Decent. Delightfully weird.
65/100 Started strong but got preachy and samey
I really wanted to love this. Needs psychoactive assistance.
Real good stuff 86/100
56
Enjoyable reggae, 67/100
Is this what old people mean when they say things sound like noise. 16/100. Only getting a 2 because they're good honest manc lads. Rkid.
52/100
76/100
The revolution will not be streamed 70/100
God damn I love this album
This is it.
Not a 5/5 but can't give it 4/5. 93/100 would be fair. Brilliant album.
Fantasia soundtrack on a nightmarish LSD trip, what is this.
Enjoyable. Probably a 7/10 but can't justify a 4*.
7/10
Another that's probably a good 75/100 but can't warrant giving it 4*.
86/100
U2STM
Could have been a 4 if it wasn't for the old people voices track
Freak on a leash deserves better
72/100 but doesn't deserve 4*. Rating out of 5 is dumb.
Phenomenal, of course
Better than Ghosteen. Maybe not quite a 4 but very good. 75/100.
Nostalgia makes me want to give this a 4 but it's at best a 3 being truthful.
The budget of a lot of countries couldn't afford the amount of acid necessary to make this an enjoyable experience.
72/100 but not a 4
2 but only because it could have been worse
Almost 4/5 but dragged a bit
Started strong but faded, 3.4/5
They probably have 3 better albums. Insane that their 4th best album is still a good 93/100.
Close to a 4, would be if it wasn't live but loses some of its appeal
Apologies to The Bends. I would have said this was their 3rd best album from memory. The Bends is superior. 86/100
If Tom Bombadil ever gets a TV series, this is the soundtrack. Rambling across the English countryside vibes.
Surprised me that I didn't mind this. Easy going daft punk.
7/10
Why so high pitched? Who wants this? Maybe 2 is a bit harsh but the beautiful ones cover upset me.
Nostalgia
Very enjoyable
Need more stars.
74/100
Lemmy you beautiful bastard
Could be a 4 but there's so much going on it's almost stressful to listen to at times
Some good songs but he should have stuck with the pixies
Jungle VIP for sure
Tough call, solid 9/10 but can't bring myself to call it a 5*.
3.5 verging on 4 but can't warrant it
Good in parts but a bit bleh overall
MICHAEL BARLOW :@
Good but a bit dull
Not completely terrible but don't understand the appeal. Ethereal. Good yoga music probably.
I don't know what I'm missing but I just don't get it.
Monsters of rock, undeniably.
Not sure how I've never heard of him/them. Elvis Costello/Pulp with a Smiths poetic edge. 76/100
Generous 4
Borderline 5 - definite 9/10 but giving it a 4 just because of MJ's questionable behaviour
Why is this album on here? It was bad enough that it caused them to split up. Minutes and minutes of them chatting. Scripted chatting. Not poetry. Not lyrical or whimsical. Just banal chatter. Who cares??? Only good thing in this is the hook in One of Those Things which isn't even theirs, it's a sample. Then they sing about it all sounding the same, the irony. It's not appallingly bad which is the only thing saving it from a 1. That, and some come on eileen good will.
92/100 Slightly generous 5 but a 4 would be harsh
Surprisingly decent for german robots. 3 bleep bloops out of 5.
Morrissey could easily have cost this its deserved 5... but it gets one in spite of him being a dick.
This was a lot of fun. Mariachindie. 83/100
88/100 There are weak points but I can't go as low as 4
9/10 Could easily be a 5 but being critical it's not as good as Dolittle so 4
His voice takes a bit of getting used to but after that excellent
Rough edged REM. Went on a bit too long and got a bit samey. Could have been a solid 4 with a bit of refinement but as it is... 67/100
The hits are brilliant, the rest is a bit forgettable. Somewhere between a 3 and 4.
Very strong 4, 86/100
At points thought this could be a 4 but quite repetitive in the end with some dull notes. 65/100
Bit chaotic, bit weird, bit fun, bit confused. 63/100
Better than I expected but still very middle of the road. 58/100
MJ is decent, who knew
I don't think I can give it 4*, but 3 is quite harsh. Solid 72/100.
88/100
<3 Yoshimi 78/100
Maybe a little overhyped, but still one of the best albums of all time. 95/100
Blah all the way down, started as they meant to go on. Well written elevator music.
Surprisingly enjoyable, 57/100
Close to 4 stars but not quite there... 72/100
good. 66/100
Very close to 4 stars but not quite there. 73/100
Could be a 4 but downgrading it because of steven tyler
Several bangers but quite middle of the road overall, 65/100
85/100
BLUEEE MOOOOONNNN
68/100
57/100
Enjoyable but not quite worth a second listen. 68/100
One of the greats 95/100
For nostalgia I have to give this a 4... 68/100 but would still happily listen to it over and over just like I did in 2003.
Lucky to be getting a 2 to be honest. Quite like the guitars at times. Too much conga. 18/100
94/100
Started strong but liked it less as it went on. 57/100
75/100
Mad fun
65/100
54/100
Does any album have a stronger opening 3 songs?
How does she have any entries on this list, let alone multiple??? Just about gets a pass. 44/100
What in all hell is this?! Worst album so far by a comfortable margin. Makes me miss the weird duck thing.
Showcasing the problem with rating out of 5 stars. It's a good 9/10 but in all honesty I don't think it warrants a 5 star rating. It's phenomenal, and full of absolute classics, but also a decent amount of filler.
A good 3*. Bit repetitive but fun stuff. 68/100
64/100
76/100
Bit weird. Bit intriguing. Bit boring. Bit good. 2 stars would be too harsh. 53/100
85/100
bleh. Better than I expected but still bleh. 48/100
One of the greats 96/100
68/100
56/100
72/100
Better than expected after the first track... still not great though. 46/100
Incredibly mid tween bubblegum pop. 2 or 3 decent songs and then a load of breathy dirge. 5ive should have taken Baby One More Time Just below middle of the road 48/100
If you told me this was the soundtrack to 80s/90s gameshows I'd believe you. Enjoyable if a bit bland. 65/100
7/10 but not 4*
58/100
56/100
This is nice, I like count basie. 68/100
Good but not 4 stars. 71/100
Vaguely sounded like it could be a soundtrack for teletubbies or similar... Not actually too bad but very forgettable and blah. 46/100
35/100
Good stuff. Lot of bangers. Some filler. 77/100
So this is where Alex got his croon from. Black sheep boy was a nice surprise. 72/100 but not quite 4* worthy
Bleh
Good album. Close to four stars but doesn't quite get there. 74/100 though.
SPIDERS?! FROM MARS?!?
63/100 Better than I was expecting
Kinda good, kinda bad, kinda dull. 59/100
90/100
Funkalicious 76/100
High 2, doesn't warrant 3* 52/100
A part of me really wants to give this more than 2 stars, but I don't think I can. 48/100
Ain't nothing to fuck with, for sure. 83/100
This was much better than I was expecting, nice country stuff. 65/100
57/100 Some good, some bad, some made me think of OkkRiv
7/10
Really nice easy listening. 4* might be too generous. 71/100, couple of bonus points for Ipanema.
Excellent. Almost 4* but not quite. 72/100
56/100
Low 4 stars, just about scraped in. 73/100
Solid pop album. Bit top-heavy. 58/100

Well. Yeah. Very hard to find any faults with this. Could do with one more song, too good to end in less than 40 minutes. 98/100
hmmmmmmmmmm 5* seems disingenuous. 88/100
Cut-rate beatles. Pretty enjoyable, nice and chill. Youtube only. 66/100
Not my cup of tea but not all that bad... 55/100
Fuck tha police indeed. All timer. Don't think it quite gets to 5*. 87/100
Another Brian Eno album and yet more evidence that he's just a con of the musical world. Do people legitimately think this is a masterpiece?? What is this??? Only the production levels save this from being a 1. 35/100
68/100
86/100
Moustache cover deserves a 5 tbh. Content, not quite, very good though. 83/100
A few hits and some filler. Good album. Fun album... Slightly above mediocre album. 64/100
I'm not sure what I just listened to. Almost two completely different albums in one. Good but also blah. At points a 4 but others a 2. 56/100
Don't know how I've never heard this. What a great album. Not quite 5* material but close to it. 86/100
Could have been the soundtrack to Scott Pilgrim. Great in parts but very generic. High 3. 70/100
Not much to say here. One of the greats. 95/100

Step 1: get sitar Step 2: take plenty of mushrooms and acid Step 3: walk into forest Step 4: cosplay as a joke band from the 14th century and/or skyrim Only gets a 2 because it was relatively pleasant in parts if you didn't actually pay attention 32/100
46/100
78 Big love, great debut, solid 8/10
