The Score
FugeesDecent enough album, younger me would have probably rated it higher. 3.5 stars

I think I’ve heard the title track before? Nice sounding album, but not my cup of tea.
Know the band, Roundabout is a banger. Wouldn’t go out of my way to play the album, but wouldn’t change the channel if it was on.
Not for me, but do know the last song from a Harry Potter movie.
It’s fucking QUEEN!!!
Iron Maiden is one of my all time favorites, absolutely love them. I’m younger gen-x so my prime discovery years are of Bruce than Paul, but great debut album.
Love Metallica! Damaged Justice Tour 88-89 was my 1st concert! July ‘89 in CT with Stepmom, younger brother, and family friends. This is a no skip album, a fitting tribute to Cliff.
Not my thing
Title track is iconic.
Not my thing
No matter how hard I try, I can’t get into The Beach Boys.
Iconic album but with a some amazing songs. 4.5 stars
One of the soundtracks of high school. This album crossed demographics, everyone listened to it.
Know the radio hits, but can’t stand Beyoncé.
Earlier less heavier version of Rammstein to an American.
Eh, nothing special
Tried to get into The Beach Boys, but can’t do it. I know this is considered one of the best of all time but “shrug”.
Love “In Your Eyes” and of course grew up on the videos for sledgehammer & big time. Decent album would say 2.5
Sleep music?
Swore I’ve heard “Brimful of Asha” before. Surprised by the album, would listen to again.
Two Beach Boys & one Brian Wilson album since he died 15 days ago, STOP. As my previous comments have stated, I cannot get into them. This album is horrible.
Eh, nothing memorable to me.
Has a couple of the hits we all know.
Know the song “Babylon” but other than that…
Was excited to go back and listen to this but was underwhelmed.
30 years ago I would probably would have rated it a bit better but still eh
Better than I thought it would be. Thought it would be a real soft folky. More 2.5 than 3.
This album is fucking horrible, makes me want to scratch my eyes out. How the hell did this make the top 250 of Rolling Stones 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. Poor Boy was kinda catchy. Northern Sky is ingrained from hearing before but holy shit the rest…
The creator of this book/website/idea have totally opposite tastes
Listened to it yesterday and don’t remember it.
What’s there to say that hasn’t already been said
Was excited to listen to but was underwhelmed. Probably 2.5
As Dave Chappelle said on the stand “he made Thriller, Thiller”
This album is horrible.
Not bad, reimagined versions of Bo Diddley songs.
Started out thinking okay this is pretty good. Now again today I can’t remember it.
Girls and Boys is a great song but another forgettable album for me
Son of Preacher Man is one of the greatest songs ever in my opinion. Was hoping for more from this album.
Holy hell that was terrible. I don’t know how I got through it.
This album created an entire genre. I’ve loved it since the first time I put my mom’s original lp on the record player. Could listen to it every day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it.
4th Beach Boys related album in my first 40 reviews. I’ll say it again, PLEASE STOP. I understand what they did, but they’re it for me.
Another influential album to a lot of critics but just eh.
I didn’t appreciate this that much when I was younger, but an enjoyable album.
Another terrible album
Just because you’re a founding member of the Velvet Underground doesn’t mean your solo stuff requires special consideration.
Tainted Love is the quintessential 80s song, while the music is enjoyable I found singing eh.
Wasn’t a huge fan when it was released. Have always enjoyed “Through the Wire” & “ All Falls Down”. What we know now about Kayne it’s hard for me to separate his personality from his art… I would say 3.5
I listen to this album at least once a month.
Okay album I guess? Listened to it yesterday and once again cannot remember it.
Okay album I guess? Listened to it yesterday and once again cannot remember it.
Straight up hippie shiznit from the year 1969
Growing up it felt like “Personal Jesus” & “Enjoy the Silence” were on constant hourly rotation for MTV. Alright album I guess 2.5 stars
Not my favorite album of theirs but love me some Police. 3.5 stars
Good but not great.
Not a huge Neil guy, a lot of his stuff I don’t get. I do like some of the hits I guess. Always loved “Heart of Gold” & “Old Man” and enjoyed “The Needle & the Damage Done”. Overall the album was better than I expected.
Other than “Let Love Rule” I’ve never heard anything else from this album. Was hoping for more. 2.5 stars
Other than “God Save the Queen” & “Anarchy in the U.K.” I’ve never heard any of the other songs or had a desire to. I know this album ranks highly for so many people, but it was okay.
Was looking forward to listening to this. Love “Time After Time” but was underwhelmed by the rest of the album.
Good lord this album just drags on and on and on.
It started off as oh God, another one of these albums then I thought it would start to take off, and it never did.
Starts out sounding like someone is banging on a screen door. It’s not a bad album but it’s definitely not for me.
If thriller is a 5, this is 4-4.5 at most. There’s no denying the hits are massive! The misses on the other hand😬
Yeah that was a rough 36 minutes.
Oh cool The Exorcist theme! Oh no 50 minutes for two songs that could have been shortened to one 2-3 minutes song.
Decent enough album, younger me would have probably rated it higher. 3.5 stars
The soundtrack of my youth. My mother is a huge Bruce fan, so his albums were always playing on the record player.
Have always liked Lauryn’s voice.
The only song that I know by this band is what The Dan Patrick Show would end their show with on every Friday. I still couldn’t tell you the name of it. Decent album but wasn’t blown away.
Have loved this album since I was 10-11 years old, favorite Anthrax album.
Even though the album has nine tracks on it, it felt like it should’ve only been four or five. A lot of the songs sounded exactly the same to me.
I felt like I had fallen back into the 90s. Rather enjoyed this album.
This album was everywhere, tons of hits that brought punk to the mainstream.
This is a no for me, did not like it
Never knew The Pixies other than “Here Comes Your Man” that’s on a different album. Not sure what to say about this one?
Never listened to before other than hearing to hits on the radio. Was expecting to like more than I actually did.
Absolutely love “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” & “Head Over Heels” the rest of the album not so much.
