They did 2 iconic songs. But I really didn't need to listen to a whole album. Boring and very generic, I had to skip half the songs.
Disappointed to find out that Creep wasnt a cover of Radiohead like I was hoping. The disappointment though continued throughout. I quite like No Scrubs and was hoping for some more bangers like that, but was left with a pretty bland / lifeless record that sounds at times like it could be so much more. Again though, this sort of thing isnt for me. I’ve tried, but it’s just not very good imo. Maybe it is a classic for fans of this type of music. I imagine the same people who think a Korma is too spicy.
Waterfalls is fine, but drags on. The album is very much a celebration of monotony - the vocals are pretty bland throughout. Not for me this.
BoringSkettyShite Waterfalls is an ok pop song, the rest I found really quite awful. Loads of pointless interludes too. Don't like the RnB sound at the best of times Best part was Andre 3000s verse in the final track 1, worse than Britney

It does have cultural significance. But I hated it then as a teenager and I hate it now as an old.
Probably my least favourite genre and this lived down to expectations. Sure, Waterfall is a great pop song but the rest of it is bland plinky plonk over empty drum machines with melodies that are not even trying.

Waterfalls kann man sich mal reinziehen, aber ansonsten gibt mir das alles so gar nichts.

De dames lijken te denken een erg sexy product neer te zetten, terwijl 'sexy' wel mijn laatste associatie is... De opzet is aardig / toegankelijk. Eén van de luistergenoten zal het vast omschrijven als 'weinig attentiewaarde'. Het was me op de radio nooit opgevallen. Maar wat is dit raar afgemixt. De zang en rap is heel erg naar achter gedrukt en is wat vervormd cq. klinkt wat creepy. Is dit om te verstoppen dat ze wat betreft zang en rap eigenlijk een matige kwaliteit bieden?
Het beatje klinkt wel ok, al doet het me denken aan de mindere periode van Michael Jackson, met in the closet enzo. Ik heb verder eigenlijk bijzonder weinig met dit soort hiphop en soul van een meidengroepje. De rap is bijzonder matig en de zang is ook van het niveau likmevestje. Het was een van de best verkopende acts in die tijd, maar dat waren de Spice Girls ook. Er staan een paar aardige nummers op, maar als geheel is er echt geen doorkomen aan, halverwege afgezet, na Waterfalls. Verschrikkelijk.

Io c'ho provato ed ero anche entusiasta di sentire un disco un pò frizzantello anche trash volendo, ma questo disco è veramente insentibile. Mi ricorda le collane quelle aderenti da ragazza anni 90.
Ako je šta okej to su eventualno hitovi i najslušanije pjesme sa ovog albuma, ovo ostalo je stvarno zaboravljivo, očekivo sam više ili možda nisam.

Tof dat er eens iets helemaal anders tussenzit, maar het gekreun ed. had ons bespaard kunnen worden. De sexy-interlude was helemaal vreemd.
