1001 Albums Summary

First time listening to the full album. Meatloaf has never really been my thing but I did enjoy it.

I still prefer OK Computer but this is a nice album to have on in the background

Similar to Kid A but I like this one a bit better.

I’ve never been a big fan of The Cure but this album is nice musically. A little bit of a downer but still decent.

I wasn’t too familiar with this album other than the main single but as a fan of Tori Amos I can see how Kate Bush was an influence. I enjoyed the listen.

Great album but the one drawback is that at times some songs sound too similar. Love One and Harvester of Sorrow.

I wasn’t familiar with the Thrills at all but was pleasantly surprised. A nice pop rock album.

A great album. While I enjoy Clarence Clemons and the horns I find it a bit too horn heavy…that is all keeping it back from a 5 star.

While his voice is rather unique the songwriting is fantastic. A true Canadian national treasure.

While I know this is a popular album it doesn’t do much for me. I recognize the musicianship but the album is a let down for me.

Elvis Costello albums are always a treat.

Music was fine. Lyrics etc. not my cup of tea.

Aerosmith has always been take it or leave it for me. I like some and don’t particularly like others. This is right in the middle.
