Such a good album, great classic rock

Down to the Waterline has got to be one of the most underrated openers to an album, considering that this album has got the bands biggest hit. Still a great overall album that is as timeless as it come, with a hint of the wild west in every song

Such a good storyteller while creating vivid imagery. I had only heard one of his songs (The Partisan) which is a great song.

I've liked alot of the stuff that Alex turner has brought out that hasn't been associated with the Arctic Monkeys, this is no exception. Has that late 60s early 70s sound which I really like.

Just kind of sounds like a whole lot of nothing, nothing memorable about this album at all. He slso sounds like he is trying to copy someone but I can't put a name to them.

No real substance to this album so far, the most popular song (Cranes in the sky) makes me want to fall asleep. The interludes kind of stink. The beats are very one note and as basic as they come. This album felt like it took an eternity to come to an end. Won't be revisiting this any time soon.
