1001 Albums Summary

This feels very much of its time. The 80s. Hip hop, before it took so much Rap and R&B influence. Similar vocals to Fresh Prince of Bellaire.

Old school too.

This is the music my dad always listened to. I actually really liked the album. It felt dynamic and there were really great interludes that reminded me of other modern albums. It felt more like a story was being told.

Really enjoyed this album and is very much what I think of when I think of the boy bands of the Beatles era. Good casual listening. I'd have it on in the background with guests over.

good but not my thing

Way more dynamic than i thought it would be. Spans so many genres. A few of the old faves in here but the other songs were just ok.

I didn't mind it. Not my thing but the music was nice.

I like it. Old school rock. Ok then it got a little crazy with these long intros to songs that were nonsense. Not sure how I feel about the whole album now.

So hard to find this album. Found it on youtube I think and it was super funky. I was not a fan

This is like Rap met Trap. Not my thing, but actually I can see it being good for small hype Reels.

This feels like classic Rock and Roll. The cover made me thing death metal but this is just metal. I enjoyed it enough but probably wouldn't buy the record.

Older love songs. Kinda hippy vibes. A famous song (the title of the album) and Mr. Guder is kinda the same starting vibes as a Glass Animals song.

Hmm, not sure what to say about this album. It's like simply a woman's voice singing with very light music happening. Maybe some sort of Jazz?

What I would expect from Ice T. It's old school hip hop and rap. I like the album though. Probably wouldn't own it but I enjoy listening.

This feels like classic boy band mixed with rock. Like the beetles, the who, beach boys, kind of thing. I like it.

Bloody Sunday and New Year's Day. This album has some of the most famous and classic U2 songs. Very nice.

Lovely piano music. An enjoyable listen. Perhaps good for background music in a relaxing setting.

Lighter rock that's a bit groovie. Maybe some spanish influence and of course some classic Santana songs. Nice background music. Not a lot of vocals.

This is like french death metal or heavy metal. Reminds me a bit of Rammstein, Du Hast but French.

Classic Metal. What I would expect from Metallica. Good listen but wouldn't own it.

"right about now, the funk soul brother" - this is in the album to give me a reminder of the kind of music. It's like electronic music that feels big band, upbeat, and fast pace. A lot of it is just fun beats with phrases repeated over and over again. It's fun but not something I could listen to over and over.
