Teen Dream
Beach HouseNothing remarkable on it. Forgot about it the next day already
Nothing remarkable on it. Forgot about it the next day already
At first sounded like post rock and then some indian (?) vocals came along as well. Interesting mix
Okay Album, but not really my type. I would describe it as synth-rock
Loved Hey Hey, My My. The rest was also fine. Good ol' classic rock.
Not really my type of music. Reminds me a bit of Muse
Quite annoying singing with distorted guitars in the background (nothing against the latter though).
Was okay, but a bit too old-school for my taste
Was okay again. Nothing that I found amazing
Quite annoying whining
Iconic Bitter Sweet Symphony on here. Some other okay songs as well, but not too much that stands out.
Really annoying britpop
Not really my kind of music. Too jazzy
Some old school hip hop. Some tracks are pretty cool
Not my kind of music, but I can see why it's iconic
Annoying old rock
Okay album. Not very much my taste, but I can see why it's a classic,
I'm no swiftie, but this is music that I can listen to in the background.
There is only so much grunge I can have in a day
All songs sound the same. Rock that I can forget easily.
Howdy there fella! Come on and sit down by the fire, we just opened up a new bottle of moonshine and fiddle on my fiddle. Sing along and ride off into the sunset in the morning. Catchy country
Christian country...
Quite annoying "Jazz-Rock"
Meh. Not really my type
HipHop is actually not my genre, but I like this. Old school hiphop not being about banging chicks, big money or gunning down others.
Classic old-school rock
Old-school Drum and Bass. Some tracks don't vibe with me though.
Country/Folk album that can run in the background. Especially when in a saloon etc. Not my cup of tea for listening by myself
Old-school progressive rock. Lots of synthesizers. Gets annoying quickly
Sounds like melancholic, emo-grunge. Not my type
Interesting indian covers of old songs. Not as annoying as I thought it would be.
Songs at the beginning are better than the ones coming later. It gets more and more Jazzy and whiny. Annoying at the end
Partly annoying, but in other parts enjoyable.
Really annoying whining
Quite chill hip-hop
Not my type of music
Some classic Elton John hits. Lots of songs sound the same though
Maggot brain is a cool song, the rest is a bit too funky for me
Experimental Rock? Some songs are quite weird and stressful. Others are okay, but nothing that hooked me.
Some interesting change of genre. Although I would not have listened to it myself, I was pleasantly surprised. Some songs are a bit unpleasant to my ear, others quite nice.
Golden Skans is very well known. The songs in the beginning are are little more my taste, the later ones are quite cacophonous.
Old-school jamming. Reminds me too much of Jazz which is not my cup of tea.
Classic old hard-rock
Quite annoying dissonances in all the songs. Does not sound nice at all
Quite chill album. I liked it.
Quite whiny, but still harmonic.
Most of the songs sound the same, but they are okay to run in the background
Guitar guru doing guitar guru things.
Nothing remarkable on it. Forgot about it the next day already
Some old school bangers on here (One Way Or Another, Heart of Glass) that remind me of GTA: Vice City
Some Hip-Hop/Rap again. Usually not my style, but this was fine.
Now this is a classic. Lots of good songs on here. Love it.
Every song sounds like the singer is annoyed as fuck.
Interesting style, but some tracks are quite annoying.
I think this was the first time actually listening to Nick Cave. Interesting deep voice.
Bad sound quality recording. Tracks are not really my taste either
Interesting voice. I like it, but sometimes it can be a tad bit much.
I think with this album I realised that I'm not really a fan of Aerosmith. Yes, they have some nice songs, but this album was not my thing
Classic 80s sound.
Really nice album. Nice atmospheric sound.
Classic Rock with a hint of metal. I love it.
Sounds like lounge music. Started out quite slow and then "Drop the pressure" threw me back down memory lane. Didn't know that it was from Mylo. Same with "In my Arms".
Not really my type.
Was okay, but nothing really stood out.
Interesting album. I am positively surprised. I would describe it as HipHop-Funk. Reminds me of MC Hammer
Punk, but the really annoying kind.
Really nice album. Whole album can be listened to easily.
Mixed feelings here. It's not bad per se, but nothing crazily good.
Some classics on here.
Not really my thing. "Loaded" was used for a song that I like as a sample.
Nice album. Shout and everybody wants to rule the world are classics.
Really annoying to listen to. Probably some "notable punk album" again. Not as bad as "Germs" though.
Not really my type. Some songs are a bit annoying, but some songs are quite interesting. I liked "Song For Chango".
I like this kind of irish punk/folk. Second album from The Pogues already.
"Somebody to love" had a resurgence recently. Nice to know where the original is from. Apart from that it was an okay album. Nothing else stood out to me.
Not really my type of music. Couldn't finish the album
Interesting album. I remember Joan of Arc from the radio. The rest is also interesting
Iconic "It's like that" is on here. I'm usually not into hip-hip, but I like this.
I would actually call it Rock/Hard-rock, but apparently it's metal. Not a bad album.
Not my kind of hip-hop. Too much misogynistic stuff
Classic metal. I'm actually into it, but I guess there is a limit to my daily dose of double-kick-drum that I can listen to without being annoyed.
Interesting album. Liked some songs, others were forgettable
I liked "Family Business". The rest was okay. The skits in between were a bit annoying.
Although Hip-Hop is not really my favourite gerne, I quite enjoyed this one. Apart from the weird "sex-interludes", the tracks were quite mellow
Not really my type. Sounds a bit dreary
Classic 60s sound. No auto-tune, just a woman singing along to some music. It's okay, but not something that would catch me for a longer time.
Not bad, but many songs sound very similar. Can run easily in the background.
Well, this is some cool old-school punk. Famous "Sabotage" is on here as well.
Not really my type.
Some mix of Reggae and Folk? Not my type.
A lot of songs sound very similar. After a while the singing can get annoying.
Intersting Post rock
Southern rock opera describes it quite nicely. Sounds like Lynyrd Skynyrd and the like. Can run in the background quite nicely.
At first sounded like post rock and then some indian (?) vocals came along as well. Interesting mix
Sounds like post rock but then also some vocals are included. Interesting mix
Sounds like 90s radio music. A bit lame. Come on Eileen is a classic though.
Prince again. He always sounds like his music is made for sex, but set in the 80s/90s.
This sound of the album is what I have in my mind when I think about what Justin Timberlake sounds like.
Some funk or something. Could not bear to listen to it. This kind of music makes me angry... really annoying music.
Interesting album. Some things were a bit whiney, others were quite interesting and enjoyable.
The voice gets annoying over time.
Chill Hip Hop, but nothing that got me really hooked
Classic Meat Loaf. Some songs sound the same though...
Not bad. Oldie, but goldie. But I liked other albums from CCR more
Easily recognizable voice. Okay album
Nothing that caught my attention. Nothing bad either, just not something that I would recommend to others.
The song My Generation is iconic. The rest was not something that hooked me that much.
Not so bad. Enjoyable.
Cool album. Contains the famous "Stairway to Heaven"
Not my kind of music. Sounds too much like Jazz.
Not my type of music. Quite "jammy".
I like this kind of music, but saying that the whole album is a must listen is a bit of a stretch.
I like the mix of rock & roll and a bit of punk.
Not really my type.
Not really my type.
Sounds like 2 dudes being in a garage, one jams in the back and the other speaks some words into a microphone with a lot of reverb... Okay?
Interesting album. Noticed some songs that I heard somewhere before. It is something that can listen to, but nothing that I would choose to listen to if I had to listen to something I like.
This was really good. My highlight is "To Live Is To Die".
Sounds exactly like REM. All songs sound quite similar.
Well, Queen. Love it
Not really my jam
I like it. Old-school rock
Very heavy. Some songs were a bit too hard, but others were really cool. I liked the tribal parts (Canyon Jam was interesting). Now I finally know where I got the "ROOOOOTS BLOODY ROOTS" from.
This album has a lot of good songs in it. The songs are also quite diverse.
Actually not my type of music, but was okay to listen to in the background
Not my type of music. Quite repetitive and sometimes even annoying
Is an okay album.
A bit annoying to listen to.
Solid album.
Pretty cool album. Iconic Seven Nation Army is on it.
Nice old school rock
Not really my type of music
Annoying new-funk jazzy vibes. Not my type of music
I hate this kind of music. Really a pain to listen to.
I am a bit torn about this album. I have strong memories about it. I remember my dad putting on the CD and listening to Games without frontiers/Biko very loudly. I loved it, still do. Most other songs from the album were a bit of a let down to be honest.
Solid album. I liked it
Joni Mitchell again. It still gets a bit annoying over time.
Interesting album.
Singer-songwriter. Sounds more like he is talking in a singing kind of way.
Sounds Grungy. Was able to listen to the whole album except for one song.
I specifically didn't ask for Jazz/Soul/Funk. I feel bad for having to give a review...
I actually like Alice Cooper, but this album did not resonate with me.
Weird album
Old french singer. This is a live version of the album. I listened to the whole album. Wasn't that bad, but I don't know what he was singing about.
Nothing special really.
Psychadelic rock? Interesting, but the voice and whining after a while a bit annoying.
Classic Hard Rock. I like it
Oh boy, I like this one. Grew up with it and it is still a banger. Sadly, the political views from Fred Durst are not so much a banger...
Was okay, but not that great.
A lot of songs sound similar. It's okay, but nothing that special
People really listen to this and think: "Wow, this is nice"?! I had to stop listening after half the album, because it was unbearable.
Okay album.
Annoying whining and cacophonies
Not my type of music
Okay album, but nothing amazing
Did not expect to find a drum and bass album here. Was okay.
Sounds like every other Depeche Mode album
"Relax" and "The Power of Love" is on the same album? I was singing the refrain from "War" some time in the past and I didn't know it was from Frankie. Really good album.
Sounds like "annoyed-woman-screaming-in-microphone-with-guitars-having-too-much-distortion-music"
Interesting album. Post-rock? But having a lot of other influences as well
Not really my type of music.
I like The XX. This album is also good.
Well, the album cover is one of the most iconic covers there is. Almost everyone knows it. That said, the songs are nice to hear, but nothing that really stood out.
Mixed feelings about this one. Some songs are interesting, others sounded just like mumbling
Was okay, but nothing special that stood out to me.
Music that sounds like classic 70s singer. Somehow they all sound very similar.
Not really my type of music
A lot of the same metal sound. I am/was actually a metal-head, but this is too repetitive.
I would describe it as Jazz rock. More enjoyable than Jazz, but after a while still a bit much
Lemmy's voice is easily recognizable. Most songs sound the same. They all sound as if they are riding on the back of a trailer driving on a long and open road with the wind blowing in their faces. Fast, Angry, Loud
Not really my type of music.
No thanks
After a while a bit too much.
Was okay
I like it. Some "songs" are more talks, but others are really catchy
