OK, kind of generic 90s rock
It's OK. Couple good songs, otherwise background noise.
Interesting, surprised how sad it was. Quite the story it tells. New some songs, hadn't listened as intently before.
Fine for what it was... All Organ and brass. Just not my instruments.
Forgot about this album. FIrst listen was slow to get into, some dumb lyrics. Eventually listened to it a bunch, good stuff.
A bit boring for Beck. Had really expected more. Great lullaby album.
Just an OK album. A bit country but not overly so.
Generic, OK for background music.
Solid album, a few songs that aren't great but mostly really good.
90s rap. It's OK but rather listen to a lot of other music.
Just couldn't get into it.
It's fine, fairly standard late 90s rock.
Overall a pretty good album. Lots of his, a couple misses.
A surprise hit. Not really my style of music but I enjoyed every song on your album.
Tough to get through. All sounds the same, drums never change across the album. 80s slow country pop, ugh.
30 words across the entire album. It's pretty good despite the ridiculous repetitiveness.
Classic rock, short album, mix of good with OK.
Neil Young.... It got a 2 star because it was somehow better than expected... But barely.
It's fine. Put it on in the background.
Good enough. Some nice songs but a lot of the same vibe.
David Bowie makes a 70s musical album. No thanks.
It's OK. Not much more to say.
Had hoped for more. Still an OK album
3 star in the realm of all albums. 2 star would be generous if rating Beach Boys only.
A nice chill album. First song is a banger.
Honestly better than expected. Some bangers and nothing I didn't like. Kentucky Rain hits hard.
No, glam rock at its worst. Terrible singer, boring music.
Some very good tracks, really wanted to rare 5,but unfortunately a few songs bring it down.
Better than expected, will listen again.
Not terrible for David Bowie, this could play in the back ground.
Not bad. Better than expected.
Some highs and some lows. Lots of noise with a few great songs.
Not my style, but I really enjoyed the first song and the rest of the album was better than expected.
It's good, thriller doesn't really fit the vibe of the album but it's a classic. The Paul McCartney song is terrible
It's fine, nothing outstanding or terrible.
On a forced 5 scale, it's 3.5 making it a 4.
Good stuff
Worse than expected. Guy can't get over how good his rhymes are and all the girls he gets as a result. Ridiculous lyrics and the songs all sound the same.
I had hoped for more. It was just ok in the end.
Better than expected, but obtaining just average.
Great album. Surprised me, didn't expect so many to hit.
Truly much better than expected.
It's fine. I'm not a big fan but this album has some classics and she's the queen of soul!
This is my 2nd attempt at this album.
It came up earlier this year, it wasn't good then. But good now. Sleigh Bells sampled the only good 39 seconds from the entire album.
No no no no no. Bob Dylan's ridiculously terrible voice married with a harmonica? Gross. Barely survived listening to the entire thing.
OK background music, expected more out of them.
Unexpected surprise! Great album, will listen to it more.
It was fine. Clearly experimenting and trying some things, most of which mostly worked.
Starts with a couple classics and then just meh...
OK.... U2, general background music
Very good, new to me. Enjoyed every song!
Listened extra times really hoping to push to a 4... Just couldn't do it. Still some good stuff.
Just can't do 70s musicals
Just can't do this, maybe if I need to be put to sleep.
It was ok, had hoped for more but no bad songs at least.
I tried but just not for me
OK, nothing to write home about but nothing bad either
I expected so much more.... It was fine
On a scale of Bob Dylan this is almost good. Not nearly as whiny and the harmonica is much less prominent. Unfortunately still not very good.
Unusual, unexpected, not bad
Surprise banger of an album
Very different and unexpected
Better than expected, still not great
No, I don't need your random post song conversations. And bish is just such a terrible word to hear over and over.
Worst album I've ever listened to
70s rock opera with incredibly cheesy lyrics, pass
Wasn't sure what to expect, listened a few extra times before succumbing to a 4. Good stuff, wide variety.
There are better rem albums. This is good, a couple great songs with a few but so good.
A bit different, had some promise, didn't quite get there.
Highs and lows, good overall
A modern classic, so good!
So much great rock in the 70s and this is the opposite. Everything I'm not about from the decade in a 2 album set.
Better than I expected, but then I am weak for harmonies
Took a few listens but it really grew on me, big fan.
Big fan of Sam Cooke. And I get why this line album made the list, but unfortunately the live atmosphere ruins it for me.
Truly surprised to rank at 4. Some bangers and the rest are good enough
The best I can say, they likely inspired some big names.
Solid album, only knew one song going in and gained a few more keepers.
Some very very good songs with some good enough songs. Added quite a few to my list.
This one surprised me. There's some classics but it rest is pretty solid too.
Big Alice in Chains fan, but this album just isn't it.
This is just ok 90s garage band. Not much to to get excited about but also not much to be offended by.
A classic, great stuff with OK stuff
Aside from the terrible Kendrick Lamar song, this album is just ok.
It was OK, they have better music
OK.... Didn't understand any of it but the vibe was solid enough.
This was such a low quality produced album. Much better stuff from the cure out there.
I had some expectations.... But this was bad. They had some obvious inspirations and they just did worse in every category. 1.5 is warranted so I guess they get 2.
Good but not enough to push to 4
Just average 70s soft rock
This was such a weird album. It's growing in me a bit but there's a lot in here that I just can't do. I might give it a few more listens, for now it's a 3.
So bad I could only listen to it once. "music" combined with a "singer" I guess?
Twas OK, they have a better album though.
This is the first time I've feel sorry for the lead singer. What a terrible life he must live. Music 3/5, lyrics drag this down to a 1.
Rough. On the one hand it's got some nonsense that clearly he doesn't believe in. On the other it's got some stuff he truly does believe in.
Better than expected. Some old favorites and new gems.
It was fine, nothing great or bad really
Wasn't quite what I expected. Good enough but not something I'll directly add to my rotation.
Honestly better than expected
Love this album, every song is so good!
It's fine, safe, background music
It's fine, nothing good or bad to say
Better than expected, even the heavy brass parts didn't break me.
It was OK, had hoped for more
Truly a hard album to rank
Music is a 3 or 4, vocals are a 0. Covers are good, this is unlistenable. 2 because it produced music that others covered for the better.
I thought this night rise to a 4, but it never got there. It's fine, nothing bad but nothing exciting either.
Truly better than expected. I've historically wrote off the clash, today I see that was a mistake.
Pretty lame album. Ridiculously repetitive and the dumbest lyrics. Barely makes a 2.
A let down. Just a man and his harmonica, just doesn't work for me.
I tried to give this a 2. Nothing worked here.
Took a few listens but this album grew on me. Fun stuff. The cousin song is hilarious.
This was a surprise. Good originals with good covers.
A classic, every song is a delight.
A delightful surprise for someone who doesn't care much for Bowie
This album is better than I remember.
It's OK, some good, some ok, nothing bad
A struggle here. A few great songs with a bunch of really mediocre...
Had higher hopes for this one, it was just ok.
Tough to rate. Some really good but some really meh are well.
Meh, nothing exciting here, but nothing terrible either
Had high hopes, it was OK.
Found a couple new songs but overall just ok
There are much better REM albums
I had no idea what to expect. This album has a place, and I wouldn't mind being in that place from time to time. I bet the food is delicious.
It's ok. Pretty repetitive but could be fine in the background. Nothing bad.
Could be worse, but it's not worth listening to again.
Nothing special, nothing bad
Good, but no where near as good as Funeral
So bad I really thought this music only existed in a "make fun of metal" format. Garbage.
Unexpected fun truly a surprise
Pretty lengthy for nothing to really stand out for unfortunately.
An unexpected delight. Will explore more.
Turns out there's more to them then I recall, some good stuff.
This is actually the worst album I've listened to. Ever. There are clearly some instruments. There is sometimes rhythm. There is never melody. It's bad. So bad.
Great voice, but not my style of music. I'd keep it on the background but that's about it
I came into this album really hoping to gain an appreciation for Eminem. It did not work. Ridiculously dumb lyrics. 2 stars because there is some decent music hidden under it all.
Despite being covers with a heavy heavy organ overfill, this album is pretty good.
Pretty boring. Nothing bad but nothing good either. Fine background music.
Interesting album. Might grow on me over time. She has a good voice, music is not quite my thing.
Unexpectedly good. I knew their big hit and suspected it was a "grandfathered in" song. Turns out there was more there that hit. Good stuff.
Better than expected. A few good songs, a couple not very good songs. The rest is fine.
I did not expect the Hole album from yesterday to be better than PJ Harvey, but here we are. PJ Harvey has better music, this album ain't it.
Good stuff. I prefer the instrumentals but they're all pretty good.
Very unexpected 4 star here. Good stuff.
Somehow have never listened to your album. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
