What a way to start this journey with an absolute banger. Saw Oasis live so I can't give any other rating than the full 5 stars. Biblical.
Legendary. In my childhood I often heard Iron Maiden and especially this album.
Psycho Killer is a classic. Overall the album is fun but not really my cup of tea.
Beautiful. Makes me wanna light a cig and have a whiskey.
A classic.
I love jazz but I’m not familiar with this combination. But I’m liking this more than I expected!
This took me to the local pub. After a few beers, this album would hit hard, but otherwise it’s a bit too boring for my liking.
Fun, rock n roll itself. Made my foot move along the beats. I would listen again but nothing really stuck out for me.
It’s a vibe but because of the length, this album became boring.
Okay so I actually enjoyed the beats and the groove. However, this didn't bring any major new elements that I haven't heard before. I don't usually go for this type of music and this didn't change my mind.
Marvellous album. Made its job to create the Christmas spirit :)
Another absolute classic. Paradise City gives me chills in the best way possible. What a memory lane.
Wasn’t familiar with this album before but it’s pretty likable. T. Rex is always a safe bet. A solid album.
A solid rock album. Nothing groundbreaking. I only knew Pour Some Sugar On Me so this album did not have the memories aspect. That’s why it gets 3/5.
”Every Breath You Take” did and will always do something to me. Also, honorable mention to ”Murder By Numbers”, sick track! Overall, the album was mediocre. If I could, I would give 3,5 stars.
Damn, I really wish this album had more variation. Some songs just sounded the same to me. The Doors is amazing but this is just not my favourite album from them.
Now this is what I’m talking about!! I just love that damn guitar. Usually I don’t like songs that are super long but with this, I don’t mind it at all. Vibes are immaculate.
Honestly the album is beautiful, I am just rarely in a mood for this type of melancholy.
It’s fun and energetic. I just don’t see myself returning to this album.
I appreciate experimenting but no. Extremely anxiety inducing.
Aah, I’ve totally forgotten about “Lovely Head”, what a tune! I learned it again that trip-hop has my heart. The vocals are insane. I absolute adore the seductive and mysterious vibe this album gives.
I have to admit that I’ve always struggled with Neil Young and this album was no exception. The songs don’t vary enough for my liking and his voice doesn’t do anything to me. But “Southern Man” was pretty good and it got added to my playlist!
”Take On Me” is one of my least favourite classic songs but I think overall the album is pretty solid.
Nice background music, pretty enjoyable and chill. Nothing special.
I was scared when I discovered that this album contains punk as I’m not the biggest fan of it BUT I was pleasantly surprised when solid rock and chiller songs strated playing.
I prefer other Beatles albums.
Jeez another Neil Young’s album for this week. I preferred this one though because it had more variation and it was more energetic. Liked the violin on “Running Dry”.
This album woukd hit while being drunk or even tipsy. Not my favourite album from Daft Punk.
a pleasant surprise
Occasionally kind of repetitive. I enjoyed “A Strange Boy” a lot, apparently a song needs few guitar chords and I’m hooked.
Yes. Absolute ride on a memory lane.
Basic but really enjoyable and fun!
Very noice, liked “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face” a lot
A decent jazz album
This album didn’t deliver, it gave me nothing. Meh. I gave it 2/5 because of the the few pretty nice but kind of mid guitar solos
i’m shocked but not in a good way. A couple songs left me speechless because of how bad they were.
Yes the Queen sound is there. Not a total fan.
Pretty good. Just too long for my liking
Not my favourite from him
What a banger is "Lost in Music"! If I had existed in the 80s, I would have seen myself dancing in a disco to this
Honestly my exceptions were low but this was a decent album. I probably won’t return to this but it was alright.
What a snooze fest. This is the type of music that gives me nothing.
Yes sir, a classic that doesn’t disappoint
This is dope!
if i wasn’t sober this would’ve hit better tbh
now this is just utterly boring
literally screamed when i saw that this album was on here. love it!
can’t believe i’m saying this but as a not big fan of Neil Young this album was dope! gosh, on the beach, what a tune!!
usually not a huge fan of live albums but this was good. just too long for my liking but the tracks were noice
appreciate experimenting but this is just too quirky for me
musically this had potential but idk it just feels lazy?
for me the problem with the most hiphop albums are that they are just too long and kind of tiring. I just have to be in a mood to listen to this and that happens rarely. but however I understand why some people absolutely vibe with these type of albums
this is a nightmare. absolutely beautiful songs but after the second track it gets quite repetitive and hard to get through
gotta love Hendrix’s guitar solos, wish this album included more of those
great tunes! some songs are just too long without any variation in beats which resulted in me getting a bit bored
this one has a perfect amount of weirdness init
vocals were overpowering. didn’t enjoy the vocals so no for me.
Mostly this pissed me off but there were couple decent tunes
love his voice. just not a huge fan of pure acoustic guitar music
this gave me nothing
what just happened?? the first half was amazing and then out of nowhere it just turned really bad
second side is amazing and that saved this album for me
this is a cool idea but the singer’s voice is just horrible to listen to.
