Leonard Cohen
3/5
I love the lyrics of Leonard Cohen so much more than his voice lol
Eagles
2/5
The first song will make any bbq amazing and then the rest of the album will be playing I guess?
The Young Rascals
4/5
How can I be sure and groovin slap. Sometimes the popular single songs are the best and I am so at peace with being basic
John Lee Hooker
3/5
This was inoffensive yet plain porridge.
Alice In Chains
4/5
An interesting experience re listening to this album now I don’t dye my hair and am reasonably mentally healthy.
Morrissey
1/5
Go read Tell Me I’m Worthless by Alison Rumfitt because that conveys my thoughts on Morrissey better than I ever could.
Siouxsie And The Banshees
5/5
This album was so good I hit my thumb with a hammer at least 4 times and didn’t even care
Don McLean
4/5
Nostalgia is so powerful as is this opening song.
Fugees
5/5
Adore Lauryn Hill and the nonstop bops of this album. I’m not a skit girl and some of them activated my fight or flight but didn’t take away from how much this album slaps
The Smashing Pumpkins
4/5
Simply smashing
Leftfield
1/5
This is not my vibe and was not a good lunchtime coffee break quiet reflection before a meeting album. This is not to say it’s not good just that it was not for me.
John Martyn
4/5
Solid and chill. Totally lovely
Buck Owens
1/5
This album physically transported me back to when I was 13 and wore crocs to the Country To Country music festival at the O2 with my aunt and grandparents. Country Bear Jamboree energy but instead I wanted to punch them all.
Eminem
2/5
This is more horrible than I remembered but I like the beats. This project is really making me realise that I do not enjoy skits at all on albums, probably because I am boring and hate comedy.
Arcade Fire
5/5
Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed. No criticism.
Ali Farka Touré
3/5
Weirdly I thought the album got stronger as it went on - loved the last few songs.

Creedence Clearwater Revival
2/5
“Oh don’t worry there’s only 2 songs left” and yet here we are 15 mins later still listening to this album. I think it was fun but bland and there’s no holy reason for a cover to last that long.

Cocteau Twins
5/5
Spooky shenanigans that undeniably slap.
Marty Robbins
4/5
Big Iron was my grandads favourite song because of the story telling. I think that the narratives are miles better than the tunes but I still really enjoy x
Arctic Monkeys
5/5
I still think this is a fun and solid album!! When the sun goes down is honestly my favourite Arctic Monkeys song and when I saw them back at reading fest I’m like 75% sure someone threw a cup of pee at me during I bet you look good on the dance floor but it was so fun I leant into the 25% chance it was apple juice and had a lovely time.
Good album fun tunes. The CD of this had lots of cigarettes on it and mum didn’t let us play it so it feels a lil rebellious too.
Queen
4/5
Killer Queen is such a powerhouse of a song that it elevates this whole album to top notch even tho it is still a solid bop factory.
