Reviews (page 8 of 8)

1.5 Not for me kinda just faded into the background as I was listening. The only decent track was the big ship, the rest was completely forgettable.

Didn’t care for this.

I decided to look at his Spotify bio before listening and I was super excited. He has almost 2 million listeners a month and has done a lot. But I simply did not like this.

my eyes glazed over for the duration of the album and i could not stop it

I gave it a try. Fuck, I hated this. Jarring, unpleasant and pretentious. I couldn't make it past the third song.

I don’t get it. Maybe he’s a great producer but why would you listen to his solo work?

,,👎🏻

Rare. Music for robots.

I didn't understand this album.

Not fun

Listened Before? N Mehhhhhhhhh. Not good. Not interested in "art rock" or electronic and this combines both with NO lyrics. I'll pass. Added to Library? N Songs added to playlist: The Big Ship

Two Eno albums in three days. What have I done to deserve this? Anyway, fucking awful, just like every other Eno album I've listened to.

Way too abstract and experimental for my tastes.

Seriously a fifth Brian Eno album?! Why?! I get it, it is ambient music. It was only 40 minutes long and I couldn't take it any longer so I skipped through songs. Just no.

A bit wishy-washy. Another album where I'm not quite sure what it's doing on the '1000 best' list....

One of the most boring musical experiences of my entire life

Like Pink Floyd, but without Pink Floyd

I tried to listen to 3 different songs and could not get through them. If you are into mainly bass with synthesized random sounds on top, this is the album for you but not for me.

The 70's, man -- did people really decide this was fun to put on and sit around and listen to? Maybe it's more fun if you do drugs at the same time

I’d be ok if I never listened to any Brian Zeno ever again. I just think his sound is annoying.

Honestly forgot I was listening to it while listening to it.

What a disappointment.

Was not a fan. Super atmospheric and felt like it was a shitty movie soundtrack. After a 2nd listen through I found that the 2nd half was ok at best

zzzzzz - what on earth is this? audio wallpaper, and not especially pretty stuff either

Pretty weird prob rock album. Never really felt like it had a groove and didn’t enjoy much of it. The instrumentals felt like they were weird to be weird. Nothing special about the lyrics either. 1.9/10

This album should have been called "Disjointed Warm-up Exercises for Small Orchestras" - because that's what it sounds like. Shame on Phil Collins for participating in this.

bah bah

Te weird en experimenteel.

Overall was not a fan of the experimental sounds. Their were a few songs that had potential but ultimately were ruined by the wack sounds that the dude was using.

Most boring one so far

Nicht so meins

literally hate it. seems like one of those things where because it’s old and weird white men would be like “it’s a masterpiece”. my brother and i both hate it.

Again couldnt get through it!!!! Sorry 1 star

Not really my thing

I'll come running pas trop mal

Annoying asf lol

Ouf. Non merci

Nope didn’t care for this music at all.

Instrumental prácticamente

What if my shoes don't need tying?

Urgh. Just sad whooshing.
