this was a rough start, so overly repetitive and hated the lyrics

this has one of my favourite rolling stones songs on it; sway. i enjoy listening to this album

not normally into jazz but i thought this album had some cool beats and some cool melodies throughout. songs were a bit long for me but overall enjoyed it more than i thought i would

this album had some pretty good beats to it and i enjoyed it the blend of rap and rock, some of the songs had really cool guitar on them. wouldn’t normally listen to this but it definitely had some songs i would listen to again. (wanted to rate this 3.5)

easy listening, very groovy. had good drumbeats, good harmonies, nice trumpet

really enjoyed this album, his voice is so smooth and he has an incredible range. the arrangements were solid and the whole album flowed nicely (wanted to give 4.5)

there was some bits and pieces i liked about this album but the run time was just a bit too long for me (between 2.5 and 3)

a nice album to listen to while doing things around the house

had some really good songs on it and i liked the live sound

this album was a bit conflicting, sometimes i liked her voice and other times i found it really quite annoying. i also enjoyed some of the jazzy vibes of some songs but some of the songs were boring. i don't know if i need to listen to this album a couple more times or never again (either a 2 or a 2.5)

what’s with all the long albums lately! but as someone who has a hard time with rap albums sounding the same throughout the whole thing, i thought this one had a bit more variety (although i hate little skits on an album)

starman is an okay song but this whole album is so overrated

the smiths definitely have some really good songs but none of them were on this album. can’t knock johnny marr’s guitar playing but morrissey is just so goddamn depressing

this was one of the roughest listens so far, not a fan of prog rock and i hated the weird medieval sound. the songs for 9 minutes and up were the most irritating to listen to and felt completely unnecessary

i can appreciate the talking heads/the strokes influences but i can’t get behind the songs 6+ and some of them were a real drag to get through

the first song was okay but the rest of the album was a bit too repetitive

this album has no personality

this was pretty interesting actually…. i thought it was kinda cool

could talk about this band forever. one of my favourite bands and this is absolutely a masterpiece

pj harvey…… so effortlessly cool. this is a great album with really beautiful songwriting

not normally one for hardcore punk….. especially the american stuff but this is probably the best one i’ve heard so far 3.5

i just couldn’t get through this…….. 3 hours???? i spent two days trying to get through this and it felt like i didn’t even make a dent regardless of how beautiful her voice is

i had to skip at least a minute of each song and it was still unbearably long…….. and way too repetitive

nice voice but overall it was pretty boring

as far as paul weller goes, this wasn’t as bad as i thought it would be but it was instantly forgettable

a masterpiece and a classic, i was hoping for rain to make this the perfect listen but was let down……. still fantastic

probably the better of the birds albums i’ve heard so far, the 60’s sound is something i really enjoy

a good switch up from the generic british music i’ve had lately, this was cool

this is a really pretty album but i’d rather listen to america on repeat for half an hour, what a beautiful song

the kick inside does more for me than this album but this was still atmospheric and strange and beautiful

another aussie band! streets of our town always reminds me of summer and it’s one of my favourite songs ever. everything about this album is tight and it sounds great

this did feel like rock bottom for me….. there’s no way i had to hear this before i die

it does feel slightly outdated but it’s also quite nostalgic

my favourite beach boys album, it can feel pretty strange at times but i think that’s what makes it good, feel flows gets its own star
