Not sure what warrants this being on a list like this. Might be one of the "had to be there" type albums. Overall not terrible, some fun reggae/African jams but probably something I won't come back to.

Kind of surprised but pleased to see this album on the list. Objectively this album probably doesn't deserve a 4/5, but its nostalgic and I love Incubus.

Got some popular tracks but as a complete album its so so.

This was a fun last 90s pop record. Not really sure it deserves a spot on a 1001 list, but its something I would never have picked up on my own.

#1 Record by Big Star (terrible names) I really enjoyed this record. This is a band that has completely evaded me my entire life. Strong Led Zeppelin and Beatles influences on this record. Nevertheless I really enjoyed the tracks on this record.

I enjoyed this album. Good mix of funk and folk.

I've known about Tom Waits for years but hadn't gotten around to listening to him. I can see why people like him, I just dont love the spoken word set to jazz in a raspy voice thing.

This is the Talking Heads at their best. Some really fun and upbeat songs. With that being said I find their style very repetitive and uninteresting. 3/5

This album has some high highs, but overall seemed pretty bloated. With that said, I still enjoyed it and love George's weepy guitar tones.

Angsty white boy metal does not hold up to the modern day. With that said its nostalgic to me and its fun to rage out sometimes. 4/5

This album does some interesting things, but not for me.

I was so excited to dig into this but its aged pretty badly. Some high points but can't give it more than 3/5

This wasn't bad at all, but no clue why it was included on the list.

I'm sure this band was influential or pioneers, however to my modern ears this just doesn't do it for me. The reggae punk blend with the vocals feels very rough.

Feel like this didn't age super great.
