It’s a cross of country, bluegrass, Bob Dylan, and psychedelia. Thought this was okay at first but his vibrato become increasingly piercing to the ear in an icepick way as the album continued.

I wish I had died before listening to this album. The only good thing about this is 28 minutes was long enough for me to locate and load a gun but not long enough for me to pull the trigger. Bland instrumentals and boring vocals with a repetitive structure :/. A couple of okay songs at the end weren't enough. Fav songs: - The Wolf Of Velvet Fortune - Old Kentucky Home

This is some freshmen team shit. All I had to do was hear their version of nine pound hammer with tiny hammer backing. It sounds like the scene with Ben Stiller in the mines in Zoolander. Sorry dudes.

no, i am not happy! the beau brummels' triangle album is not good. it's nearly indistinguishable from other sixties music, and it's unremarkable, to boot. the voices of the two singers leave a lot to be desired. i'm not claiming that singers must have clear voices, because a not perfect voice can be amazing, but like. c'mon.

Sounds like what one would expect out of a recording of a bunch of kindergarten kids randomly bumping into one another.

Imagine if you took Thr Velvet Underground and removed everything good about them, and mixed with early Dylan (with everything good about him removed) - that’s what they sound like

This was just weird...and not in a good way. It sounds sort of like a movie, and sort of like one of those books I got as a kid that came with a play along record. Either way, it was not good.

It's just kinda boring, it doesn't really do anything new or interesting. There's a bit too much bland folk on this list

Another folk album. This was not great. Sounds like Bob Dylan but not as good

First track - skip. Country. Second track - skip. Accordion. Third track - do I listen to this? It's a bit psychedelic. A blind gentleman who's the painter of women? Skip. Fourth track - OK. Let's give this a crack. There's an unfortunate ukele (or is it a banjo?) backing. But I didn't skip. Fifth track - take the pretty young girls, they don't get better. Yeah, seems a bit paedo. All the pretty girls -stop crying because you can look better... So paedo and misogynistic. Double win. Sixth track - I think I'm losing the will to live. Skip. Seventh track - skip. No comment needed. Eighth track - is this over yet? Ninth track - oh, gods it isn't. Ten. Let's channel our inner Zorba the Greek and combine it with our very best corn-worshipping guff. Last track - at least this is a bit more upbeat than the last one. Overall. Did not enjoy. Won't listen again.

I can't tell who this band wants to be more: Bob Dylan out Velvet Underground.

Sounds adjacent to lots of music I like, but just not doing anything for me. I can hear why the singer's voice is compared to Bob Dylan; maybe it's just an acquired taste, but I haven't acquired it yet in the same way that I have for Dylan or Geddy Lee. Overall not terrible, but didn't find much in terms of bright spots.
