Good 60s pop/rock. Nothing special or no big standout songs (other than Time of the Season), but good for an easy summer-y listen.

Johnny's crowd interactions are very fun, but musically I much prefer his Folsom Prison album.

Solid boom bap 90s rap with added flair and great production.

So by Peter Gabriel

Solid 80s pop. First two songs are amazing, the rest of the album is a slight let down from there.

Never heard it before, but this was great. Essential prog rock. Like a funky and poppier Dark Side of the Moon.

Solid and I'm sure very influential, not really my cup of tea though.

Elvis Presley by Elvis Presley

Elvis is a legend but this album doesn’t really have any of my favorite songs of his and doesn’t flow very well.

The Village Green Preservation Society by The Kinks

Pretty solid, feels like a blues-ier Beatles album.

GREY Area by Little Simz

Good, not really my thing though.

Goo by Sonic Youth

A bit uneven, but some amazing guitar work. Sounds very ahead of its time.

Live At The Regal by B.B. King

Decent, not really my thing and I'm not a big fan of live albums. Great stage presence though.

Sheer Heart Attack by Queen

I’m simultaneously impressed and bored by Queen. Killer Queen is a classic but not a lot of other standouts to me. Brian May rocks though.

Dog Man Star by Suede

Hadn’t heard of this one before, really solid though!

This Is Hardcore by Pulp

Good Brit-pop, but not great. A couple of hits for sure, but I prefer their previous album.

The Next Day by David Bowie

Not Bowie’s best, and not that interesting otherwise.

Doolittle by Pixies

Classic, ahead of its time. Lots of great tracks, maybe isn’t the most coherent as an album, but a very fun listen.

Classic, lots of great tracks.

Stankonia by OutKast

Pretty great, kinda long. I’m more of an Aquemini fan.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack

Impressive trip hop album, I found it a bit boring though.

Chris by Christine and the Queens

Nothing special, sounds like a lot of other synth pop of that era.

Talk Talk Talk by The Psychedelic Furs

Has a lot of the elements of music I like, but I found this one pretty dry and with no real standouts.
