Innervisions
Stevie WonderListenable but not my vibe. Best track = Living For The City
Listenable but not my vibe. Best track = Living For The City
I thought this was solid throughout. Good background music. Best track = Hey Hey,My My (Into The Black)
Still not a Bruce fan after listening to this in it's entirety. It was OK but I can't think of a time I'd intentionally listen again. Best track - I'm On Fire
No words - just Collin...Wish You Were Here. Thanks for sending this to us today. You're always with us.
Classic through and through. Not sure I remembered that it had a softer side as well. Top track - War Pigs
i'll listen again
Meh
Classic. Favorite track - You've Got a Friend
Listenable metal. Favorite track - Infected Voice
Awful. I'm not sure I had a favorite track but I could relate to the lyric "I hate it here. Get me out of here" while listening.
Ok but I'd never listen on purpose. Best track - Champagne Supernova
Listenable in the background
Ugh!
Although this one might not be my favorite, it seems like any Bob Marley album is better than the best of most artists.
Started well, then... Best track-What's Going On
Solid but not as spectacular as I expected. Favorite track- To Know Him Is To Love Him
I expected this to hold up better than it does. Does remastering ever actually improve anything? Best track - Church of the Poison Mind
Iconic, although With or Without Chew will forever offend my articulation sensibilities. Best track - Running To Stand Still
Ok but not great
It got better as it went along
Best song - Just The Way You Are
Still not an Elvis fan. Best song-Fever
Great artist, bad album.
Best track-Beck's Bolero
Solid throughout. Best track - The Unforgiven
Best thing was the album art. Music was too bubblegum for me.
Hard to pick a best track when they're all so similar. I guess I'll go with Rollin' & Scratchin'.
Sounds like Depeche Mode on Valium
Well, there went my plan to listen to every album in its entirety before passing judgment. I could barely make it through 15 seconds of each track on this one.
I wanted to like it but the vocals dragged it down.
Whiney, self-indulgent crap.
Bubblegum...in that it's good for a few minutes (Son of a Preacher Man) but quickly loses its flavor after that.
This was like a surprisingly good opening act when you showed up to see another band.
Southern Man
I didn't realize i knew as many of these songs as I did. Not only that, but I hear their influence on Franz Ferdinand, Jack White, The Cure and The Cranberries to name just a few.
I saw The Killers live when they were touring to support this album. They played it in its entirety plus maybe one more song. It was probably the shortest show I've ever seen but was great nonetheless.
