very typical 60s rock album
good vibes but nothing crazy or standout
not really into rap at all so didn't get much out of this
not bad just not my thing
great live album, i mean obviously it is THE mtv unplugged performance
where did you sleep last night and the man who sold the world are standout tracks
most of the other covers are pretty underwhelming
not a big fan of glam rock/hair metal, especially not in this era
couple of decent songs but nothing outstanding
good album, a bit 80s goofy at times but some of the songs were really standout. Specifically sunrise and elgia.
much better than i expected, never really liked queen but this album was very enjoyable
definitely not for me. I don't think its bad, in fact i can see the appeal if I was someone that was into this type of music, but it just isn't for me which is perfectly fine
solid album, no standout songs and I didn't listen to it with the most focus but I did enjoy. Definitely very similar to other music I would usually listen to
nope. Did not really like this at all. Goofy 80s production. Only a couple of songs were worth listening to and even then nothing was exceptional. Just not good
surprisingly pretty good. Not what i usually listen to but i enjoyed it quite a bit
first bob dylan album I've ever heard, not too bad. Don't really have much to say about I just think its a decent album
pretty good. Don't have much to say
one of the better 70s albums I've heard (mostly post-band beatles stuff). Definitely better than I expected it to be, though I still don't have any stand out tracks. Solid album for sure though. Also I thought steely dan was a black man don't ask why
nice folk album but not really much more than that. Some of the guitar parts were good and one of the vocalists reminded me of Dolores O'Riordan, i suppose it's not impossible the cranberries were influenced by this group, definitely sounds like it
kind of unusual but otherwise decent album, had some good vibes. Not much to say
don't have much to say here. Did not like this album, super weird but not in a good way.
Sure bro i guess man what the hell
wow this was really good, best album from here so far. I can't really describe it just so... Lucious i think might be the word, ethereal at times
I liked this a surprising amount, it has the cheesy 80s production but I don't mind it here for some reason. Very good pop album
pretty good, not something I'll come back to much but i definitely see the appeal
fine enough, nothing crazy just some decent stuff i guess
Mongolial throat singing ass vocals. I don't even know what this was, so weird, not good
way too long, bland, boring, not good, didn't even finish, though that was mostly just circumstance plus the lenght.
first time really listening to black sabbath and this was pretty good. Don't have much to say just pretty good
I have listened to this album before, but I've always thought that its really overrated and i still do. I just don't see whats so special about it, I think Gold Dust Woman and The Chain are phenomenal songs but they're the only ones worthy of the praise this album gets. You Don't Wanna Know and some others are also good just not the all-time great that it's coveted as. Its not a bad album by any means though
decent album, couple of nice songs. Its Elvis so obviously its infuential but I'm judging it based on that.
its ABBA so I have to hate. This was alright, nothing sprcial
idk just some 60s music not really anything remarkable
this was nice enough. Don't have anything to say
decent. Not really my thing though
cool enough, not really that into reggae though so not much to say.
surprisinglt good. Expected something much more generic but this was actually nice
pretty nice, I think I like bob dylan somewhat, based on the two albums I've heard, he is at least tolerable, and this album was nice enough
This was very good, really enjoyed it. Instrumentals were visceral at times and the lyrics (what i registered of them) were the same
iconic album. Not really for me but its got a couple of nice songs
Nice album. Obviously Smooth Operator is an iconic song, but I really think I liked Cherry Pie the most, very good
great album. Already heard before (listened to every david bowie album) but still i enjoyee it a decent amount. The thing is, I've tried really hard to LOVE bowie, but idk its never much more than appreciating and thinking its good, never truly makes me feel something strong, other than "Heroes" that song is just amazing
pretty alright. I'm an R.E.M. Hater though so still not great
Don't have anything to say, pretty nice
first song was nice and chill, and the album overall had a couple of moments where I thought it was pretty nice. Overall though I did not like this
No idea why this is on here. Not the worst thing I've ever heard, just not worth a listen at all, way too long
nice chill album, couple of very good songs
cool chill vibes. I was a bit pit off when I saw it was disco, but I heavily misjudged the genre. If I'm ever in the mood for some less depressing music, then this is definitely something I think I'll consider
I mean what can I say, its the beatles. I've heard this album quite a few times before, definitely some of the bands best work. I especially like "Taxman" "I'm Only Sleeping" and "for no one". I'm Only Sleeping specifically is one of my favorite beatle songs, it's so haunting to me with the hindsight of john lennon's eventual fate. It feels a little low to give this four stars but five feels too high so 4 it is. I suppose I might as well start ranking the beatles albums as they come along, obviously since this is the first one the ranking goes so far goes:
1. Revolver
Couple of good songs, Writer In The Dark especially. Also some I really didn't like Hard feelings/Lovesless.
I have virtually no interest in Indian music, and this was very uninteresting. extended Talking segments and just generally not really anything that I really enjoyed
very silly and inoffensive. Don't have much to say other than that
I'd heard this one before and its alright. Not a favorite of mine but its fine, I'm not a massive arctic monkeys fan really
Pretty chill and bette than I expected, would work great as some background music while doing something, that requires more focus
This feels so overly American it makes it impossible to really enjoy. Worlds Apart was the only song I could enjoy. Its not a bad album, the vibes are just off, I don't like his voice, the guitar tone is boring. I just couldn't get into it
not interesting, nothing to say.
Couple of nice songs. Kind of interesting album, but not anything crazy
instrumentals are decent, vocals are not
another boring way too long live album
I don't really get the hype, though maybe if I listen to it some more I will
perfectly listenable, just not very interesting
I do not enjoy these live albums, this one is no exception
This was pretty nice, very chill. Tempted to give 4 stars but this rating system sucks so I won't
overrated, coldplay suck. I'm half kiddint. This was pretty good, just not really anything super amazing
didn't finish, not for me
first björk album I've heard, really good
enjoyed more than expected
Second beatles album on this, obviously heard it before though not many times
the ranking for beatles albums now goes:
1. revolver
2. white album
i think revolver is more enjoyable to listen to especially with the length in mind
While I don't listen to this album (or the beatles in general) as mich as i used to, it's still a phenomenal album. I think this is the beatles' best work so the ranking must be updated accordingly
1. Abbey road
2. Revolver
3. White album
Don't like aero smith, Don't like this album really
couldnt finish. Beatles sample carried
another forgettable Elvis Costello album
much better than expected
