First three songs of the album were great! Feels bad to give the album a 3/5, but I lost interest after cecilia (excluding The Boxer). I enjoyed listening to the album but would only return to the songs I enjoyed. This is album 1/1001 so my rating scale might change as I listen to more albums.

If you wanted a 1995 grunge sound, this is exactly that. Kinda weird to get this album only a day after Dave Grohl came out that he had a child out of wedlock. It wasn't bad but nothing stood out as amazing. I probably will not revisit this album.
Bit too doomer for me. I only knew shadowplay going into this album because of the Killers cover.
Groovy album, 10 Zillion is a banger
Having not listened to the kinks before, they feel like an alternate reality Beatles. The discontentment towards the war/work for an average person still ring true 50 years later.
I enjoyed the psychedelic parts of the album. They really get into the jams on the longer songs of this album (Light my Fire / The End).
Very okay, a bit long with the 2 disc LP.
Strong female vocalist, similar to Fiona Apple to me
Once in a Lifetime steals the show. The Overload was a surprisingly dark and droning end to the album.
"Marquee Moon" song was really good, the rest of the album was okay
was like listening to the Lumines: Puzzle Fusion soundtrack for 2 hours
They really just named the album "we got this one banger and an hour of other shit"
Ominous Melancholic Nostalgic Sounds like The Books / Thom Yorke / Com Truise
