Peace Sells...But Who's Buying
Megadethmegadeth would be well served by mustaine shutting up
megadeth would be well served by mustaine shutting up
mildly interesting but mostly boring and the singing is very irritating... i couldn't finish it
you know what hell yeah
if bob dylan tried to make a space rock album and ended up with a somehow more boring version of coldplay
(good) morning, captain
most metalheads had a punk phase and i am no exception so this was quite nostalgic. closing track was a standout
glad i stuck with this one bc it improved a little towards the end
ok devo you win
so good i let it play through twice without noticing
i was immediately put off by the first track but as i kept listening this album slowly won me over
fun but quickly got pretty boring and repetitive... outstayed its welcome
not particularly memorable but more than tolerable
aeromid
some really nice piano
the original compositions are really good but they are few and far between the just ok covers
very solid album
i love kate bush but my album picks would be different than the three chosen for 1001... hounds of love is good but a little overrated imo
conflicting feelings on this mixed bag album
admirably earnest but so boring and irritating
is there a version of this album without the smug narration introducing the instruments or the grunting? lol
milquetoast world music
warm and funky
first song was fun but it got really annoying after that
after years of wanting to like it i'm no longer afraid to say ministry is in the lowest tier of industrial music. boring, annoying and headache inducing
oh elvis what is this... this is terrible...
finally some good food
overrated misogyny fest
chrissie hynde i want you so bad
a rowdy goofy album for teenage boys only
i forgot how much i love bauhaus what the hell... first five star album so far
i love arthur yaaay
solid... crowd pleasing
i forgot how goofy and corny this album is LOL
wasn't a fan but at least it was interesting at times
pretty good i suppose...
wait this is so sick wtf
i will always have a soft spot for bad brains
i'm a lesbian
no idea how i got through this it is legitimately awful
stupid but fun enough that i can't hate
it's not terrible but it was pretty boring and dragged a LOT
yeah this is a 5
budget mr bungle
yes has grown on me honestly
some interesting and enjoyable instrumentation but unfortunately boring vocals
yet more interesting music ruined by the most unbearable annoying insufferable singing ever
probably the best elvis costello album
deeply inoffensive...no strong opinions either way here
some interesting instrumentation but the vocals were grating and overall i got bored and couldn't finish it
bit of a snoozefest really...
sparks are at least unique if not anything else
i've always been fond of orion
i associate this album with my dad so heavily lol
not my dad's britpop band of choice but it's honestly fine
not suuuper interesting but i liked it
annoying it pissed me off a bit
good but overstayed its welcome a little
i actually can't do this i'm getting flashbacks to my a level art classes
why does pet sounds sound so christmassy
solid as concrete
i understand what they were going for
why
pretty good thrash
doesn't deserve to be on this list
i understand why some may not like this but i enjoyed the warmth and authenticity
pmo a little ngl
pleasantly surprised and reminded of kate bush
i liked happy mondays better
yay! more kate bush
never been fond of omd
adequate
pmo so bad sorry
ehhh
fuck it five stars i love the stranglers
boring...bland...
decent but repetitive and not very memorable
could you imagine the smiths without whiner extraordinaire morrissey
bright and gentle, short and sweet
steely WHO?!
lot of unfavourable reviews on here but i enjoyed this one
cartoonish in every possible way (derogatory)
i've always wanted to like bjΓΆrk more than i actually do
had a good grove to it to start with but got grating quickly
like a worse smiths album
only decent when accompanying the film
dreamy synthpop grounded by strong post punk basslines
grew on me the longer i let it play
expertly balances blues and psychedelia
like it or not, this is invention
punk softened and muddied by ineffective genre blending
incredibly unmemorable
i didn't really want to give skynyrd 4 stars but they deserve it
generic noughties garage rock
roxy were making post-punk before punk
mark e smith is a bit annoying
gorgeous album
i love this woman
you could say i LOVE this album
rip ozzy
snore...
decent stuff
love or hate adam but the ants have a very distinctive sound for sure
the vocals put me off
bro thinks he's bob dylan
i too want to be a horse
should NOT be a double album
what are the chances of two led zeppelin albums in a row?
influential but doesn't stand up the best on its own
largely forgettable
go on then have five stars. holy nostalgic
well i'm sure this is Somebody's jam...
not for me Really
doesn't stand out to me but pleasant
ngl i prefer joy division to new order
