I was today years old when I learned that Janis Joplin fronted a group before going solo. This version of the album wasn't on Deezer, so I had to listen on YouTube instead.

Almost 20 years ago today, I knew one Coldplay song (Yellow), but from an a cappella cover, when some friends had an extra ticket to a show and invited me along. Chris Martin fucked up the words to one of the songs (I think Clocks or The Scientist) and made them start over from the beginning so we'd get our money's worth. I became an instant fan. I think I still have this CD, even though I don't actually have a CD player.
