I was surprised how much I enjoyed this, especially Disc 2. This woman can really sing, she sort of went under my radar, I guess because Britney was so big at the same time. Some of it's a bit weird and self indulgent but by no means the worst thing I've listened to this week.

After 2 days of rap I was really happy when Blur appeared today. Then I listened to it, what a disappointment, apart from the first two tracks which I already knew and like, the rest is such a dirge. As a Mancunian I was always more Oasis than Blur in the 90's, turns out I was right.

I've tried to like jazz for years without success, this didn't help. It sounds like next doors teenager got some instruments for Christmas and keeps on practicing. It's amazing that at 15 minutes this is still a quarter of an hour too long. It is a real stinker, some might say it's ground breaking of its' time, not me I think it's utterly shite, lots of noise and shouting, no message, no music, no chance I'll ever listen to this hateful nonsense again.
