I suppose it suits a certain mood, I have never been in that particular mood yet.

Billy Joel

Not for me. Was never that keen on the singles when they charted, and those were the highlights of this album.
Bruce Springsteen
4/5
Still enjoyed it after many years away from it. Can sit all the way through without intervention which is unusual for me. Only thing is, and I have thought this about other more recent Springsteen records, is the sound seems a tad "rough" to me. Maybe it is meant to be like that, or maybe it is just my hearing letting me down. Still a solid 4/5 anyway.

Surprised how easy this was to listen to for background at work. Normally would throw this kind of thing a 1 and move on but this was different somehow. Might even listen to it again when chilling at home.

Sounded a bit like one long song that didnt do very much for me. Liked his other albums more.

The fact that I got to the end of it, albeit only as background noise at work, merits a 2 in my rating system. Wouldn't want to listen to it again though.

Pish
Frank Sinatra

Not my thing, but easy enough to have in the background. Might have been a 3 if the songs didn't all sound pretty much the same and Whoopee wasn't there at all.

Well the first I listened I scored it a generous two. After the second listen it grew to a 3. There's no way this is getting a 4 from me so I am stopping this nonsense right here.
