It starts off strong and then losing steam in the middle. It has a strong feel of your friend's band from high school. You can't really find anything wrong with it, but you can't really find anything to praise either.

If you’re 14 and hate your stepdad, this may be the album for you. The lyrics are meant for angsty teenagers. But I'm neither angsty or a teenager. I will never been listening to this again.

Apparently the dude was in a bad accident right before he made the album and the album is a champion of overcoming struggle and the first platinum album from a paraplegic. But it sounds like an album that was made by a paraplegic. "Sea Song" feels like he was recreating the accident that paralyzed him.

If Maria Von Trapp was unable to escape to Switzerland and forced to tour with the family and then gave all the kids a different instrument and immediately set out to record an album, this is probably what it would sound like. With that said, it is an important album and East Germany must have really sucked.

I couldn't even get through the first song. Tupac was a horrible human being and this album reflects that.

Classic album that we all grew up listening to. This album is a solid seven. But don't you ever ask why, if I told you, you would cry. So just look at the score and smile ...

Everything a person hates in one album, a super slow build and it takes 20 seconds to hear anything and I check the volume and output like 5 times before it finally gets going. Then you have a 20 minute song that sounds like you are having a panic attack during the Mainstreet Electrical Parade at the Magic Kingdom. Lastly, an intentional omittance of the oxford comma. The only think I like about this Album is the super cool cover art. A tank Armadillo? Yes please! Bonus Star as a "Tank you" for that.

It's a 2 for me not horrible, I listened to the whole thing while focusing on a work project and it made for decent background noise, but it wasn't enough to actually capture my attention.

A Fun album!

This is the score to a movie. Not the Soundtrack, but the score. As a band nerd I appreciate scores and the musicality of creating an experience with the right music, but this isn't exactly a John Williams masterpiece and instead had an entire song of alternating quarter notes. Still not the worst thing I've heard on this list though.

This is a high 3 (perhaps 3 and half) for me. It wasn't boring, it came out the gate swinging, but it also didn't have that song that got you fired up.

This Rock Opera album is a classic. It is a heartbreaking story of Tommy growing up to be a community leader. The story telling, music, and overall package is genius and entertaining.

This was the album that all the white girls suburban who thought they were hood played in High School. Waterfalls is a great song and creep was playing everywhere .. outside of that it is more nostalgia than actually good. Still, when I saw the cover I was "automatic 5" and it lost a star after actually listening to the whole thing.

This is such a foundational album that inspired so many great artist afterwards. It was way ahead of it's time. I found my thrill listening to this classic.

The great Stevie Wonder with TWO major hits on this album. I enjoyed rocking out to "Superstition", but the other tracks were not nearly up to par with it and "You are the Sunshine.". I had a fever and for all these years I thought the cure was more cowbell. But it turns out this album proved that theory wrong. In this case it was as easy as turning off the 56 minutes of dubstep.

The first 7 tracks were classic Byrds sounding tracks and then it seems like they took eight miles high literally during the break and came back as a psychedelia band. Luckily, I am down for both sounds.

All my life I grew up thinking that buildings didn't have a 13th floor out of superstition, but it turns out they were just trying to avoid this album.

This album is an experience, an adventure. It's jazz, it's mariachi, it's Spanish style guitar, and it's fantastic. I can literally see myself one a journey and each song is another stop on the itinerary. It is so different and exactly the kind of thing I hoped to find!

Little Earthquakes isn't exactly world changing, but it was ground breaking at the time. Not great, but definitely enough to move the scale.

Tiny Dancer is an amazing song and the album overall is great ... but how can and English man ever write a song attacking the Americans for their treatment of the Indians when they conquered over half the world ... almost lost a star for that one song.

We have our 6th 1 Billion plays (Sparks) and second 2 Billion plays (Yellow) by Coldplay. A formative band for us Millennials that still sets that melancholy mood when we are feeling not quite emo, but pretty darn close.

Another British Album. Not only do they all sound the same but they all seem like they are forever long. Apparently Viva Hate means a defiant or ironic embrace of negativity and the emotions associated with it, particularly grief and loss. I am definitely negatively embracing the lost of 40 minutes on this album.

Like everything British, the UK version leaves off the Billion play song "Paint It Black" and this is the one that the website defaulted to on Spotify ... lucky for the rating I went and found the American Release ... and that song alone, plus dropping a few of the "meh" songs upgrades this album significantly

This is a band I had never heard of before with a full string section and I am pretty sure I heard a French Horn. I feel like it is a bit of the Cranberries meets Belle and Sebastian but whatever it is ... I like it!

One of the best uses of a saw outside of a Halloween CD I have ever heard .. with that said "Happy Ending" is super eerie. But overall it was tolerable. As previously stated, I am trying to be kind to the 90s.

Honestly, this whole album was kinda mid. Nothing bad about it, two songs approaching a billion plays, likeable, but kinda all sounds the same.

I feel like this album was listed for diversity, but maybe all those English Rock bands aren't so bad afterall.

Fun!! Band Nerds meet some of the biggest hits of all time with an extra heapin' helpin' of Bongo on every track. I love it!

This a big album but it is just okay.

This was a roller coaster. I hated it and almost stopped listening out the gate and then by Chicken Dog I was at a 3, then it fell back off. Half the songs sounds like someone is getting tortured back stage.
