If someone gave this a one star I would totally get it but i thought it was great

Dont really listen to that much early Beatles. Perfectly decent pop music but not in the same league as their later stuff
Not sure I listened to the correct album but was alright
Still love it as much as ever
Enjoyed it but rounding down today

I always presumed that the police were a bit shit without ever making the effort to find out for sure. I was doubting myself 30 seconds into the first song but then Sting started singing and thankfully my instincts proved correct. I prefer the puff daddy version.
Feel like I should like it more than I did. Pretty similar to lots of stuff that I listen to but found it hard going at times. The first song is great but when the album is 70 minutes long need a few more like that
The key to enjoying life is low expectations
Still probably my favourite album
Not the worst album so far but arguably the least deserving of a place on this list. I still really like get free but other than that it's all just completely unremarkable.
Would have been a 5 at some point. Much like myself don't think it's aged particularly well. More filler than I remember. Worth 4 stars for nostalgia
Listened to half thought it was worth 2 stars. Listened to the 2nd half, went to the trouble of getting an email to allow me to edit my score. 1 star
Slightly generous rating. A fan of his music generally but a lot of these songs have better versions elsewhere and not many of the extra songs with the other musicians on it were particularly memorable
Still love it as much as ever
Didn't really know what to expect. For the most past a pleasant surprise
Fell asleep to on a plane. Seemed perfectly fine. The last song hang your head in shame felt apt
I'm not 100% sure it's my favourite Beatles album but it's very close
Considered 1 star as I will never listen to it again. Next to soft machine it's a no contest is pick this every time
This is the day is a great song, a couple of other decent tracks and some other stuff I didn't like as much
Not in his top 5 albums but still a couple of classics on there
The thing about today's popstars is they're not Dusty Springfield.
Is this the same album as back in black
Jim Morrison? He's a drunken buffoon posing as a poet
Why is this on here
Dont really listen to that much early Beatles. Perfectly decent pop music but not in the same league as their later stuff
I wanted everything, especially the guitars to be louder
Considered a 5. Not as good as Arthur but still really enjoyed it
Pretty dull. I forgot I was listening to it at one point
A 10/10 album for me
A real mixed bag. Really liked a few songs, some were borderline terrible
Definitely a 5 star album in here. Put 1979 on disc one and you're not far off
The best one of his so far with better things still to come
A pleasant surprise this is on here. Very much in my wheelhouse
Ending on I believe. Got to be 5 stars
Close to a 5. Quite a few classics just a couple too many tracks I would want to skip
Actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would but still rounding down
In Italy for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed, but they produced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love, they had five hundred years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The Young Gods
Liked the overall sound just missing a few classics from paranoid
Was enjoying it at the start, thought a 4 could be possible. It became a bit annoying by the end and just about clung onto a 3
One of my favourite bands. Probably their best album, perfect combination of their punk roots and more melodic side
The best Bowie album yet. Really enjoyed it it, will definitely listen to it again and it could go up to a 5
California Dreamin is an all time classic but the rest was just ok
Didnt mind some of it
Probably a 3.5 but these plucky underdogs need all the help they can get
Having the song of the same name pretty much guaranteed it 3. Just about enough other stuff I liked to make it a 4
Better than I remember. A classic
I think the massive attack albums before and after this one have songs I both know and like. This has neither
Another strange selection. Didn't hate it, enjoyed moments but became a bit annoying
Yep, pretty consistently good again
Enjoyed it but rounding down today
I was quite optimistic about this even though I'd never heard of them. I was wrong
Pretty good and nice and short
With the extended version this isn't far off the best of the pogues and I love the pogues
There was the odd fleeting moment where it didn't annoy me
I wouldn't be against listening to it again. Started off well and faded
If someone gave this a one star I would totally get it but i thought it was great
I do think think it's a bit overrated generally but can't deny there's a few classics
Never really got Prince. Didn't really change my mind
It's not perfect but not enough to give less than 5
This was closer to 3.5, yesterday's more of a 2.5 but same score.
Enjoyable but forgettable
Listened to half an hour which I think is a great effort. Gutted I didn't get to listen to the 67 minute last "track" but who has the time
It's alright. Better than everything else they've done since
I didn't get into linkin park when I was 15 I'm not about to start now
Grew on me by the end
Almost worth 4 stars for girl from mars alone
Too long but enjoyed a lot of it
A bit of filler but pretty good. A bit more edgy than most of their stuff
Found it more interesting than the other zz top album
I didn't hate it just can't really give it more than 2 stars
I've tried to get into him before. The early stuff clicked immediately, this takes a bit longer. Listened to it twice and it's getting there
I basically ignored Billy Joel which I regret. I blame Westlife and Uptown Girl for putting me off him. Some good stuff on here
Edited. Not a 5
It's ok, passable Beatles impression
I think I will listen to this again
Well it is Christmas
Any REM album on this list I will be giving 5 stars
Fine but was thinking there'd be a few more of his well known songs
Didn't mind it at all
Listened to it twice. Enjoyed it
After the first song I thought I would hate it but ended up merely indifferent
A nice contrast to the blandness of Taylor Swift
Probably would enjoy it more on repeated listens but no chance of that
The start of his golden period
Was expecting more hits but was alright
Enough stand out tracks for a 4
Better than alright
I like Nick Cave but thought this was gonna be hard work. Actually enjoyed it, considered a 4
Fine
Not sure I listened to the correct album but was alright
Was getting into it by the end
I think even a 3 is generous. Very unremarkable. I'm sure they did better albums than this though
Was ok. Never in danger of a 1
Potential for a 5
Very little sign of what they would become
Was pretty sick of it by the end
Not quite enough for a 5
Sounds a bit dated. Round up for being short
Fine/moderately enjoyable
Enjoyed it. 3.5 rounded up
Probably something I could get in to if I had the time
I didnt enjoy it quite as much as bringing it all back home but still has to be a 5 I think
Loved it. Right up there with Harvest and after the gold rush
Barring a couple of tracks pretty disappointing
Don't know why it's been so long since I listened to this
The black keys are ruining a lovely streak
I just didn't really enjoy it
Started out strong but faded
A bit ridiculous but for some reason made me smile
Made a rush of blood to the head seem like a masterpiece. What's worse is it's still probably their 2nd best album
Without the weekend gap probably would have been a 4. Enjoyed it though
It was fun. 3.5 rounded up because the end of track 3 goes well with the Garth Crooks GIF
An Elvis Costello album without any hits was inevitably going to be 3 stars
Edited
Not really a fan but was alright
I really enjoyed it. Will revisit
Was mostly ok
Other than one track it was a delight
More solid stuff from Mr Cave
Hit and miss
Truly truly awful
All the better for not just doing a greatest hits and instead zoning in on Meat Puppets 2. Hopefully that David Bowie gets an album on here too
Better than their last one but still didn't really grab me
It's ok
Much like the stones first album and to an extent the Beatles it really wasnt clear they were any good at this point
It was on track for a 4 but the last few tracks weren't so good
Mostly enjoyable. A strong 3
Not their best but can't be less than a 4
A lot of this isn't every good, a couple of classics salvage a low 3
It's better than achtung baby which I (incorrectly) gave 5 stars
It was just too much, flirted with a one for bits near the end
It wasn't absolutely awful all the time but this feels like what one stars should be used for
Enjoyed that. 3.5 rounded up
A real rollercoaster, some of it sounded intentionally awful but I really liked some of it so I guess 3 is fair
It was ok nearly a 3 but is this the best Widnes has to offer?
Slightly underwhelming
A low 4
I still don't get it. This was twice as long as the last one as well which means it's getting rounded down
It shouldn't be on here but was alright
Most of it is pretty average
It's about as good as the first one
I enjoyed it, 3.5 rounded down due to YouTube adverts
Not as bad as one might expect
A low 4, it's not one of my favourites of theirs
Not what I was expecting. A 3.5 rounded up
Listened to it a couple of times to confirm it wasn't a 5
It's probably not a 5 in the cold light of day but I really enjoyed it
I liked it but have forgotten it
Meh
Not quite enough for a 4
Id never heard this before and I was pretty much completely bowled over
Fine
It was so short I'm not even bothered it wasn't that good
It was ok but I wanted it to be finished by the end
A very pleasant listen
Sort of enjoyable when it was on
Probably slightly generous but it's very good
Easily the worst of his so far
Just enough about it in places to make a 3
Just a bit of a racket
I really didn't like his voice. Music was ok
A bit of nostalgia enough for a 3
Enjoyed it in a probably won't listen to it again way. 3.5 rounded up
It's pretty good
I can't not give it a 5 even though it's obviously too long. The peaks are incredibly high
Was probably a 2 but what was that cover of strange fruit
Mostly decent
3.5 round up for being so influential
Some of it was ok
Clung on to a 3
Enjoyable. 3.5 rounded up
A strong 4. Not as good as physical graffiti
Not sure if I enjoyed it but found it interesting
Not awful but not for me
Listened to it a few times, not quite as good as I remember but I think it's still a 5
Of course it's a 5
It's pretty good but not in the same league as the borns
I imagine this is how Andy Dufresne felt after crawling through 500 yards of (relative) shit and coming out the other side
It could have been a 5 just didn't feel like it today
Eliminated all doubts about 3/4 by the end
A strong 4
I still find them hard work, just enough for a 3
