Lyrics so awful and stupid they sound like satire. A crappy band and a one star album showing glimpses of promise but ultimately falling short of two stars. Even nostalgia doesn't make this worth listening to.

Maybe it was the harpsichord, maybe it was the distinct lack of acid to drop before listening, maybe I just hate psychedelic rock but this was an absolute miss for me. The vocals were either over done or the music was complete chaos. 1/5 groovy trips

Why would anyone even recommend listening to this? It is hot trash. Half way through the first track they break out into random guitar and sax solos which gave me an immediate head ache. Track 2 they decided they needed off-key flute solos. Track 3 is a weirdly terrible, yet earnest little ditty. I actually didn't mind the 4th track, a fast, rocky number. Unfortunately, it's back to form after that with another few terrible tracks that are all over the shop.

The mess is nothing short of funny here. I'm tempted to throw a bone out of interest, but far more interesting is the gap between this effort and Forever Changes. The terrible harpsichord as a closing not really did it. Meanwhile 7 and 7 Is passed by essentially in silence.

Why, why, why [Delilah]? It's not the worst album ever handed to me here, but it definitely ranks at or near the top of "why the f*ck is this album here in the first place" department (an all too popular department, I have to add).

Un album de 36 minutes avec une toune de 19 minutes qui n’est autre chose qu’un jam qui ne va nul part. Ça ne laisse pas grand place pour présenter autre chose. Autrement, il y a les chanson quétaines dont on est pas certain de l’intention. Est-ce que c’est sarcastique ou sérieux ?? Bref, ce n’est pas passé à l’histoire et il y a une raison. Ce n’est pas un trésor caché.

Pure random. This is a very odd album. There is no set style throughout. It just sounds like 15 different ‘writers’ came up with 15 different tracks. And not one of the 15 are any good to add salt to injury. I am saddened knowing that this album exists and that people actually enjoy it. For a band named love I’m certainly not loving this album

I first heard Love almost 20 years ago. Swooned over by Rolling Stone and their ilk as ahead of their time I checked out Forever Changes (I suspect we will meet again eventually) and I hated it. Well I still hate Love. Of course this is a different album and I hoped it would be a better experience, but it was not. My entire listening experience left me making the face of McKayla Maroney (Google that if you need to) as I was very unimpressed for the duration. There are a few scattered moments that I didn't hate but they were fleeting. I didn't like one song in its entirety. The 18 minute jam was especially bad. Surprsingly, I did like the drum solo snd unless I was hallucinating I swear I heard Chewbacca like noises briefly. 5 stars for Chewbacca. 1 star for annoying hippie crap. Don't believe the hype: the were "overlooked" for a reason.
