Harvest
Neil YoungI can imagine people raving about this (especially harmonica lovers). Not really my thing, apart from some classics like Heart of Gold

No music that sticks
Surprisingly rough music that goes outside the lines. Nice, but you have to be in the mood
A little overhyped?
Better as expected
Four very good numbers and a a very nice cover
Normally I wouldn't listen to it. For once it's actually quite nice
Sometimes stirring, often dreamy. A style all of its own. Definitely worth listening to again.
I always associate the Dead Kennedys with the alternative scene. This album confirms that. Full of energy and going wild. Best song on this album? Your emotions! Most hilarious song? Viva Las Vegas!
Nice to hear that old rocker Ian Dury again. Too bad "Hit me (with your rhythm stick)" isn't on here. There are more nice songs on here than I expected.
Nice a classical jazz singer. Never heard of her, but good to listen to once in a while
I know some people wake up with this in the morning. I drove with this during the morning rush hour and I have to say that I often hear better music. So not recommended.
A singer, must have some guts. That is not the case here. You go from one song to the next while babbling.
Music is easy on the ear while it also has some punch. I had never heard of the soft boys. Almost two and a half hours of soft boys would be a bit much, however the bonus tracks break off after just a few listens.
Funny to hear typical 70s music again. Once in a while is enough.
The dreamy songs like (nice dream) make this a great record.
Nice music to start the workday with. Easy on the ear but not too distracting. Too bad there isn't really a hit in between
Ray Charles, who doesn't know him? I didn't know the complete album "Modern sounds ...". I do know the background vocals and the style. Nice to hear once.
Traffic is a pleasant surprise. Easy on the ear and I actually knew one of their songs: Feelin' Alright?
Nice music, many songs make me unable to sit still in my office chair
Two world hits that you can't ignore, for the rest hmmm
The Ramones were popular when I was in college. Now, it may be strange to say, they seem more dull than they were back then. But the rule is still: Shout it out and go. Great.
What great music! Never heard of it I thought, until I heard Get it on. Of course I knew that song. The entire album is recommended.
At first I thought hmmm, quite nice, but soon I found it an exercise in patience
On the one hand you could label it as cat's whining, on the other hand it sometimes has something
Quite nice to listen to. One megahit. I can imagine that this was a refreshing album at the time.
What a well made album. Mysteriously melancholic and sometimes magical
For this I listen to this album list. New music for me. I have to say there are some nice songs in there. Still, it's not really my thing.
As I wrote yesterday, it's nice to hear new music (for me). What a pleasant surprise this is.
Brian Eno is a well-known name. I didn't know this album though. Quite nice to listen to.
It meanders along happily with a single song that stands out. The entire album disappoints me
Not really my thing, but a pretty good album
This is the first album I listened to twice in one day. The first time I listened I thought it was nice, later in the day I wondered, what did I actually hear. In each case completely new to me
What an album. A beautiful voice and very well known songs.
Completely new music for me, and I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised
At the first song I thought it would be classical music, but that was not the case. Very nice music to listen to with songs that flow seamlessly into each other.
Qu'est-ce que c'est? C'est gΓ©nial
Dreamy music that doesn't stick
Usually I can appreciate some rough music. However, I found this album less successful
Calm music to wake up to. It promises to swing today
The album cover already raises expectations and Janis Joplin completely lives up to them. Let's go!
David Bowie is a hero. I think Low is far from one of his best albums. I'll go for Scary Monsters
Country-style music might be a thing in America. I'm not really into it.
The solid (massive) basses quickly bring you into a kind of trance. I suspect that if I listen to these basses for too long, I will get a headache.
Well, how many stars do you give an album like that? The first song is 5 stars, the second song is 5 stars, the third is 5 stars. The whole album? Okay, 5 stars too.
What a nice blues, and what a shame that making music is forbidden in northern Mali
I already knew some of the songs, but the whole thing is overwhelming
There's punk and punk. No doubt this was an important band at the time. At the time I didn't get anything from this band

Very quickly I knew how many stars I was going to give...
Excellent
The morning after listening to this album I'm humming a new kid in town
Although a well-known artist, I had never heard the album before. I expected more from it
Listening to this album right after Brian Wilson passed away is special. Back in the day, the Beach Boys made a big impression on me. I even had a compilation album. I had never listened to Pet Sounds in its entirety
Beautiful songs, including a few classics. When I think of John Lennon I always think of this quote: Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans
I'm quite disappointed with this, I actually expected more because they have quite a name.
Grow your hair and headbang. I did it once before, but I can't think of it anymore
An album you knew had to be on this list. And indeed. One cat-yelling song aside, a fabulous album
Never had anything for Metallica. I don't think that will change anymore
Papa was a rolling stone has about the longest intro I know
Not my taste at all
Nice, but doesn't really do anything for me
Reminds me somewhat of early Bob Dylan
One of the biggest female pop stars is of course Tina Turner. I just noticed that the album cover has a black cat
Of course I knew Praise you. To my surprise the rest is not bad either
I remember that when this album came out it was received enthusiastically. At the time I didn't like it, now I think it's quite nice
Nice debut album. No hits but lots of potential (which became clear afterwards)
That's nice
A single song that rises above the drab mediocrity is not enough for me to appreciate country
A special album with some very beautiful songs
Nice, but not something I'll listen to a second time
This isn't quite right for me
At the time, it was said that these were the new Beatles. They're certainly good, but as good as the Beatles...
Always had a soft spot for Iggy Pop. Hence...
Beautiful build-up of bombastic songs
Hmm, this is different
The black what? Less than the black...
What nervous music!
Well-known, but not great
At the time a very popular album with two classics with extremely beautiful intros
Suddenly you hear "Kids" and you think, "Did they make this?" The album instantly improves. "Kids" isn't on my playlist yet, but that's about to change...
Although some songs are dragging and compelling and the singer has a beautiful voice, it doesn't do much for me
I'm surprised the music isn't as raw and intense as I expected. Frankly, it's a bit of a disappointment, though I understand it was a source of inspiration for other bands. RIP Ozzy
Calm background music that doesn't linger
