The GOAT for a reason

Decent album but not as good as the queen is dead or meat is murder

The rap based tracks are decent but too much of the album is Damon Albarn being annoying

Very soulful, we love it

One of the greatest albums of all time. Perfect blend of the beautiful simplicity of the early Beatles and the creativity of the later years

A rare example of a B side better than an A side

The first track gave a glimpse of the sound Paul Simon would eventually establish as a solo artist, but most of the album felt like Simon and Garfunkel without Garfunkel, but that’s still some pretty good music

I knew his 50s stuff but wasn’t aware of any of this style. Very much enjoyed it

Three classic tunes make this is a great album, the rest are decent tracks but not enough for 5 stars

Blur are rubbish

Not a big Metallica fan but given that this is a live album it’s very good

Good ol’ cheesy crap

Very chilled but suffers in the same way most reggae suffers, in that its rhythm is very repetitive so the songs can get a little samey

I’d say there are definitely better doors albums but riders on the storm and La woman are just so good that I’m giving the album a 4

What a racket. I quite liked Some Day One Day though

I like the psychedelic stuff usually, love this era, but this one didn’t do it for me

Not even funny how good this album is. However, I will shake my butt as hard or as soft as I damn well please, thank you very much

As far as jazz goes it was decent

I actually like Kate Bush when she sings like a normal human being

Pleasantly surprised by a lot of this but what was all that weird German stuff towards the end 😂

German techno is so weird but the model is such a tune

Too bang average to be 2 and a half hours long

I gave it an extra star for the father Ted theme tune, and because my lovely horse was on some expanded edition

This is an example of good enough to be 3 hours long

I can appreciate this isn’t to my taste, but I’m also not sure that it’s very interesting anyway

Musics nice at times, but her voice goes right through me

Too much incest. Was tempted to give it some more stars for that track of just dudes sucking each other off

Great album by a great band. I find most Brit pop bands to be criminally overrated, blur and oasis in particular, but the verve had a couple unreal albums. Shame the Rolling Stones are a bunch of cunts

Yeah too weird

Not really my thing but the album felt very kind of definitive of that genre of cheesy 80s pop rock, certainly felt like a relevant album and was enjoyable enough

I love the “we aren’t surfers anymore” narrative, find it very funny. Disney Girls and a day in the life of a tree are such beautiful songs. RIP Brian Wilson, getting fucked up in heaven with Dennis now
