Not a massive fan of the Stones, but this was probably considered quite left field at the time
Never listened to this because I hate Pinball Wizard, but it was a cool record, and when PW dropped in it was actually exciting to hear, the same way when No One Knows starts during Songs for the Deaf
I hated this band when they first came out but going back and visiting many of these 2000s indie records is a great experience
This was such a fun listen, it sounded like a cross between Oasis and Nirvana in some places, then The Smiths and Chuck Berry in others
Was ok, never really got into Deep Purple or any of the heavy rock stuff, it has been copied so many times that I can't listen to it objectively, I think of a million shit bands playing Desertfest
Some good stuff on here but I just hate the twee vibe
