I've always been a fan of the doors but I can tell you that this is not my favorite album of theirs. I felt that the 3 so-called radio singles are the best songs. The rest of everything else seems like a lot of filler. Nothing really memorable or catchy about it. It's one of those albums that I probably won't listen to again. If you like the lizard king poet, there are a few moments on here where he shines, but the loose blues feel doesn't really pull you in too often if at all. 3/5

This album holds up! Maybe it is the nostalgia of it all, but as the album played it reminded me of being 13 and everything that came along with it. I remember buying this album and really loving the non-singles (On a Plain, Drain You, Territorial Pissings)... which I still do love, but man the radio singles play like anthems. I believe this is a no skip album.

Not my favorite type of music but I understand the appeal. Good for background music. Probably will not listen again unless a special circumstance arises.

One of the finest hip hop recordings ever made. Take out the misogynistic tone and it would be perfect. This album set the standard for hip hop in the 90s and it still is a very enjoyable record to listen to.

Great vocals, Great vibe on this album. Not my favorite type of music. Great background music for me.

Classic album, but some of it is a little stale. The hits are bonified and it's easy to see why they are staples in classic rock, but the rest of the album is a little stale.

Some of it was good, some of it was okay. Definitely. An album that I would not go back and listen to again but I was not turned off by it either.

Good album, holds up well after all this time.
