Typical 2010s noises
Did not expect to get something I've already known so soon as the thrid in the journey! Bridge over Troubled Water itself is one of my all-time favourites since 2007, although it was introduced to me in 2005 and was not a "love at the first sight". Words are touching, music is full of love and expanding energy. Learnt all the words by heart and was encouraged by it numerous times. For this song itself this album deserves a 5. Love the duo all the time since teenage years. Other songs in this album were no strangers nor disappointments. Elegant, witty folk songs.
The world needs more adorable music like this.
How come this is a must listen...it's already 21 century open ears wide people
Not sure...At least I finished listening.
Not my thing. But the melody is alright. Just not into that sort of voice and that way of singing.
Not a rock fan but have to say it's absolutely a dedicated performance. Melody and rhythm not bad, and it's surely been one of the influences to Japanese rock works

Voice is sort of cute. Like Rainy Day best, methinks. But I still prefer having each track with lyrics for modern music. And off-pitch yelling of high notes is very much a no. 3 star at most.
It's sort of a pity that I lack the ability to appreciate music of this sort. It's too "new"/"modern" to me.
Not my thing at all but it's alright BGM for pubs. The jazz bit add a star for it.
Meh. Pretty far from my taste range. Similar music style once heard in some off-line games I think.
Oh Our House sounds very familiar. Probably have heard it somewhere before. Not within my range but do not mind the music either. Sort of like the last track Madness lol
I might have heard Youth somewhere at some point before. The start of Eletric Feel has some oriental air there. Sort of in favour of Pieces of What.
I'm a bit suprised I'm fine with such strong rhythm. Probably heard Revolution 909 in some fashion show or some other scenarios. Prefer this type of music over those experimental indies even if this one does not have much lyrics either (rolls eyes). But still, requires me a lot of patience to reach Around the World track... ah, the quirky modern music world.
Can never get lazy, hollow sound or voices. Probably add a star for the last track Reservation.
That's some heavy rock... but the balance between vocal and the band is not in my favour... Add a star for If I Can't Change Your Mind and for Man on the Moon
I'm not born for hip-pop, I guess. But can see it being the pioneer of numerous great hit songs in recent years. Like some of the elements in it but sadly none hit me.
Finally something more comfortable after a series of weird stuff. Music-wise it's pretty catchy and rhythmic, full of energy. And of course... who can reject dancing beats! Love Will Never Do -- a yay Livin' in a World -- even better Come Back to Me -- a big yay
Another album falls in my comfort zone! All those wonderful songs, oh! It's Too Late! Will You Love Me Tomorrow! A Natural Woman!
Average voice, bits of interesting music, in all not annoying but not exciting either. One star off for the font used on the album cover -- How AWFUL! Absolutely a stain to the Piccaso work. Then another star off for the scream at the end of Man out of Time.
Voice and music not bad, very talented. But people need to avoid screamming unskillfully in songs, meaninglessly.
Oh I like High and Dry!! The second new song collected from this project so far (18 albums in) after The Boxer.
I don't really mind hip-pop but the lyrics are way too offensive and hardcore for me lol Can't really finish even the first track.
Very pub music indeed. Sort of like it.
One star off for the album cover. OK Brit rock but not quite distiguished.
Not my thing. Sound experiments and music are not the same thing to me.
Brits surely know how to rock!!!
Not very impressive.
Full of energy!
Got tired towards the end. Not very sure but There She Goes is certainly a spark in this album.
Can't really get the greatness in it, but at least it's not bad.
Not bad but not very exciting to me... Country attracted my attention... Moon on Your Pajama is good too
It just swept through my ears like a breeze...
Not sure...
Def not a must listen for me...
Such music cannot be in must hear list...
What, my Eagles is the best! Can never resist Don Henley's voice... well, they do have some relatively boring songs and were still yong in this album but no harm done.
Though never a fan of violent content or style of singing, this album, surprisingly, did not bother me too much, music-wise. At least it's not a noisy one. And Stan is surely a classic by now, not to mention it has endorsement from Sir Elton...
Unexpectedly soothing...
Not sure...At least I finished listening.
Not bad, not bad. Like: Back Home Did not expect there's a talk show there...
Where there's Saxphone, it won't go too bad.
How come this is a must listen...it's already 21 century open ears wide people
At least I finished listening...
Off pitch is not a good attribute, no.
As a pedant classical music fan am not quite fond of directly adding classical stuff in pop so not quite into the album. Rhythm is too slack also. Add a star for Old Whore's Diet...
Meh. Could have keeping the Indian style throughout the album why not.
Not my thing.
A Christmas album right on Christmas Day (missed it tho)! Would like this version of White Christmas if hadn't listened to Frank's/Bing's version. Neverless, no one can reject such an album of joy.
Not sure what I have heard but there are some nice melodies with sparks of bagpipes.
Don't really care about the words, but in terms of music, this album raps with dignity and respect to art.
Appreciate the country and baroque bits (flute!) there but no drum, or say, no clear rhythm is a harm. Her voice has some premitive sense there, sounding like some old-aged chanting. Perhaps that's why the procucer made it towards the country folk spectrum.
Quite energetic to listen but did not get any outstanding bit
Not too bad for me, tho no sparks.
People love the lyrics more than music I guess. When not reading the lyrics, music is alright to me.
Don't mind the rock.
Liked the tribal rhythm bits and the trumpet bits.
Abundant muscial elements from all around the world, and some intersting try. Entire album sounds like someone having fun, a bunch of demo.
Golden Age jazz never fails me.
Quite relaxing in the beginning
Love the album cover to start with. Baroque fans is very fond of Giles Farnaby's Dream! I'm very happy meeting this album!
Oh this! Finally a good chance to listen to Coldplay. Sounds like pop music did not change much in the past 20 years, and personally does not really like the slack style in singing. Nevertheless, 22 years later, it has its iconic seat in the pop culture.
Liked the Scandinavian bits there but every track sounds like some experiments.
Not too sure, no sparks but finished it any way.
Neil is good!
It's alright...
Rather an energetic album! Quite fond of the rhythm.
Very cute country boy songs!
Dreamin' is so city pop! Very pleasant to listen to!
Quite some good rock there I think.
Heavy metal music is fine for me... but I cannot bear such voice... it exhausts my own throat simply on listening.
Country cannot go too wrong, but was not as impressive or melodic as expected...
That's a lot of music elements... amazing.
Never get enough of the rhythm! Love it!
It feels like going through some Celtic RPG or watching a Celtic series...
Too much screaming...
Finally got a chance of listening to Bowie. Well, umm, not quite my thing but still quite pleasant to listen to.
Not quite get it...
Hey man...
That's some very adorable music!! Relaxing, refreshing, perfect for afternoon work BGM.
Can never get enough of such music!
Light and cheerful piece
Housework music lol
Alright with the music but does not like the voice...
Not too bad...
Not quite impressive
Don't very get it...
It's alright...
The sanmisen in Moss Garden was a pleasant surprise...
Fashion show music again...
Giggled at Organ Donor. Clever title. Liked the video game sounds too.
That Hallelujah was gold...
It's the music style I love!
Not bad not bad...
Meh...
Alright...
Given the releasing year, the music is surprisingly pleasant, espcially the album title song...
The Sax solo in Until I Believe in My Soul is a GEM! And getting Come on Eileen on a day Eileen Gu gets her thrid medal was a pretty pleasant coincidence xD
OH MY GOD! I've been waiting for an Ella album! Not too lie, I did not have her on my playlist until a bit more than 4 years ago, starting with Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, and would not have thought that'd be the start of my love for jazz! Love her so so much. And I got this album on a cold rainy working day which was a great reward!
Quite soothing music.
Uh. Alright but not my thing.
Does not like his voice... the style is too under the weather
Not too sure... not very into the melody but at least it's folk.
Sorry not sorry but I do have a thing with 50s adorable boys like them and music by them
Like the album cover. Music is average.
Although Mexico is not on the original album, I'd add a star for it. What brilliant and warm music!
Procession is gold! They were still young and having a lot of fun with music...Can never resist all those baroque/classical chords and progression combined with pop and rock.
Twisted is good.
Don't listen as work BGM. Painful.
Lots of interesting elements!
Quite like it, esp. the piano and violin bits.
A big NO from the first track. 2 minutes are already too much. The album cover is intereting tho.
At least not dislike
Love the energy and can feel that the personnel enjoyed making the music, esp. in Steel Claw
They were probably imspired by video game music; or they became video game BGM...lol
Enjoyed it~
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Wasn't expecting this! What a pleasant surprise! It's not really in their full power but very clean and light. There should be more African a capella music out there!
At least I finished it...
Enjoyed it as work BGM!
Liked it in general. Jazz cannot go too wrong.
Latin music is God-sent!
A very quiet album (well except Save the LIfe of my Child). Liked the theme track. Mrs. Robinson is of course a star but it's not this album introducing this song... hmmm.
Not bad.
Very pop queen.
Add a star for the album cover, and the Indian bits in the first track.
Glad there are more Latin music coming up~
Like it! Full of classical elements!
Nice BGM, very dreamy music.
The music style is very different from the album cover lol The start of Canary is a star.
Like the entire album, and like her version of Can't Take My Eyes Off You!
It's Steve Wonder! He's 5 star himself!
It's alright...
Oh! It's their Melody Fair!!
Average pop
I'm glad she's in this journey! Have been curious what style she is... she could have been the Brit Lady Gaga!
Not bad...
What I'm listening to....It distains the name "Bossa Nova"
More like an album of demos
Very Friday music!
Love it!
I think I prefer some vocal in modern music...
Meh
At least the album cover is fun...
It ends too soon before I got a sense of his/their style
Not bad, not bad
Greatly preferred the latter half...
Interesting but more like an album of demo
Add a star for Somebody to Love...
Very relaxing
Not impressive at all but it's endurable
A bit too quiet...
Household party music lol
Very artistic folk (thanks to her voice)!
Can't really finish it. Too much noise.
The theme song is now a classic!
Alright but not impressive
Add a start for Homeless
The world needs more adorable music like this.
Not too bad party music!
Average...
More enjoyable than expected (from simply looking at the genre), esp. there's some jazz bit!
Oh! It's their Roundabout!
A very fresh style to me...interesting to listen to.
Hmm... Not too bad but not for my taste...
Mystery but he just can't get to me....
Pub music...
Take 1 star off for the almost 2 min noises in the first track.
Stopped at Sueño. No that's not how one should play around Latin elements
OK they can have 3 for Girlfriend in a Coma
Patience ran out at the third track. Well, could be some good game BGM but not my thing.
Average and alright....
Able to finish so not bad.
Typical 2010s noises
It's the type of rock I could finish listening...
Sort of understand its greatness from the lyrics and sounds, but just not my thing.
Dancing Queen! Then it's mandatory to give a 5.
My type of music!
It's soft enough to accept.
No I don't need any such rap before I die.
Acceptable. Actually some melodies are cool.
They were still young then but... also worth straight 5 star
Add one star for Brown Eyes...
Don't wanna waste any more bits of my life on such noises
Average
The Kids Are Alright!! Lifts the album to a new level!
Some songs more suitable for other voices.
Slightly too young, but very soothing.
Meh. Not very catchy.
For the beats and the beats only.
emmm not quite get it
I mean, I don't mind talking and stuff, but what the heck are those excessive noises... NO
Some noises I can stand....
Add a star for the Saxophone solo in Walk of Life, and for Why Worry
Alright and indifferent until Ruby's Arms
Acceptable.
Could be out of the affect from JOJO... I'm quite alright with this type of rock
Considering the release year of the album... it's surely pioneering. Not really my type of music but would say it's some interesting stuff.
One of the acceptable types of 21 century music...
5 star from the first track! Again, Latin music is God sent!
Human needs to be humble about their voice...would be a better album if stupid human voice is not involved. One star added for the first half.
Pub music
Average...
Slightly too much noise for me
Average folk but one start added for the Celtic bits.
Too new and young to be impressive, but one star for the youth and energy.
Acceptable rap....
Sort of like it...
Thanks to the guy first introduces me to this band
For a moment I thought I'm listening to some Indian music lol.... quite cute in some ways
Not my type of music but don't mind it thanks to the influence of Japan anisongs
It's the type of modern pop energy and rhythm I enjoy the most!
Normally would not like such talking type of songs but let's add a star for travelling light
youtube does not have the full album. Let's be fair.
He can be soft. He can be cool.
Enjoyed it.
Not bad...
There are surely some witty bits...
Very cool! It's the type of rock I like!
Rather typical 2010s movie/TV series BGM. Add a star for I Dare You
Reminds me of some RPG music making. Not too bad.
Those elephant noises lol
Songbird! This is where Songbird comes from!
Slightly too noisy
Can't really get it... but the funny thing is it sounds quite millenial although it's from the 70s
Not too bad!
Enjoyable
Put lyrics aside it's a pretty nice collection of world music...
Not much sparkles
It's worth listening more on Adele's talent and voice. Music itself is alright. Plus 1 star for Set Fire in the Rain. That's a track of power.
Don't mind it but not into it either.
Some dizzy music. Don't mind it tho.
We need more of such music!
Only a few tracks are available on tube so... ah well. Average.
Atheletic music... well.
It's an album of Banjo! Very joyous music! So cool!!
Starting tracks are alright but it gets annoying towards the end
The type of album included to make it "1001". Ah c'mon there are a lot out there to be listened.
Maybe meeting this too late it's not that outstanding for me as it supposed to be
Grateful that this project gave a chance to this album! Renaissance/Baroque music lover is amazed and satisfied!
Very calming music. Not too bad.
Trust the taste of people in the past. They know what's good. Time cannot simply add value to this.
Add one star to the organ bit
Slackness in music is not quite ma thing
For an album from the 60s but barely sounds like 60s music, let's be fair.
Still a young boy looool
Add one star for the opening and Sir Greendown
Pleasant
No idea. Not quite impressive but acceptable.
Add one star for the variety of instruments
Not quite get it....
Very nice folk~
Can live with it. And funk did not go very far beyond it tho.
Average
Not too bad... but that era just has too many outstanding folk albums..
No idea of the idea of such music...
Add a star to the rhythm
Finally had my turn to this! Well... the first track was impressively vivid but later tracks are...well, just Beatles.
1/5 in and I'm pretty fed up.
It's alright... pub music.
Again, trust the people back then. Don't let nostalgia add meaningless sweetness that wasn't there at all.
Not too bad but nothing catchy.
Don't have the DNA to appreciate metal but they're still pretty cool.
Like the swing!
Finally this one! The first 4 western spices I got introduced to! They really sound like bringing songs from Decameron to life. Dreamy, classic, disciplined.
It's a bit unfair for this one coming up right after Parsley Sage Rosemary and Thyme... it's still my preferred genre but...it's like a shattered collection of great tune bits from that age
It's jazz live recording... then at least 4
It has "You Know"!! Started well and ended well!
We need to have more such voice back!
Pretty good!
Very nice
It introduces Without You!
Typical 70s music. Not bad.
Nothing impressive
I still can't get this sort of slack and slightly off tune singing.
Finally something from the east...slightly surprised and relieved.
People need to stop calling sound experiment "music".
Emmmmm.......This is nowhere close to \"Wu Tang\" at all lol
It has the track "Love"! Then that's good enough.
Can't tell what's special about it.
Don't really get it.
Some millenial music that does not annoy.
Quite ok with it
Add a star to the money bag one
Acceptable
A rather friendly Zeppelin album... I can even finish the entire album... so let's give it a 4.
Put lyrics aside, music is pretty ok considering it's a 2010 album, although nothing new either.
Last Orders is the essence of the entire album
Nothing impressive but at least no harm done.
Although I have my own favourite trumpist, this is indeed very cool!
Don't really get it
Typical 80s pop dancing beats
Some sounds gone through.
Something I can never appreciate
Emmmmm.... Don't really get it.
Spanish guitar! Then a well-deserved five star.
emmmm slightly too much noise
Add a star for YYZ
Too noisy to complete the entire album but not really against it
