I know this one well, and love it.
Not my favourite Led Zep album, but this is still a 4.5.
Great album. 4.5/5
Ground-breaking, funky, but slightly over-rated. 4.5/5
Not their best, but still great. Yet another 4.5.
Although I appreciate their influence on much of the music I do love, I’ve always been more of a Husker Don’t guy. 3/5
One of my favourites from the 84 deep dive. 4.5/5
Solid but inessential 90s alt-rock. 3.5/5
Pretty much a perfect album. 5/5
Deserves to be considered a classic. Ground-breaking but not quite perfect. 4.5/5, but I’ll round it up.
Near flawless debut. 5 stars
Glad I didn’t skip this. Very enjoyable country/folk. Great guitars, banjos, etc. 4/5

One of his very best. 4.5 stars. Rounding up to 5.
Some cool bits, but just too damn long. 2.5/5
One of his best. 5/5
I don’t care for John Mayall much as a singer. The real star of the show here is Clapton. Some of his finest playing. Tasteful, expressive, killer tone. 4/5
Beyond the well-known songs it’s a mixed bag. Still enough great stuff to get it to a light 4.
Incredible, but not perfect. I rated this 4.5 stars on RYM. Will round up to 5 here.
Previously rated on RYM. 4 stars
Cool album, but I’m not blown away by it. 4/5
Nice album, light 4 stars.
Strong 4 for this one.
Fantastic. One of the best double-albums ever.
Ok, but a bit boring.
Hasn’t aged well. Not much to enjoy beyond the big singles.
Juvenile. Not good.
Great album. 4.5/5, will probably round down to 4 on the site.
Some cool playing but not really my thing. 2.5/5
Not a huge fan of this band, but this is a very solid live album.
One of their very best. 4.5/5, will round it up to 5 on the site.

4.5. The best MJ album.

Stands the test of time really well. Karma Chameleon is of course a classic, but the other singles still sound great - It’s A Miracle, Church Of The Poison Mind, and the sublime Victims. There’s a slight lull in the middle of Side B, but otherwise this is banger after banger. 4.5 stars
One of my fave jazz records. 4.5, but will round down to 4 on site.
Innovative and beautiful in places, but I generally don’t go for ambient stuff. Going 3.5 as I admire it but probably won’t return.
4.5. Solid, enjoyable hard rock classic with killer playing.
