Michael Jackson
4/5
A lot of classic songs. Instantly catchy and infectious production and lyrics.
Classic on all fronts.
Arctic Monkeys
3/5
Its pretty okay not amazing by any means. Might need to give a relisten at some point soon. I understand the appeal but it defiantly fizzles out near the end.
Public Enemy
5/5
banger after banger with great production through out. Also I find that the interludes add a lot compared to other albums.
The Temptations
4/5
Chill af to say it in simple terms. Never heard of this album or the band before being given this album to listen to. But it sounds instantly familiar and sounds like I have grown up with it. Very disappointed this isn't talked about that much online. They have sold tens of millions of albums across the world. Seems like one of those groups who have been left out of this modern age of music discourse. This age of music discourse is very meme-able with the same albums being brought up over and over again and people being pretentious. And "Cloud Nine" doesn't fit into those molds being made by the community. Is it a masterpiece? No, I wouldn't say so; it's missing the special touch or oomph factor even though it doesn't have any bad tracks. But it is still at this point a hidden gem. I hate using that word but I feel that it is necessary for this description.
Willie Nelson
3/5
it’s a great album though it is only covers. That is what caps this for me.

Beatles
2/5
mid ahhh hell better beatles albums
Radiohead
3/5
there’s better radio head albumsss ahhhh
Gorillaz
2/5
The singles out shine most of the deep cuts. Wish there were half scores on this website but officially unofficially this album is like a 5/10 maybe a 6/10 if I'm feeling nice. Gorillaz later work Demon days, Plastic Beach and Song machine are much better. Its definitely not their worse by any means but less special, repetitive, and has one big stinker right in the middle "Double Bass." Iconic Album but outshined.
P.S.
Love the cover
Shivkumar Sharma
2/5

Lupe Fiasco

I can see why this is a cultural touchstone for so many people, but it was not original in its commentary then, especially now. The songs are annoying at times, and the catchy hooks lose their pazazz after the constant repeating of them. the strongest point of this album is the start where all the big singles are and a couple more near the end.
