I had never heard of this band before and it was amazing.

I appreciate what they're doing but it's not quite for me.

I can see why people like this but for me it's just kind of dull. Background music.

I don't really know what to make of this but I think I liked it?

A total classic that I had somehow missed before now, though I'm sure I've heard the main guitar riff from the title track somewhere before.

First half is a tough listen. It gets a little better in the second half. I feel like Tool definitely got inspiration from this for some of their interlude tracks.

This album has some songs that are just okay, and there's definitely a formula. Still, "Born to Run" is a perfect song, and "Thunder Road" isn't far behind.

Put on some good headphones and catch everything that's going on here. Incredible.

I liked "Boxcars". The rest, not so much.

I like some of Nick Cave's work but this one is just dull.

So glad there are some unusual albums like this on the list. I'm either too high or not high enough to fully *get* this, but I'm pretty sure I liked it.

Starts strong but sags a bit by the end. Wish the Foo Fighters choice here had been The Colour and the Shape.

Much prefer Arise to this one. Surprised Sepultura gets two albums to this list when there's not much metal in general.

Album #232 and this is easily the most boring I've heard so far. Music to fall asleep to.

To be fair, I'm not the biggest Rod Stewart fan to begin with, but I'm really unclear on why this particular nothing of an album made the list.

It's not quite as good as Disintegration, but what is?

Can't give this the full 5 stars because of a couple clunkers on disc 2, but "2112", "The Twilight Zone", and "Something for Nothing" make this one of Rush's best. (Yes, there are some clunky lyrics because Peart still believed in Randian philosophy at the time. He got over it.)

This kind of find is what makes this project worth doing. I would never have stumbled across this myself. Beautiful and sad at the same time, somehow.

Almost gave this a 2 because there were some good moments, but in the end it just dragged on too long and started irritating me.
