AWE YEAH! LIT
Enjoyed this more than I thought I would
Just not for me.
Bang a gong and other songs no one knows about

Sounds like Bowie. Isn't Bowie.
Only really heard the title song before. Meh. He's a better actor.
Nice background noise. Like Cake, this guy can't really sing, but talks fast and makes it work with the music.
This is older than me. I can see why KJ said he was falling asleep on Friday.
Never heard of them before. Interesting.
Sounds like punk.
Generally pleasant.
Listening to this, I thought, I get tones of Luscious Jackson. When the album finished, Spotify continued into Naked Eye.
Yes
Just not my think. I expected bewildered beasts to be more bewildering. (I guess)
Some of their big hits on this one.
Still sampled today in some dance songs.
Fa fuck is this
Yaaaassss!
This one gave me a headache.
First listened to this on reel to reel that my dad brought back from Vietnam. Funny thing is when I played them as a kid, my dad would yell from the other room "turn that noise down". Also was my first intro to the Beatles, Manfred Man, Mamas and Papas...
I generally like Deep Purple, but sometimes bands go over the top on live sets. This is a good example of that.
You know, not bad for background noise.
Meh. I preferred it when Spotify rolled into the Breeders Cannonball when this album ended.
This was so much of my high school days.
This one threw me for a loop. Would have not picked this as the BeeGees based on the more recent/popular stuff.
Youngest of the Willburys.
What the hell was all that screaming.
For being 49 years old this holds up
At the time, this was pretty influential.
For a band I've never heard of, this was way better than expected.
Not sure what I just listened to, but maybe drugs would help?
Interesting background noise, but not something I would have picked on my own.
mehkons?
Just not for me.
So many good angry songs on here.
Groovy dude
Some big hitters on there. Early Clapton.
quirky, but I didn't hate it.
This is as old as me.
3rd Coast represent
Not a clue what they were saying, but it's pretty chill.
AWE YEAH! LIT
meh
:horns:
You know, better than I thought.
I tried. This got more and more depressing as it contained.
Meh
I generally like New Order. Don't get this album
Groove is in the Heart salvaged this one.
What the crapshit is this?
Meh. Screaming.
Not something I would seek out, but I enjoyed this
Meh. They all sound the same but not unlikeable.
There are so many more "Willie" albums. Not sure why this one of him singing a bunch of other people's songs makes this list.
I owned this on vinyl growing up. Not sure where it went.
I have this on cassette.
OG angry bish music
I mean, for 1978 this had to be pretty advanced stuff.
3rd best Zeppelin album
Lots of solid songs, but like all they sing about is sex, without explicitly saying sex.
Omg, it was the same thing over and over and never ended
I didn't hate it. Just can't relate to it. The album did seem to have a story to it though.
Just ok other than the title song.
Iconic. Tried watching the movie in college, but was told by my room mate at the time that "it makes more sense if you're stoned".
I like EC, but this wasn't the album I would have picked for this list.
Beginning to think this isn't random
Lots of covers.
Lots of bangers on here.
The early 70s must have been a dark time
Classic
I forgot how good this is.
I'm glad they got better after this
Not usually a big fan of live albums, but this worked
Solid album. The first song is the only one that really did well on this album.
I'd do 3.5 if I could.
I tried. Really.
Just ok. I enjoyed when the playlist rolled into Van Morrison more though.
Twang a rang.
There was that one song
I mean, it's what you expect with punk and good is probably as good as it gets. Too repetitive. Would like in small doses, but a whole album is not a small dose.
Emmylou Harris...still alive. A couple of nice covers mixed in with a few classics and a few sleepy songs.
My first CD!
Seemed to go all downhill after the first song. I had to stop after an hour.
Meh
Pleasantly surprised by this one
Merry go round metal? I'm not sure what that was.
I generally like The Cure. Didn't care too much for this one.
This was much better than I anticipated.
I like the beat, but not a fan of most of the lyrics. I can see how this makes the list though.
Meh
Enjoyed this too bad the whole album wasn't available on Spotify.
A few great songs on this. They definitely refined their sound on their following albums.
twangerang
38 minutes for two songs. OK. Chill background music while I was working tonight.
What did I just listen to?
Yes Neil is holding his breath and not letting us listen in Spotify. YouTube thanks you for the ad revenue.
Better than Adele; worse than Mumble and Sons
Of course the first song is banger, but the rest were pleasant enough.
I think this guy likes PSB more than Elvis Costello, but it's close.
Get your mojo rising...
This was just OK. Nothing jumped out as spectacular.
Fiddles, not banjos.
Flashback. A few of these were pretty big in the day, but they can stay there for the most part.
The have been worse albums on this list.
Big part of my music growing up.
Bang a gong and other songs no one knows about
This got funnier as it went on (and yes I listened to all of it). I can't say I'll need to listen to this again and do feel like this guy is punking us a bit.
I'm giving this 3 stars. I should give it 2 for having to endure listening to it on Youtube. I hope we're done with Neil Young, but fear we'll get another album in a week.
Interesting. Can't say I'd pick this, but not terrible.
A pleasant break from some of the oddball ones on this list.
I know people who LOVE Wilco. They're just OK to me.
For the genre, this is one of the best.
Meh. I can't imagine why this genre died out...
That's a no from me.
This was very odd and quirky
Interesting sound but did not super enjoy it.
Made for good background noise as I worked.
Not a big fan of live.
Early Winwood
Rawr and more rawr
Background noise.
Pleasant enough
Not terrible
Just ok. Not my thing.
Put on a sweater.
Isn't this the guy who rerecord one of Tswizzles albums?
Meh
For the genre, this is classic.
Better than I expected
The heck was that
Better than some of the other strange ones we've had, but meh.
Not something I'd seek out but ok.
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.
Meh
Not a huge RHCP fan, but this is probably their best.
I could quite possibly sing most of the lyrics on this or at the very least list the next track on most of this
Parts of this sound like YES, but it's not.
How many of these are there?
Never was super into PG, but a few good songs.
I enjoyed this way more than I thought I would.
Hey duck...
Love a few of the songs on here. Others were just OK.
Love this.
I didn't hate this, but also don't need to listen to it again.
Interesting mix of early EDM
A couple of hits and other stuff just OK.
Some classics on here. Wouldn't necessarily seek this out, but enjoyed it.
I just couldn't with this one. I thought the horns might save this but no.
Better than expected
Two weird ones in a row. Giving this a 2, because I wanted to give the other less than 3.
Still holds up all these years later.
Enjoy Song 2, but the rest was a blur.
Dark. Deep. Not for me
Classic.
Not my style, but can see why it's included
Had a Yardbirds feel.
Better than I expected.
Oddly enjoyable
I'm probably supposed to like this, but no.
Words escape me on this one.
Interesting concept
Better than I thought
I'm being generous with a 2
Enjoyed this more than I thought I would
Quirky like you'd expect
So good
I tried.
So good
This was better than I thought it would be
3 of the great ladies of country
I may have to listen again to see why Scott loves this so much.
Fir what it is
I start back into this and the first two that I listen to are steaming piles of poo.
So solid.
Meh
