav: Jealousy Least Fav: Only The Wind One thing this list is making me realise is that I enjoy electronica a lot more than I thought I did. This album is very much a product of 80s-early 90s but does it so well.
Fav: Come All Ye Least Fav: Medley: The Lark In The Morning The singing and instruments was good in terms of ability but it didnโt do much for me. It was ok.
Fav: Ready Teddy Least Fav: Miss Ann Decent, but all of the songs almost blend into one. Hard for me to differentiate.
Fav: Sly Least Fav: Vein Melter Was dreading this as a 41 minute album with 4 songs did not seem very appealing to me, but to my surprise the album was as great and the individual song length wasnโt even as issue. Best jazz and best funk album Iโve heard so far.
Fav: Willow Weep For Me Least Fav: Just A Gigolo Incredible voice, very cosy sounding album
Fav: Help The Youth Of America Least Fav: The Marriage My only prior knowledge of Billy Bragg was his debut album which was ok at best, so I was expecting to dislike this if it was anything like that. Iโm happy to say that this is SO much better, so much so that I was really struggling whether to give it a 4 or 5. My rule is that there can be 1 song thatโs not great and still be a 5 star album as long as the song isnโt offensively bad, and as much as I tried to I couldnโt justify giving it a 5 but this is by far my strongest 4 to date. Hope he appears more on this list
Fav: Amor De Loca Juventud Least Fav: Orgullecida No matter how good or bad it is, Iโll never get tired of world music on this list, itโs always a treat and a gateway to cultures outside of what Iโm used to
Fav: Street Joy Least Fav: River To Consider Perfectly fine album, but just feels like itโs missing something that would make it a 5. Not sure about this album so Iโll keep it at a 4. So far 2010s has had no bad albums, so Iโm hoping it stays that way
Fav: Shiver Least Fav: (Well) Dusted This wouldโve been a 1/5 if the second half wasnโt as good as it was
Fav: Just Go Away Least Fav: I Know But I Donโt Know Yknow maybe new wave isnโt so bad after all
Fav: The Man Who Sold The World Least Fav: Dumb Man, that second half was sure was uninteresting! Atleast they pulled it around in the last 2 songs
Fav: Call Me Least Fav: Fear My favourite part was how whenever it sounded like it was gonna decrease in quality they just completely changed it up. Only issue was the vocals sometimes not being fantastic
Fav: Much Too Much Least Fav: Iโm A Man Another one thatโs so close to being a 5โฆatleast itโs definitely my favourite 60s album so far
Fav: N.I.B. Least Fav: Black Sabbath Itโs ok, and Iโll acknowledge that on a better day I may have rated this higher, but I didnโt vibe with this as much as Iโd hoped. Thereโs some talent in there for sure
Fav: Prowler Least Fav: Running Free I was ready to hate this due to my indifference to metal and the terrible album cover, but it managed to pull through with 8 masterfully crafted songs
Fav: Inertiatic Esp Least Fav: Son Et Lumiere The chaotic nature of the songs got really boring after a while, way too long and way too similar imo. Thereโs definitely talent there so itโs not worthy of a 2
Fav: I See Your Face Before Me Least Fav: Glad To Be Unhappy Long and boring. I enjoy some Sinatra but it was just too much of the same thing, and I get that structuring of albums was different back then, but itโs still bad
Fav: Strange Brew Least Fav: Motherโs Lament Certainly better than Eric Claptonโs solo work
Fav: (I Live For) Cars And Girls Least Fav: Back To Africa Thereโs a couple really good songs here that are surrounded by mediocre to bad songs, this couldโve been so much better
Fav: Barbarism Begins At Home Least Fav: Meat Is Murder Iโve put off The Smiths for a while, but if all their albums sound like this maybe itโs worth giving them a shot
Fav: Good Grief Least Fav: Weenie Beani Supremely boring and generic, was very happy for this to end. Dave Grohl canโt sing
Fav: Could You Be The One? Least Fav: Visionary Really wanted to give this a 4/5 but itโs too long and needs cutting down by a large amount, however there are some cracking songs on here
Fav: Soul On Fire Least Fav: Telecosmic Alechemy This was incredible, lo-fi rock is something new to me and it will be something Iโll be getting into. Im shocked at such a low average rating, this album was great
Fav: Valentine Least Fav: The Party If your worst track on the album is The Party, youโre doing something right. So far these electronica picks have been perfect
Fav: Girls Just Want To Have Fun Least Fav: Yeah Yeah This did not sound as I expected it to, itโs good and Cyndiโs voice is great but some of the songs feel lacking. Unsure how to feel about it rn so Iโll stick with a 3
Fav: Cocaine Blues Least Fav: Dark As The Dungeon Best country album Iโve received so far
Fav: Harryโs House / Centerpiece Least Fav: Donโt Interrupt The Sorrow Damn Joni, I was not familiar with your game
Fav: Where Is My Mind? Least Fav: Cactus Disappointed at the lack of surfing music here ngl
Fav: Wilmot Least Fav: Bubble And Slide Certainly the strangest album Iโve listened to so far, and it doesnโt feel very haunted but all the songs slap. Someโฆinteresting choices for these songs but they just work
Fav: Let England Shake Least Fav: Hanging In The Wire
Fav: Ballad Of The Sackslingers Least Fav: Mother Beimleim Had too many short songs that affected the pacing, but the lyrics and overall feel of life in Germany in and out of war was done very well. Flawed but worth the listen
Fav: 19-2000 Least Fav: Punk Itโs a decent start, but you can tell Damon Albarn was finding his feet with this album
Fav: Obatala Least Fav: El San Juanera
Fav: L.A. Woman Least Fav: Crawling King Snake
Fav: Yours Is No Disgrace Least Fav: The Clap Itโs a Yes from me
Fav: (Nice Dream) Least Fav: Bones This is one of those albums thatโs pretty much perfect, a favourite of mine
Fav: All I Need Least Fav: Tical Thereโs a lot of hip hop albums that that Iโve enjoyed hearing for the first time through this list, this was really not one of them
Fav: Ready, Able Least Fav: Cheerleader Very frustrating mix of incredible songs and boring songs, shouldโve cut it down a little
Fav: How To Mend A Broken Heart Least Fav: So Youโre Leaving Itโs aight, does enough to be good but not enough to be great
Fav: The Garden Of Earthly Delights Least Fav: The American Metaphysical Circus Iโm scared
Fav: Kingโs Lead Hat Least Fav: Kurtโs Rejoinder Ok I can see why Brian Eno is a big deal
Fav: If You Have To Ask Least Fav: Theyโre Red Hot They play their instruments competently, but this is lost behind the atrocious lyrics and bloated track list which takes away from the charm of the actually good songs, which there arenโt many of. When they hit they do a decent job but the misses are the standouts, especially when itโs this long
Fav: Bhoop Least Fav: Rag Piloo Very calming, not much else to say
Fav: Here, There And Everywhere Least Fav: Doctor Robert Best Beatles album on the list so far, but some of the tracks feel like theyโre missing something. Itโs shocking that some of these songs were made in the 60sโฆ
Fav: Kometenmelodie 2 Least Fav: Mitternacht Quite mesmerising
Fav: River Least Fav: Carey Yeah, sheโs good
Fav: Fall In Love With Me Least Fav: Alien Nice enough album that loses steam after a strong start. Very impressive for 1979, I see where 80s groups got inspiration from
Fav: Every Day Should Be A Holiday Least Fav: Pete International Airport Turns out the quality of their music came down too
Fav: The World Is Yours Least Fav: One Love (feat. Q-Tip) Albums like these really make me want to get into hip hop, it just hits all the right notes for me
Fav: Cosmia Least Fav: Monkey & Bear Itโs a Ys from me
Fav: Harry Flowers Least Fav: The Monkey King Very relaxing, but I couldnโt help but feel that the album dragged on towards the end. Still, it was an enjoyable album
Fav: Style Least Fav: Bad Blood Nothing against Taylor Swift or her fans but this just bored me. Style was the only song I genuinely liked
Fav: Life On Mars? Least Fav: Kooks After so many David Bowie albums that Iโve rated 4, Iโve finally found one worthy of a 5/5
Fav: The One Least Fav: Hot Dog I hate everything about this, and itโs confirmed that nu-metal was a mistake
Fav: Fight For Your Right Least Fav: Girls Very disappointed with this one, nowhere near as good as my previous Beastie Boys album. Songs like โGirlsโ left me in disbelief that people thought that it was good enough to include on the album. Fight For Your Right is a great song but the gap in quality between that and the rest of the album is huge
Fav: Orange Crush Least Fav: Get Up Felt more orange than green
Fav: Bitches Brew Least Fav: John McLaughlin Freestyle jazz was hitting different in the background as I was doing my wordle and other NY Times games.
Fav: Walk On Least Fav: In A Little While I actually like Brian Enoโs production on this album quite a lot
Fav: Neon Lights Least Fav: Metropolis This made me feel like a retro-futuristic robot, and I enjoyed every second of it
Fav: Blue Orchid Least Fav: The Nurse
Fav: I Build This Garden For Us Least Fav: Freedom Train
Fav: The Heart Remains A Child Least Fav: Big Deal Thought the vocals were pretty boring
Fav: Add It Up Least Fav: To The Kill Got jumpscared expecting an all-woman punk album only to discover that this is an all-man folk punk album
Fav: Tarkus Least Fav: Are You Ready Eddy? Strange of them to end a prog rock album with a rock n roll tune
Fav: Pinball Wizard Least Fav: Overture Ngl I expected a lot more from this album, was hoping for more songs on the same level as Pinball Wizard. Interesting concept though
Fav: Sun Hits The Sky Least Fav: Sometimes I Make You Sad Hope they made a lot of money off of this album
Fav: When We Were Young Least Fav: I Miss You Adele doesnโt do much wrong per say, but itโs the lack of originality thatโs holding her down
Fav: Eternal Life Least Fav: Bow Second half was better imo
Fav: Love Bites Least Fav: Excitable That just felt like one massive hour-long song, sooooo boring
Fav: Maseru Least Fav: Ingoo Pow-Pow (Childrenโs Song) For every track being long, this album didnโt feel like a slog
Fav: Purple Rain Least Fav: Darling Nikki About as good as that Purple Rain cocktail I had a while ago
Fav: Cry To Me Least Fav: Wonโt You Give Him (One More Chance)
Fav: When You Love Least Fav: Calvary I especially loved the bits that sounded like being transported into psychedelic Silent Hill
Fav: Like A Rolling Stone Least Fav: It Takes A Lot To Laugh, It Takes A Train To Cry Unlike all of my previous attempts to enjoy Bob Dylanโs music, something has clicked and I get why his music is so revered. Incredible stuff
Fav: Canโt Let Go Least Fav: Concrete And Barbed Wire Iโm so glad the second half was better, that first half had me truly bored
Fav: Stan Least Fav: Marshall Mathers I just donโt get Eminem
Fav: Southern Man Least Fav: Cripple Creek Ferry Itโs competently made with a couple stand-out songs, but much of this did nothing for me
Fav: Revolution Least Fav: How Does It Feel Right now Iโm feeling a Spacemen 3/5, could change laterโฆ
Fav: Terrapin Least Fav: No Good Trying These feel like demos to actual songs that resurface on YouTube, just very messy
Fav: Ray Of Light Least Fav: Skin Itโs MAD to me that sheโs ONNA roll with each song on the album. Sorry
Fav: Blue Sunday Least Fav: You Make Me Real Not usually a fan of blues rock, but The Doors just manage to make it interesting, so fair play to them
Fav: Rockinโ Stroll Least Fav: The Turnpike Down Itโs a shame about The Lemonheads
Fav: Jamieโs Cryin Least Fav: You Really Got Me It was alright I guess
Fav: Black Hole Sun Least Fav: Let Me Drown
Fav: Waltz Of The New Moon Least Fav: The Water Song This is nowhere near as bad as some are suggesting
Fav: Last Bongo In Belgium Least Fav: Dueling Bongos Dare I say, too many bongos?
Fav: I Am The Resurrection Least Fav: Donโt Stop Itโs a real shame they only made one album and nothing more
Fav: Knights Of Cydonia Least Fav: Soldierโs Poem Muse are my all-time favourite band and theyโve always meant so much to me. This album is superb and Iโm saddened to find out this is the only muse album on the last, alas atleast thereโs one. This is another album I consider flawless
Fav: The Fairest Of Seasons Least Fav: It Was A Pleasure Then I actually like Nicoโs vocals, but some of these songs really do overstay their welcome
Fav: This Is A Low Least Fav: Lot 105 Shoutout to all the people who gave this itโs rightful 5/5. Blur are without a doubt one of the 90s best bands
Fav: Y Control Least Fav: Date With The Night Had me thinking no no no for most of the album
Fav: A Certain Romance Least Fav: Perhaps Vampires Is A Bit Strong Butโฆ Itโs peak, another 5/5
Fav: Sleigh Ride Least Fav: Parade Of The Wooden Soldiers Got me in the Christmas spirit, and thatโs all I can ask for
Fav: Becalmed Least Fav: Sky Saw Rough start, but man some of those ambient tracks are beautiful. Eno does ethereal so well
Fav: Iโm Set Free Least Fav: The Murder Mystery Better than their album w/ Nico imo
Fav: Bloodsport Least Fav: Wardance Not a complete joke
Fav: Anarchy In The UK Least Fav: Liar
Fav: You Donโt Know Me Least Fav: Hey, Good Lookinโ He made a really nice blues album, and thatโs an achievement in itself
Fav: Dead Bodies Everywhere Least Fav: All In The Family (feat. Fred Durst) At its worst, itโs amusingly bad, but some of the songs do go hard af, a noticeable improvement from fellow nu-metal group Limp Bizkit and their tragic album thatโs on this list
Fav: A House Is Not A Motel Least Fav: Live And Let Live I didnโt love thisโฆ
Fav: Slick Least Fav: Changes Enough to be pleasant, not enough to be interesting
Fav: Most Of Us Are Sad Least Fav: Nightingale I had a normal night and Iโm indifferent about the fuckin Eagles man
Fav: Homesick Least Fav: Factory Is this just the Australian child of Nirvana and Oasis? Yes. Do I love it in spite of that? Also yes
Fav: Another Girl, Another Planet Least Fav: Creature Of Doom Think it drags a little in the second half but that first half is back to back perfect songs. This is the sorta stuff I like to see. Also shout out to having a song unironically called Creature Of Doom, thatโs what I like to see from song names
Fav: Comfortably Numb Least Fav: Bring The Boys Back Home Honestly I love everything about this except for the transition songs, I get why they exist but theyโre pretty bland. Scrap most of them and you get a 5/5 album
Fav: Can I Sleep In Your Arms Least Fav: Time Of The Preacher Theme Felt like by the time I was starting to enjoy a song, it would end and another similar sounding song would take its place. Thankfully the second half had songs longer than 2 minutes
Fav: Wonโt Get Fooled Again Least Fav: Going Mobile CSI Miami jumpscare
Fav: Would You Believe? Least Fav: Bitters End Itโs a 3 for now, undecided on how I feel but you can tell Brian Eno was part of this
Fav: The Girl From Ipanema Least Fav: Doralice Such a relaxing and cozy album, it Getz a 5/5 from me
Fav: Wild West End Least Fav: Down To The Waterline That first half bored me so much I fell asleep. The second half atleast proved it wasnโt as Dire as I expected it to be. Second half is actually chill instead of boring
Fav: Exiles Least Fav: Larksโ Tongue In Aspic (Part I) Did they get paid extra for each second that they use percussion?
Fav: Mysterious Semblance At The Strand Of Nightmares Least Fav: Phaedra Felt like I was floating through space
Fav: Live Good Least Fav: The Invasion Nice bit of reggae, not much else to say
Fav: After Eight Least Fav: E-Musik This was something NEU! to me, and it was a pleasant surprise
Fav: I Just Donโt Know What To Do With Myself Least Fav: Little Acorns Was hoping Iโd enjoy it more, but unfortunately the songs Iโd heard beforehand werenโt indicative of the quality of the overall album
Fav: C.R.E.A.M (Cash Rules Everything Around Me) Least Fav: Da Mystery Of Chessboxinโ The talk about torture techniques was certainly a choice that was made
Fav: China Girl Least Fav: Sister Midnight They named an album after me
Fav: Psycho Killer Least Fav: Tentative Decisions Talking Heads are a band Iโve really got into this year, and itโs surprising Iโve not heard the debut until now. Itโs surprisingly good, but itโs lacking a couple things that get fixed in later albums
Fav: Helter Skelter Least Fav: Revolution 9 Helter Skelter is the best Beatles song imo
Fav: Ruiner Least Fav: Piggy So many good songs, but I hope Trent Reznor is doing alright atm
Fav: Whispering Pines Least Fav: Rag Mama Rag The Band prove to be a good band by making a country rock album that sounds pretty good for its length. Itโs a shame many forgot this simple trick when making their own albums
Fav: Bohemian Rhapsody Least Fav: Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon Decent album, but Bohemian Rhapsody is a classic for a reason
Fav: Jump Least Fav: Drop Dead Legs
Fav: Alright Least Fav: Weโre Not Supposed To Turns out, this band is more than alright - theyโre incredible! With this and the other Supergrass album on this list, Iโve become a massive fan. Love the punkier vibes on this but the second half lulled a little. Still very good and Iโm happy this website has allowed me to discover artists like this
Fav: A Change Is Gonna Come Least Fav: Rock Me Baby Otis Purple
Fav: Blue Moon Rose Least Fav: The Night I Heard Caruso Sing Whilst this was the better of the two, how have they got two albums on this list, not to mention the countless Tracey Thorn feature jumpscares on other albums
Fav: There She Goes Least Fav: Way Out For being perfectionists, the end result is just soโฆnothing outside a couple good songs
Fav: 22 Acacia Avenue Least Fav: Hallowed Be Thy Name Just like the traditional Iron Maiden we see in pop culture, I assumed that a good metal album was a myth, but Iron Maiden the band have proven me wrong. Maybe metal isnโt so bad after all
Fav: Tin Tin Deo Least Fav: Oyeme
Fav: 5th Season Least Fav: All The Pictures On The Wall Heโs certainly competent and can create decent music, but nothing Iโve heard from any of his projects on this list have convinced me he can consistently make great music. Theres a lot of dull between the impressive stuff
Fav: The Court Of The Crimson King - Including โThe Return Of The Fire Witchโ and โThe Dance Of The Puppetsโ Least Fav: Moonchild - Including โThe Dreamโ and โThe Illusionโ Inject this into my veins NOW
Fav: Get It On Least Fav: The Motivator Not much to say, but I do think the album cover goes hard af
Fav: Have You Seen Her Face Least Fav: Mind Gardens Impressive for the 60s, but thatโs it
Fav: Light My Fire Least Fav: The End Iโm shocked at how much quality is on each individual song, with none standing out as a weak link. Even amongst my 5s, I could atleast see one song weaker than the rest. Great stuff
Fav: Pearl Of The Quarter Least Fav: Razor Boy Dad rock with a side dish of jazz, has some good moments but nothing too impressive overall
Fav: Leaving The Table Least Fav: You Want It Darker Title track isnโt even bad, just that the rest is better imo. Def getting Blackstar vibes from this, and it will get the same rating
Fav: Kamikaze Least Fav: Beautiful Feeling She really likes New York I guess ft Thom Yorke for some reason
Fav: Kids Least Fav: The Handshake Finding a least fav song was difficult, itโs just banger after banger, the nostalgia helps too
Fav: Nine Pound Hammer Least Fav: It Wonโt Get Better This is just a lesser version of Bob Dylan (but itโs not bad at all)
Fav: On The Beach Least Fav: For The Turnstiles Death Stranding 2
Fav: Heaven & Hell (feat. Ghostface Killah) Least Fav: Spot Rusherz The most impressive part is 18 songs and no misses, with some fantastic and varied beats on top of that
Fav: Blue Cafe Least Fav: A Gospel Itโs got a bit of everything, unfortunately that includes Paul Weller rapping
Fav: Low Life Least Fav: Fodderstompf For 3 songs, youโre reminded that John Lydon can create decent music, only for the final 2 songs to question whether you were right to believe that
Fav: September Song Least Fav: Donโt Get Around Much Anymore I cannot believe Iโm giving a country album a 5/5 but here we are. This list is def making me rethink my biases against the genre for sure
Fav: Under The Boardwalk Least Fav: Tom Tom Theme Shows that it wasnโt just David Byrne who made Talking Heads work
Fav: Hotel California Least Fav: Life In The Fast Line A lil better than the other Eagles album on here, but at the end of the day itโs sadly still just the same old Eagles
Fav: Tubular Bells - Pt. 1 Least Fav: Tubular Bells - Pt. 2 Iโd say just get rid of the weird caveman vocals and itโs a 5, some of this was truly beautiful such as the ending parts of Part 1, but those vocals kind of took me out of the vibe
Fav: Firefly Child Least Fav: Identity That scream at the beginning is a litmus test to see who can handle the pure punk emitting from the tracks, the blues explosion if you will
Fav: 10 Dollar Least Fav: Pull Up The People Really wanted to give this a 4, but whenever thereโs a really good beat, M.I.A manages to ruin it in some form, with Bingo being the best example
Fav: Policy Of Truth Least Fav: World In My Eyes Yeah I can def see how Pet Shop Boys were inspired by this
