At the same time there is something intriguing about the relentless commitment to the theme. The instrumentation is quite enjoyable despite being somewhat repetitive. Personally I suspect death actually is the end. Not sure if that makes this album better or worse. 8.5/10 The least punk punk-album ever, but that's a good thing because I like music thats ambitious and well produced. Ive listened to this so many times when I was in highschool. I thought maybe Id grown past it but I really enjoyed it again and the story evoked some emotions in me as well.

There is not a single bad track on here.Whats missing for me is a song thats truly exciting or evocative beyond just sounding good. I don't buy this is the album that changed music or whatever. Pixies were doing it first anyway. But I do understand why this of all grunge albums is the one that became so popular. Highlights: All tracks (except Endless, Nameless)

5/10 Its a bit pointless isnt it? Not going anywhere. None of the songs feel like they were planned in advance before recording. Im sure hes talented and it was a pleasant listening experience, but you could skip any track and you wouldnt miss anything important.

8.5/10 I don't trust anyone who actively hates Coldplay. I get if you don't care for them, but hating them? I'm just gonna assume you're desperately trying to be cool. No integrity. Anyway, the album is very pretty. Well produced. Nice soundscapes. Especially love the guitar sound. Nearly every song is catchy in a way, although I think Coldplay's songwriting improved with their second album. Highlights: Don't Panic Spies Trouble Everything's Not Lost We Never Change
