Yesterday I learned I hate Korn… more than I originally thought was possible.

Not a huge jazz fan… rated it a 3 because I understand from a technical standpoint, this is a great album, so my rating is more of one out of respect for Miles Davis and his contribution to music. it’s just not my cup of tea.
Part rap part horror/sci-fi. The beats were good (the only reason I am giving this a two) but the lyrics were cringe… and let me tell ya to listen to this while working in the hospital was wild. 😆
Enjoyed the listen, but it’s not my favorite PJ Harvey.
Good classic album
All the classics. This was fun to listen to while driving on the highway.
Nice concept album. Did not recognize any song. Lol
Great album. Especially when driving through the mountains!
Highly recommend taking an edible and listening to this by a campfire. That’s how I enjoyed it.
Yesterday I learned I hate Korn… more than I originally thought was possible.
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. Some I enjoyed more than others, such as The Kill, Scum, Human Garbage, and C.S.
You’d think I would like this more than I did but it’s all slow songs and the songs were kind of just meh.
I enjoyed this album. Though Back to Black is better. The first song was the most early 2000 song ever (read: mildly offensive). But the rest of the songs were good. Fuck me pumps of course being the best.
If I could I would give it a 4.5. Great album.
I feel like Alice Cooper was most definitely a theater kid.
I somehow missed Screaming Trees the first time around. But I really enjoyed this.
I love Jay Z. My favorite album is The Black album but I enjoy The Blueprint as well.
I liked this way more than I thought I would. I would probably give it a 2.5 if that was a thing but I’m feeling generous. Lol
I put it on while working as background. It was fine. Not my vibe. I just am not a jazz person. At least it didn’t give me anxiety like most jazz.
The entire time I listened to this I kept picturing Bruce Springsteen dressed as Pennywise singing French metal in a circus tent. 🤷🏻♀️ it is unique but I probably won’t listen again.
I enjoyed this. I would listen again.
Bob Dylan can write one hell of a song…but he can’t sing it…and shouldn’t.
The Doors are great. Also it took me 42 years to realize just how creepy “show me the way to the next little girl” truly is. 😬
This was fine. Nothing special in my opinion.
I’m surprised I actually thought I would like this more than I did.
If halves were a thing I would have given this a 2.5 but they aren’t. I just can’t fully give it a 3. I liked it though.
Haven’t listened to RHCP in a while. Enjoyed listening again. But I think they are a band you can only take in smaller doses.
There is a version of me in the timeline of my life that would have given this a 5. But I am just not that version of me. I did however enjoy listening to this again after all these years, more than I expected to.
I listened to this the same day as NIN 😆. It was fine. Nothing overly special to me.
No notes.
I had never listened to them before. I like the album. Would listen again.
One of those bands that I immediately recognized the name but couldn’t recall their music. Enjoyed some songs. Others I could have done without… like the last one. What was that? Might listen to it again someday…. But probably won’t.
Techno just is not my thing.
I grew up listening to this album because my mother loved Sade. Not my cup of tea but there are a few songs that I enjoy.
I felt like I was in a heist movie. Like the part where the go over the plan and you see the characters doing all the things… very oceans 11. I liked this but am unlikely to listen again. This is something I would give a 2.5 if I could but I will elevate it to a 3.
I love the Smiths but this isn’t my favorite album.
This was such a fun album. I would totally listen to this again.
This album starts off so strong and ends like on a fizzle. But it’s a great album.
Like listening to a drunk muppet.
Enjoyed several songs. Others were just meh.
Dare I say, I enjoyed this album?
I would probably give it a 2.5. I get that he’s one of the greats. Just not my speed.
The music was ok. The lyrics were ridiculous.
Better than Korn but not by much.
The soundtrack of my decent into madness.
I like Arcade Fire. 3 albums on this list is a bit much.
There were some hits and there were some misses. 2.5 if there were halves….but I can’t say I would listen to the entire album again.
I feel like I was in coffee shop open mic hell
A classic.
I swear this is a parody band. But it was fun.
I was hoping to like this more than I actually did. Nothing really stood out or grabbed me.
The line “everyone needs a bosom for a pillow”? Perfection. A Punjabi version on Norweigan Wood? Chef’s kiss. 3.5
It’s no Royals, but I enjoyed this album when it came out and several songs made it onto my playlists. 3.5
Perfection.
I was in to this album in highschool because I worked at a record store and we played it in the store a lot. For nostalgia purposes it’s a 3.5.
I didn’t hate it. Didn’t love it. Probably wouldn’t listen again.
3.5
The movie is trash. But the album is perfection.
So many filler songs. This album could have been 10 songs and been much better. Really want to give it a 2.5 but I am bumping it up to 3 because of Beyonce
I enjoyed this. I was on the fence between a 3 and a 4… but I’m feeling generous.
Not my favorite Bowie but still Bowie.
This was bloody awful
I like how she came back to Spotify just in time for us to listen.
I should like this more than I do. I like Stories better.
I personally have a soft spot for Oasis. Don’t Look Back in Anger is a legitimately great song. Also I’m probably related to them.
Love me some Steely Dan
I have said it before and I will say it again…. There comes a time in everyone’s life when they succumb to the music stylings of Peter Gabriel… this album has some quintessential Peter Gabriel.
This may be the only electronic music I actually like.
Some of my favorite Nirvana songs on this album. So good!
Bob Dylan sounds like a Classically trained opera singer in comparison to Tom Waits. Like nails on a chalkboard.
I was obsessed with this album in college, but my tastes have changed enough that I can’t give it a 5. Still a great album though! 💕
Really this would be a 2.5 but I am feeling generous.
The British are weird. Songs were ok. Only one I truly liked was Someone’s Coming
2.5
This sounds like David Bowie singing Tom Waits.
I remember really loving this when it came out but there are several meh songs. I like well enough. It’s no Bedtime Stories.
This felt very manufactured. Not at all authentic. I didn’t hate the music or lyrics or vocals…. It just felt like the music you’d hear in a tv show where there is a fake band.
My first concert was Alanis. This album was pivotal to my youth. It carried me from kid to teenager.
Look ABBA’s greatest hits is all you need to listen to from ABBA. Their greatest hits are awesome. Anything else from them is just mid.
This album is perfection. It’s a 6. I will fight you on this. This is the hill I will absolutely unalive myself on.
I’d probably say 2.5
It’s ambient music so like, it’s fine. Not life changing.
