This was OK, but I just don’t think I was in the mood at 6 o’clock in the morning
Was NOT a fan growing up. Really dig this now though. So unique, what a force.
Better than I expected. Still not my jam but I can appreciate the art.
More like 2.5. I feel bad rating it this low when I feel like they walked so Sleater Kinney could run, a band I like significantly more somehow lol.
I can appreciate this but just not for me.
Not my thing really. :/
Definitely full of bops but can't say I'd seek it out?
Not for me, sorry.
Ahhhhh. Like...respect. But it's a 3.5 for me, simply because I struggle to listen to the album straight through. Gets a bit much.
I always thought I would hate this album because I haaaate Black Hole Sun with a white hot intensity that has not lessened with time. But it's really not bad. The overall sound feels repetitive to me (like if I would listen again, I couldn't just raw dog the whole album straight through), but I am pleasantly surprised how much I don't hate this.
I'm not even going to listen to this trash AND I'm still going to give it a 1. Because fuck no.
It's fine? I just never understood the massive hype when it came out.
I appreciate how classic this is but it's just not my jam, bit repetitive.
I've always been aware of this album and its influence but hadn't sought it out. It's not entirely my thing but I did enjoy it and it was a really cool listen.
Definitely not an album to listen to straight through, and not really for me, but I don't mind it?
I remember this was one of my Columbia House CDs when I was like, 12. God I must have been disappointed.
This is the absolutely opposite of whatever my taste is. I hate it with fire.
This got so old so fast.
I am struggling to decide between 1 and 2 stars. Like, it's a 1 for me, but I can also appreciate their contribution to the genre. Or something.
God, the beats are great and the lyrics are cringe.
God this is a struggle. I can appreciate it, it's not for me, I'm mostly exhausted of it and I cannot remove myself objectively.
I just can't, I'm sure the songwriting is great and he's got something to say, but it's just not for me.
Trying to separate the art from the artist but failed, plus this shit is just too much of a desperate rip off.
