I was not expecting an album that is 34 minutes long to have a song that is 10 minutes long.

not a fan, couldn't finish the album.
Not a fan of jazz but I gave it a try. Still not a fan of jazz.
I like the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, but sometimes this was a little bit too much noise for me. However, it has the song "Maps" which is one of my favourite songs.
pure valium.
I was not expecting an album like this from a band called XTC, but I liked it!
It's Bob Dylan being Bob Dylan. Meh.
This was interesting to listen to as someone who has not listened to anything like this. While I didn't follow what he was explaining it was fascinating to listen to him describe the music before playing it.
The music was okay, but I'm not sure I like his voice
Every song made me think of "Copperhead Road." So it was very meh.
This is a bit different than I was expecting from Pixies. Still good, but not what I was expecting.
This album reminds me of my best friend who passed away, so it automatically gets a higher score.
Good old school punk
Another album that reminds me of my best friend. Very soothing and relaxing. Oh snap, I forgot Blue Flashing Light was a hidden track on this album! I had some angsty times with this song.
I have never heard of this band. It feels like dad rock. Honestly wasn't sure about this at first, but then I remembered that it's called "Southern Rock Opera" so when I looked at it through the rock opera lens it made more sense.
PJ is always a great listen and this album is so good.
"The End" is a pretty messed up song when you actually pay attention to it.
This album is super chill. I was already tired and it was very soothing.
This album makes me think of fires at our friend's cabin when I was young - this is one of the albums that was always being played on those nights.
give me everything from this era! This is around the time I really started getting into music and Garbage was right there with what I was listening to.
Waylon Jennings reminds me of my grandparents. So he's kind of a good listen, but only in a nostalgic way.
This album makes me realize I should check out more non-English music. There's a whole world of music I'm missing out on. Having said that, this album is okay. It doesn't fit my mood today, but maybe another day?
Sex Pistols always reminds me of a friend of mine, so it's always good. Except overall it's actually just okay.
Not really in a punk mood today, but it was only 35 minutes, so that was a bonus.
I didn't end up finishing it .....
Seems ahead of its time for the late 1970s.
The second half was way more instrumental than I was expecting and pretty dark.
I don't mind the earlier Michael Jackson albums. The later ones lost me, though.
Radiohead needs to be a little less depressing - not a good album for my mental health today. Also, I kind of miss the older Radiohead.
I know this is jazz, but I actually kind of like it (see Darren, anything can happen!)
I was not expecting country-twang.
Tom Waits is one weird guy.
All the teenage feels!
enjoyable, but kind of forgettable as well.
I've never actually listened to Slipknot. They're decent. I was not expecting the singer-guy - I thought it was all metal screaming.
This album is really weird.
I really tried with this, but it's 3 hours long. Way too much.
Okay, but can we talk about how this album is only 2 songs but 38 minutes long? I enjoyed the song "In a Silent Way" but I can't always set aside 20 minutes to listen to it.
I was not prepared for how German this was.
I always thought Neko Case was in Sleater-Kinney, so I've never given them a fair try. Turns out they're decent.
Classic big band music - some I've heard in random things here and there. Fun to listen to.
Such an 80s vibe. But one I like. I think I might give more Bonnie a try.
I miss this Radiohead.
Not as good as Rumours.
I wanted to like this more than I did.
I don't know that I've ever heard the word "funk" so much in one hour.
Good background music.
She's good, but I had to turn it off part way because it was making me sad.
I forgot how many songs I like on this album.
Very twangy, but still enjoyable.
Good little dad rock album.
Darren, I like this one!
Pretty good - I wasn't expecting to enjoy Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, but I did. Not sure it needed to be a double album, though.
I've always liked the song "Green Light."
Decent, for a band I'm not a huge fan of.
It was good, but just not what I needed on the day I listened to it.
I was not expecting an album that is 34 minutes long to have a song that is 10 minutes long.
This one surprised me, but it was so good!
I wasn't expecting much from the guys that wrote Scoobie Snacks, but this was pretty decent!
hooray for 90s britpop!
Good, but kind of long.
So 80s .....
So much noise.
Reminds me of high school, but in a good way.
Loved this album when it came out. Definitely was one of my first forays into kind of angsty rock.
I don't fully understand what is going on with this album. There doesn't seem to be any sort of cohesiveness.
I just cannot stand Randy Newman's voice .....
