The Stooges

when i had to listen to Funhouse by The Stooges earlier in the generator, i didn’t really like it and i didn’t know how to feel about listening to another Stooges record, but this was a great record, i was not bored at all during this album, all songs were punchy and rugged and o really liked the songs. this makes me want to listen to more of the band and even relisten to Funhouse.
i feel this album was better to listen to to get into the band rather than Funhouse

this is probably one of the best debut albums of all time, there are no bad songs at all, this is like perfect it’s such an enjoyable listen

this could potentially be my favourite floyd album, it was dark side of the moon but this was amazing, the 8 minute guitar introduction and then those stellar vocals on the first 5 parts of shine on you crazy diamond was insane, welcome to the machine was an intense second track to get into with a really interesting instrumental, very eerie in some aspects, have a cigar grew on me, really groovy song, really enjoyable, with you were here is one of the best songs of all time, it all makes sense on that song, and the outro is enough to blow anyone away, i love how the intro and outro are tied together. amazing album, nearly perfect, a benchmark in history.

Overall it’s pushing boundaries for the genre and is very ahead of its time (1977)
If you wanna listen to something very different and futuristic, this is good, not for everyone.

i got this the day after ozzy passed away, i’m not sure if that’s a full coincidence or if they designed it like that.
this album is absolutely essential for metal and getting into the genre and for extremely good reason, every song just hits hard, it may be mainstream and recognisable but the quality of songs are just outstanding.
the intro War Pigs sets such a good scene for the rest of the album then it just goes into the song Paranoid which is a punchy banger that anyone can like.
the drums in Rat Salad were amazing as well, very impressive.
my favourite song might be Hand of Doom, i think it’s extremely underrated and i love the sections in it.
overall amazing album that everyone should listen to at least once in their life.

i won’t lie it’s just a random album to me, i bet this would’ve gone hard back in the day in the designated area but it ain’t me, from what it sounds like, sounds well made, but i won’t be going back to this unfortunately

i’m not fully inclined in bob dylan but i thought this was one of the best ones i heard from him (i also really like blonde on blonde) i found it had really good songwriting, he is difficult to get into though but i feel im getting there

this was, in my opinion, their most well sequenced, wittiest, humorous and best performed album i've heard so far. this was really good, it all just worked and there were some bangers on it.

i didn’t know about these guys until i heard tiger milk earlier from this generator, but this came up and i knew it was their more acclaimed album so i was looking forward, yeah this was sick i loved it
