Was very noisy at the start but immediately after was good. Entertaining alt rock. Didn’t love the second to last track but all the others were enjoyable

It was okay. Every breath you take was good but everything else was either not memorable or just felt kinda off. Like they were forcing a vibe. But I'm not the biggest Police fan

Really liked it. None of the songs were bad/skips, and the vibe of the whole album was very fun. Never listened to a Green Day album before so I should listen to more. Liked it very much.

The lyrics were very deep and meaningful, but since he was pretty old and sick, most of it is just him whisper-talking the words. The folk-y music was a good way to accompany it. The title track and Treaty were the highlights.

Really good prog album. The title track is fantastic and tells a great story. Good to listen if you’re in a prog mood

Love Transformer. Perfect timing as this came up while I was listening to the No Dogs in Space series on the Velvet Underground. Always happy to listen to it.

Probably the best Kanye album

It's good at times, but also SO BAD at times. I can understand why people like the proto-punk aspects, but the times where it's just noise and chaos makes absolutely no sense to me

4/5, never heard anything by the Kinks before and I really liked it. There were some songs that were fantastic and some that were only okay. In many of the songs it felt like the lead vocal was too quiet and I couldn't hear it in the mix? I like 60's British rock so I think I'm biased towards this style of music.

This was my 3rd time listening to this album. I think I finally get it! I really didn't mind it, and some of the lyrics were fun. Like a rolling stone is fire obviously.

Really like this album, it's just pleasant to listen to start to back. The ambient songs in the second half are relaxing and nice. Sound and Vision best song off it

Listened before: No I hated it at first but around the halfway point some of the tracks started to grow on me. Most of it is still generic house but there were moments that weren't ass. Band has an interesting story. Still a 2/5 because pretty much all house music makes my blood boil

Listened Before: No Interesting. There were some good songs, but for the most part it felt like it was on the verge of being really good, but never got there. The singer was whiny. 3/5 Fav Song: Jesus, Etc. Least Fav Song: I Am Trying to Break Your Heart Listened to it twice. Jesus, Etc and Kamera are both good and everything else is skippable.

Listened before: No This is right up my alley. I just love British psych rock. I could listen to this all day. My only criticism is that the mix is pretty thin and treble heavy. After reading some of the other reviews on here, I'm glad I listened in mono. Fav Song: Baron Saturday Least Fav Song: dunno liked them all Listened to it again in the afternoon. Holds up!! Went from a 4 to a 5. I’m a sucker for this stuff

Listened Before: Yes Wow. Listened to this about a year ago and thought it was just fine, but this morning it's hitting just right. Excellent vibes all throughout. Fav Song: Ex-Factor, Doo Wop Least Fav Song: probably the skits

Heard before: No I thought it was good, serviceable, inoffensive rock music. His voice seemed way out of style for the Spector production techniques he used but he’s a new wave guy so gets a pass. Found all the songs pleasant. 4/5

Listened before: No Giving it as many stars as chords these dudes can play. 3/5 Fav: Motor City is Burning

Listened Before: No I REALLY want to like this but Anthony Keidis's voice bugs me, especially the rock-rapping. It's fine when he sings. Flea's basslines are badass. Fought for my life to get into it but just ehhhh

Listened Before: No Sorta sounded the same throughout, but that's not necessarily bad. Bro was 73 cashing in on a career of being a blues legend... Was pleasant to listen to but sometimes I struggle with old dudes voices. 3/5

Listened Before: No White Album, Sandinista, Tusk...gotta love a long album of random music after a massive success. Found it mostly enjoyable, didn't think any songs were skips. I imagine it's pretty hard to follow up Rumors. 4/5

Listened before: YES My parents have a big CD collection and when I was a kid they would let me pick what to listen to so I picked this based on the cover. I hated every song except Chicago. When I was in high school I revisited it because I loved Chicago so much and fell in love. Far and away my favorite indie album, potentially because of nostalgia but also it’s soooo good. And he played every single instrument!! Come on Feel the Illinoise my beloved <3

Listened Before: No Wow! Never heard of this band before but I thought it was the perfect mix of experimentation and pop sensibility. A lot of songs on here I really liked. Songs like Fight Test make me want to make more music. 4/5

How fun was this!! Cool that it was also so political. I thought it was funny how the singing would start like 9 mins in.

Listened Before: No Never heard this one but I listened to When The Pawn. She is so badass. I love the art pop/jazz singing with the piano and mellotron. 4.5/5 rounded up!

That being said, this is hard to judge because while it is a difficult and demanding listen, it comes with the weight of someone understanding that his time is about to come.
