Great album. Not my favourite Foos album but its great. It is amazing considering Dave recorded it in a couple of days and played all instruments.

It was better than I thought it was going to be. I don't think I ever listened to this album before but it surprised me how much I enjoyed it. I can see why people are still talking about it, even today.

It was okay. it was a bit too mellow for me and the album felt longer than should've been. Probably won't make it to my collection. Sorry :(

Sorry Van. This album is awful. Way too long and way too much whining. I really don't know what this album does on this list. I've asked a Van Morrison fan and they agreed, its one of his weakest. The songs are just way too long and no dynamic on this album whatsoever. Same tempo, same whining. Sorry Van, I know you've tried your best.

What a great album. Full of great song, the songwriting is just excellent.

Wow, this album aged poorly. I remember when this came, it was like hot potato and it was everywhere. Upon re-listening...yikes. It is waaaay tooo long... 76 minutes. It is unfortunately the time when everyone puts way to much music on cd. Quantity over quality. There are some redeeming qualities and songs, but yes, it's just not enough. The songs are just way too long, way too annoying (Rock N Roll and Burning), or just too monotonous (Around the World, Da funk). Highlights for me: Indo Silver Club, Alive.

Let me start with this. I don’t like Thom Yorke… saying that this album starts out great. The first 3 or 4 songs, I actually like that. Unfortunately after this the album takes a turn and Thom Yorkes voice becomes annoying. It’s not bad, but I wish the middle part of the album would feature more instrumentals or just less vocals. All in all for me this was the most accessible Radiohead so far

Okay.... First album on this list that im unsure why is it on here. Dont get me wrong, it isnt bad, its just meh. Around this time there were so many bands who did the same thing sonically, so im not sure why Girls Against Boys made the list. Highlights are definitely Bulletproof Cupid and Let me Come Back. The rest...eh... Its just bland. Sorry boys.

This is a pretty excellent album. Im not a country fan but i liked it very much. The slide guitar was a bit annoying here and there, but otherwise solid album. Definitely worth checking it out. Reminded me of Sheryl Crow so much. Whom i also like.

Oh wow, another album that boggles my mind why is it on this list? It's bland, meh, annoying and tooooooooooo long. The songs are just too long and not in a good way. Sorry guys but I just don't find this album appealing. I am struggling to understand what is it that qualifies it to be on here. Highlight song for me: North American Scum

Its a great sounding album, but i got really bored with it. The songs are just slow, and it has that slow horse riding tempo. Mixing wise its amazing, but I can't find much else that's good. Highlight obviously is The Weight. The rest... weightless.. (sorry. not sorry)

Great album. I never actually listened to it before, so it was surprising how many of the songs I knew already. Highlights: El Condor Pasa

Very atmospheric album. The soundscape is beautiful. It gives out a great vibe. I like this album although there are few slow songs. Definitely worth the listen.

Pretentious, hipster shit. Hated this album! I wonder who puts these albums on this list? Seriously, if i wanted to listen to a grown man whine like a japanese woman, I'd put this album on. This was just bad. I am now questioning who decides what goes on this list. Probably someone from the Rolling stone magazine.... they come up with the weirdest things.. Please listen to something else... and im not even joking....

When I started listening to this album, I thought, wow this is what schizophrenia sounds like. And then I read about the album where they are saying Todd Rundgren experimented with drugs before and during the making of this album. And you can hear that. It's not bad, there are some interesting takes and songs. The more accessible part is the B-side for sure. I might dig into the rest of his albums.

Great album. Funk and disco infused. First album with Quincy Jones producing. The album sounds a bit thin, but otherwise I really enjoyed it. Even cranked out a few dance moves. The two slow songs I find the weakest on here, but they are fine!

Gonna be honest, I missed the whole Britpop era fight with Oasis, but to me Oasis all the way. That being sad, its not a bad album, but I've expected more. This was the first time I listened to Blur album all the way. Half I like the other.... it was okay. Highlights definitely the singles but I also really enjoyed London Loves.

I don’t get these albums. These artsy fartsy nonsense collection of songs? How is this better or on par to say Born in the USA or Abbey Road? I genuinely believe whoever decided to put this album in this list was high. There are some good moments on it, but they are literally fleeting moments. But then again what are we excepting from an album called Emperor Tomato Ketchup!

Rush's second best album. 2112 the song is epics and a prog rock master piece. Honestly i love it. You can do air guitar, air drum, sing. Gives me goosebumps!

Great punk/ska punk album. The recording sound is a bit meh, but it adds to the chars. The lyrics and delivery is great. Not sure why this one is on the list but I definitely enjoyed it

Underwhelming. Thats the word that comes to me when I listened to this album. Production sucked balls. The listening experience just wasn't good if that makes sense. I also did not like that they've tried to sound like an american band regarding the lyrics, like dude you are from Wales...

Pretty good album. Ithas great african, soul and funk vibes. Gonna be honest never heard of Fela Kuti before but i really enjoyed this album. The last songs which is a drum duet, i understand this was a bonus track. Its good but really, onyl for enthusiasts.

Cocaine… kids that’s a dangerous drug. If you do much you might turn into Black Sabbath. Now back to the review. Great album, I actually forgot how heavy this album is. Downtuned guitars, great riffs but the Riff Lord himself. Ozzy’s singing is great here. And the rhythm section is top notch.

Is this album classic? 100%. Is this album as good as everyone says it? Ehh… is this album overrated? 100% Don’t get me wrong, sound wise it’s an amazing album. The album is too notch. The album sleeve is downright iconic. But as a whole? Overrated and some song borderline annoying (On the Run, Great gig…). Money and Time and Breathe are great song, the sounds a is beautiful. But to be honest the last 4 songs… meh. I think this album got bigger because of myths and the sleeve

Honestly, i did not care for this album. I've turned it off after 4-5 songs. It was just boring. Not my thing.

It's okay. Nothing special. Obviously, the bookend songs are the highlights here, but the rest... Meh.. Lyrics are interesting enough, but the music is not really, but I understand why they call him the godfather of grunge.

It's an okay album. I can definitely see the appeal to it. I really liked the instrumentals and the backbeats, but the rapping got quite annoying quickly. The lyrics were fun but yeah, it was pretty underwhelming.

This an over rated album. Don't know if it is because of the lead singers tragic passing or the pink floyd effect, where the album cover got more iconic than the album itself. Expected more....

Great album, but I am not a huge fan of it. The sitar gets on my nerves after a while. Nevertheless you have Elenor Rigby, And your bird can sing, Taxman on it and they are classic Beatles songs. Worth checking it out, but i think there are better Beatles albums than this

The first half of the album is definitely better than the second half, but yet again, i dont know why this album is on this list. Its not great. its not bad either... its mainly just boring and bland...

The first part of this album is classic. The second… meh… when you listen to these songs, you understand why they weren’t included on their parent albums… they are just not great. I’m not a big Led Zeppelin fan but this for me easily the worst one

I found this to be another hipster album. It close to what i call Noise pop. Most famous artist is Flume that is can think of. The songs tend to get annoying after a while. I wishi FKA twigs would let her voice shine as she has a great one, but this whispery singing is definitely not my style. Overall, listen to it once but i wont be back for seconds.

I would put The Prodigy on to be honest. I wasn’t interested in this band. They were big when I was growing up but the music never appealed to me. So first time I’ve put this on and it was great. I really like most of the songs, although there were two that are specially annoying. My favourite was Fuel my Fire. Great track! Also the album cover is awesome.

What a great classic heavy metal album. Classic sleeve, classic tune. Now it gets 5 stars without the bonus songs. I loved the production and the songs. Great album

I very much did not like this album. This is one of those art poppy album that I just don’t get. I don’t get how Nick Cave got this big star… like this spoken word singing… just not good. At least not for me. One redeeming song on this album is the Where the wild roses grow, but that’s it’s for me. I even skipped the last two songs. Next….

Great album. Quality songs and writing. I think I enjoyed the Speakerboxx album a bit better, but overall I had fun listening to it. It gets 4 stars because it was a really long slog to listen to this as a whole. If they would’ve cut 5 songs overall, it would’ve the perfect album for me

I find this one of weakest albums in Systems discography. Its not bad, but i like their more melodic but crazy side. Not bad but i would out any of their other albums on the list.

This album reminds me of a night out with my friend. Pretty sure she has ADHD. The night of drinking starts out okay, but all sorts of stories and not everything makes sense. Then a few hours into it it all makes sense (Once in a lifetime) and towards the end you are just feel exhausted listening to her stories, and just keeping up with her. Its not bad but i wouldn't go out with her every weekend. Thats how i feel about this album too

Okay, so i wasn't interested in this album, but gave it a listen anyway. First song is iconic, especially when you are watching it with the video, but i got high once and the song gave me anxiety, so since then i skip it. The rest of the songs are OK. Gets an extra star for the iconic sleeve.

The first two songs on this album are great. The last two... underwhelming. Overall the grooves are great, songs are a bit long for a normal listener but otherwise note bad. And lets just mention that Isaac Hayes is Chef from South Park! Album title alone gets a star!

Bowies isn't my favourite and it is the 3rd album on the list. It's Bowie. The better of his albums.

Jazz is not my preferred genre. I'll be the first to tell you that. It's a good album and the mix is great sounding, but after a while it gets a bit grinding. And quite literally, songs start to repeat themselves. after 20-25 mins, it got jarring and turned it off.

If I'd need to describe this album in one word.... REVERB. I don't think the vocals have enough reverb on them... jokes. It's a really good rock album. It's a bit samey but i've had it on the past 2 days on repeat so it cant be that bad right?

Look, I'm it was a huge album when this came out. But in 2025 i find it dreary. There were a couple of songs that were great, but honestly it isn't for me.

3rd album by Bob Dylan on here. I don't understand the fascination with him. Biggest problem with this album, the songs just keep going on. With 9 songs on the album and 51 minutes of run time, it averages out to almost 6 minutes per song. Contrary to popular belief, they aren't that good.

But let’s be real: a lot of that reverence stems from the tragic timing of its release—this was Kurt Cobain’s final studio statement. Again, In Utero has its moments, and it’s far from a throwaway. But if I’m stacking it up next to Nevermind, it just doesn’t hold the same ground for me. There—I said it.

This is a massive album! good lord this slaps you in the face and the stomach.

An album caught between influence and identity Arise is a solid album—fast, heavy, and well-produced. On a surface level, it absolutely sounds good. But when you peel it back, I’m left wondering why this particular album deserves a spot on the “greatest” list. Let’s put aside the quality for a moment. Stylistically, the songs echo Slayer, Testament, and Venom to the point where I genuinely thought I was listening to one of them. That’s not necessarily a bad thing—it just means we’ve heard this kind of thrash before. It doesn’t break new ground. Where Arise does show glimpses of Sepultura’s own voice is in tracks like “Meaningless Movements” and the beginning of “Altered State”—moments where they step out of the shadow of their influences. Overall, Arise isn’t a bad album. But in my view, it borrows too heavily to be considered essential. Chaos A.D. and Roots are where Sepultura truly carved out their own identity—and those are the albums that deserve the spotlight.

Technique is a very solid entry in New Order’s discography. It might not be their best, but it holds its own with confidence and charm. The album immediately brings to mind summer evenings—breezy, danceable, and tinged with a sense of nostalgia. I suspect that was very much the intention. It doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it delivers exactly what you’d want from late-’80s New Order: lush synths, laid-back grooves, and just enough melancholy beneath the shimmer.

Seventeen Seconds is a fine album—it has its moments, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark as one of the greats. There are flashes of brilliance, especially in its atmosphere and mood, but those are often offset by stretches that feel flat or forgettable. It's an important step in The Cure’s evolution, laying the groundwork for what would come, but it doesn’t showcase the band at their peak. As far as “greatest albums” go? I’d say probably not. There are stronger, more complete statements elsewhere in their catalog.

It is a really nice sounding album, but it's not my vibe

This one just didn’t hit for me. I’m not really into the outlaw cowboy vibe, so it was always going to be a bit of a stretch. Also — does this really count as a full album? It’s only 27 minutes long. Sure, in the '70s there were physical limitations, but even so, it feels more like a long EP than an album. Raises a few questions, that’s for sure.

Funeral reminds me of The O.C. — and I like The O.C. a lot. I actually rewatched it recently and had a great time with it. Oh yeah, the album. It was… fine. It’s indie. That’s pretty much it.

This is a very fun album. It’s got that classic Beatles feel — but not quite. It’s its own thing, and I really enjoyed the ride. Had a good time listening to this one.

I’m always conflicted by David Bowie. His albums sleeves are great and most of them are iconic. All his albums contains at least 2 songs that are pretty much up there in popularity. But as whole album, they are pretty average. Same here we have Changes and Life on Mars? But what about the rest? I don’t think they are equally as good and Bowies voice can be a hit and miss and for me on this album is a miss

Play is an interesting album. The first half builds you up and gets you hooked while the second half is more downbeat and slower paced. Not necessarily bad, but I feel like it’s an album you have to be in the mood for. Album sleeve 10/10z if I could I’d give it 3.5 stars
