Dexys Midnight Runners
2/5
Why is this album on here? It was bad enough that it caused them to split up.
Minutes and minutes of them chatting. Scripted chatting. Not poetry. Not lyrical or whimsical. Just banal chatter. Who cares???
Only good thing in this is the hook in One of Those Things which isn't even theirs, it's a sample. Then they sing about it all sounding the same, the irony.
It's not appallingly bad which is the only thing saving it from a 1. That, and some come on eileen good will.
The Notorious B.I.G.
