Utter utter poo
One decent song out of 40
Interesting sound
Utter pants,
Too much bongo shouty
Two star album, one extra for the chain
A bit like the strokes but without any good songs
Tedious
3 or 4 good songs
A waste of good mobile data
This kind of crap gives dad rock a bad name
Groovy baby
I don't like jazz but I liked this. Guess I like jazz now.
I put up with 4 or 5 songs and had to change to planet rock.
Not too bad, they just need someone that can sing
Finally, a 5 star album.
Not a dud track on here.
Since I've been loving you - sublime perfection.
God's at work!
Ye ha
Rednecks rock
It wasn't good or bad, just very plain
Perfectly pleasant
Very twee, the audio equivalent of a Bob Ross painting.
Very of a time and place, not any of their best songs on.
Some interesting stuff on here
The first song was OK, I struggled with the next few and gave up and retreated to Planet rock.
Some good tunes.
Good epic rock.
Actually better than I was expecting.
Good sound and plenty of top tracks
Nah, elevator hip hop music.
Mr soul
Very pleasant
I liked this.
A bit of queens of the stone age, the cult and the tea party.
A couple of good songs, the rest can be left in the seventies.
Top notch blues
Not bad for this type of thing.
Million miles away sounds uncannily like Dusty Springfield.
Some good tunes.
One star deducted for being a paedo.
I liked the first one but then I kinda tuned out, it all turned into a Ramones type buzzing.
Some top tunes.
My favourite era of Temptations.
Not as bad as I was expecting, but a bit of a Talking Heads copy.
Some good blusey stuff.
Timeless quality.
Groovy baby, I enjoyed this and I didn't think I would.
Four and a half stars.
Some good tunes some so so.
I tried to listen but was really not for me.
Elevator music for pretentious people.
3 on here I really don't like but the rest are top notch.
He obviously got a new glockenspiel for Xmas, dude needs to cheer up a bit. Dreary.
Early album with a couple of good songs. You can see where others songs have evolved from this. Also one or two really sound like The Who were an influence.
Nothing special but an OK bit of swamp rock, if that is such a thing.
I liked it and I wasn't expecting to.
The songs were mellow and developed and I got into them.
What a load of crap.
The only good thing about this band is the singers name.
Nothing special, too much singing and not enough good tunes.
A couple of good songs and the dude can sing but not my cup of tea.
I find this type of rap boring and unimaginative, bitch this and mutherf*#ker that.
It's time to grow up.
I'd forgotten just how good this is.
Not a dud track, humor, harmonicas and great lyrics.
Dodgy 80s pop.
It baffles me how something so obviously crap gets on this list.
What even is this, redneck misery rock?
I actually quite liked this.
Had an old vibe to it.
The music was good and the bass was really good.
3 or 4 good songs but the rest is very samey.
A few crackers on this one.
On the whole not too offensive considering it had the word country in the genre description.
I never wanted to marry any of my cousins, so country music just ain't for me.
Nothing brilliant.
Out of tune 2nd division Talking Heads.
Not utterly awful but close. Bonkers stuff.
Some classics and what a voice.
Very pleasant.
I imagine this would be playing in the background at Dignitas while you have your last cocktail.
Didn't understand a word of it but I liked it.
His voice grated on me after a while.
I liked metal, but I think Megadeath have always been a crap copy of Metallica.
I enjoyed this, maybe it was the right music for a sunny day. Particularly liked the gayest cover of comfortably numb I've ever heard.
This utter crap is for vegans that drink soya lattes.
The only good thing about this album is that I never have to listen to it again.
As usual with these Beatles albums, 2or3 good songs that have stood the test of time, the rest, forgettable.
Very middle of the road.
The audio equivalent of shopping at M and S.
Quite samey but I enjoyed it
Rush are very marmite, but you can't argue with the musicianship.
Awful 80s synth pop. I could almost forgive the plastic music but not the vocals. Especially the slaughter of Gloomy Sunday - check out Sinead O'connor's version to hear how it's done properly.
I liked about half the songs on here but I don't think it was their best work.
Listenable hippy rock.
Sounded better on the second listen, so 3.5 stars from me.
I imagine in the old days music was always this bad.
Pants.
Groovy, very nice album.
I liked the sound but I thought it was a bit messy and unfocused.
Very funky, but not really my thing.
Yeah, it's awful.
I can't believe someone thought this was a good idea.
Must of been the drugs.
He's got his own unique sound, a few good songs on here.
I really enjoyed this.
Very nice uplifting Irish soul.
We all like this one.
For an era where the music was pretty bad this is actually a cut above the usually 80's crap.
She could definitely sing but I ain't listening to 3 hours of this.
Some good musicianship, good blusey guitar in the background of some of the songs.
But mostly music for pixies to dance to.
Tin soldier, I liked but the rest was a bit dodgy.
One of the best metal albums of all time. Every song is a belter.
Top production too.
Surprising pleasant.
As much as I dislike the singer it is a very good album
It's good, it's Massive Attack.
Pleasant enough but her voice does grate on me after a while.
Didn't do anything for me.
I know and like this album cos I have it. Proper diRty and grungy.
Teresa's sound garden is a cracking tune.
Nice and chilled.
It's alright but two sonic youth albums in two days is a bit much for anyone.
Very average
Easy listening sparkly soul.
Nothing really stood out but I enjoyed it.
Never been into drum and bass and it was listenable.
All right, definitely of an era. Couple of good songs though.
Although I hate the term, it's very easy listening dad rock.
Bit of top quality disco.
Laid back.
I'd forgotten just how much this woman's voice annoys me.
Utter drivel.
I think it would have been a 5 but I didn't like some of the songs on second half, so 4.5 stars from me.
His voice has a resonance and pathos that comes with age and experience much like David Bowie's in later years.
Dodgy 80s drums, synths and voice filter. Has not aged well.
I'm not sure there was many songs, it just sounded like a dirty noise.
Her voice is good, that's it.
Nothing too bad, easy listening, a couple of the songs I knew.
Massive long album. A bit too sprawling for me but there was some standout tracks.
What the hell is this album doing on this list?
It ain't just Canada that's board!
Utter drivel.
It's like the big bang theory cast got keyboards from Argos during lock down and this is what they came up with.
I know this is cheesy, operatic and overblown but the songs are so well crafted and sung.
I'm was torn between a 4.5 and 5 stars but 43 million copies sold tells a tale.
Didn't really grab me, just nice funky background music.
Just samey background music, nothing about it grabbed my attention.
I do like some Who, but this just seemed a bit flat.
This is some messed up psychodelic drivel.
Living proof that drugs are bad.
Excellent album. Closer to 5 stars than 4,so that's wot it's getting.
It grows on you.
This was a disjointed mess. Another one of those joke albums that are on here.
Painful!
Sounds a bit like Johnny Cash/Nick Cave but not as good.
Actually better than I thought it was going to be. Quite blusey in places.
The beat was good, the lyrics not so.
Everyone knows not to give children with ADHD Red Bull.
Don't worry, they'll be alright when they've run it off.
Shite.
Not heard this before but I enjoyed it.
Quite laid back.
Very nice.
Not brilliant but listenable.
Not too bad, a bit blusey.
The second song summed it up, fertiliser!
Whiney drivel, it's not even music.
Pleasant enough but very bland.
Plus I is from the ghetto so this LA rich chick music is not my scene, man.
Mostly I enjoyed this, good beats, a bit Fresh Prince of Bel Air ish.
Love this one. It reminds me of my childhood, growing up with its socially relevant songs.
Had this as an album and a CD.
Love the bass and the dub.
I'm gonna ignore the cover of strange fruit - no one else should be allowed to do it after Billie Holiday sung that.
Very samey.
Only just 3 stars, songs could be stronger but I love her voice.
Solid album.
Some kind of weird psychodelic folk rock.
I expected to not like it but some songs really drew me in.
Shame about his voice though.
Like a cross between Jodi Mitchell and the Velvet Underground.
A couple of good songs
Half and half, good songs and fillers.
It's a 5 despite The Alabama Song!
Not too bad but not quite as good as some of their albums.
Decent album, chugs along nicely, could do with a bit of trimming though.
I don't normally like rap, but I always had a bit of a soft spot for this album.
Funky, groovy and rocky.
Bit of a classic.
I'm so bored with rap now.
No doubt about it, a rock classic.
Really enjoyed this
Short, sweet and to the point.
I've heard worse.
Better than the last couple of Beatles albums, some nice songs on here.
Some crap ones too, mind.
Never heard of them before. Good though.
So bland it actually started to annoy me.
Blooming funktastick.
80s pants
Above average rap/hip hop.
Made better by a sprinkling of
Lauren Hill.
I liked time out but found the rest very samey.
Grungetastic
Instantly forgettable 80s bland pop
It takes a while to get into, but once you do, you realise it's probably a work of genius.
Not bad but a bit too experimental in places for me.
I do like his voice but I thought these songs were not the best.
Not the best bit of Britpop, only one good song and that's about it.
He did sound a bit like Mick Jagger on a couple of songs though, so that's in his favour.
Some cracking songs on this one, love the guitar sound too.
Love the attitude too.
I didn't dislike it but it was very middle of the road.
If Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty had a love child, this is what their kid would sound like.
Quality grunge. 4.5
Pants
OK but preferred Mind Bomb.
Beautiful, poetic and poignant.
Crap in the 80's and it definitely hasn't got any better.
I've got 80's PTSD.
Yeah, I soon had enough of that.
They've written better stuff than wots on this album.
Psycho killer is a classic, the rest, not so.
Great voice, a couple of really good songs, the rest, like a cut price Michael Jackson.
A couple of good songs.
Vintage,cousin shagging, redneck rubbish.
Dear God I liked, the rest, what's this album doing on this list.
This I enjoyed. A good 3.5.
