Liked some, not so much the rest
Pretty Mellow - shame he's such a racist
Not a fan, Metal Box was better.
Nice enough, liked Beautiful Ones.
Like it. Always liked Portishead
Odd choice for today, all thing considered.
Not a fan. Dreary and boring.
Prefer Can't buy a Thrill, but not bad.
Can't beat a bit of LL Cool J
Some hits. some misses for me, alright though.
Like Gary Numan for a new generation
Cocteau Twins: proof lyrics don't matter when the voice is an instrument in its own right.
Can't understand a bloody word. Nice though
Good but not really a DNB fan.
Beats were alright but I don't like foreign language music much
Beats were alright but I don't like foreign language music much
Alright, not the greatest
Bad Bowie Copy - circa Black Star
Not my cuppa tea but surprisingly good.
Like the hits, not so fussed on the rest
Remind me of many bands but felt a bit Ordinary Boys - Indulgently long
Very breathy, sounds like everybody else
I can already tell I'm, not going to like this. I don't like the guitars, it's a boolgy racket. Even the sifter ones are horrid. Pushed all of them to the end.
No melodies just twanging. Bloody awful.
Surprisingly pleasant, YouTube put Prince up next which was much better.
Nice Jazzy feel but didn't think much of the sentiment
Liked the hits, rest was Meh.
Yeah, like the hits but it was a bit of a slog.
Other than the classic, the rest was garbage.
Lot of covers. Pretty good though.
Enjoyed less than I thought I would.
Lot of silence. Weird. Rest was alright.
Liked it. Previously unknown gem.
Great album. Whatever happened to her? Shame two tracks were withheld.
Never heard it before. Liked it. Will probably never play it again though.
Smooth but I don't like non-English songs.
Not quite as awful as I thought it would be.
Very good pianist - too long, too jazzy in places.
Answered a question for me. Never knew Courtney Cox had an album. Not really a fan though.
Can't beat a bit of Dusty
Not really my cup of tea.
Bloody awful racket. I would totally avoid this.
Not as bad as I thought it would be.
They were apparently Grammy award winning,I'd never heard of them. The album was alright but it felt very generic.
Not at awful as I expected
8o's Yay - AHA Not so much
I am not a fan of Country Music
Hadn't heard of this band. Didn't like the first track and thought it didn't bode well but was pleasantly surprised by the rest of the album. I doubt I will ever listen to this again though.
I didn't recognise BoC when I got this album but discovered I had listened to a few tracks off of this album previously. While I like BoC I preferred other collections to this one.
It was alright but I doubt I'd add it to any playlist.
I'd heard of Frank Zappa but was not familiar with his work. The whole album sounded like generic 70's background music.
He's good but Country really doesn't float my boat.
Not their best, but a good album.
Best song ever. Though I find Shine a bit self-indulgent.
Pretty Funky, doubt I'll ever listen again.
Fucking hate Elvis - Did not listen.
Not swooning like the YouTube comments but it wasn't bad.
Hadn't listened to her before, it was alright, I doubt I'll ever listen to her again.
Contains my favourite Abba song
A lot of cover versions, not as good as the orginals,
Not awful but another one I'll never look up again.
Bloody racket - not a fan.
Good album - no hits though.
Best bits was the clapping
Liked it , but it went Youtube on a Beatles medley. Nice enough, but not what I Wanted.
Pretty Good Album actually.
Good album, talented musicians. Probably never listen again.
It was alright but another I doubt I'll ever revisit.
A couple of the songs were less painful than I expected but I never liked the band and didn't like listening to this album.
Great album - possibly their greatest
Not a Jazz head - tolerated this
Great album by the Durans
Didn't really grab me - not very melodic.
Not a favourite. Bit weird overall.
That was way too wishy washy
How can you not like The Carpenters? Didn't know they covered Help! though.
Didn't know this album, not his best.
Weird shit. Not a fan. WIll never willingly listen to that again.
Didn't like The Pixies and not a fan of Nirvana. some tracks were alright.
Great album. spent all day listening to the The Streets after this was suggested.
Good album, not familiar with it.
Another good one. Unfamiliar with the artists.
Not a fan of Jazz. I've listened to Thelonious Monk. I didn't particularly like it, but I can say that.
I wish I could Skip Alexander Spence
A bit self indulgent in places but a legendary album.
Not a fan of foreign music - but this was OK
Good but definitely a product of its time.
Titular track was best, alright album
Liked the hits, the rest was Meh.
Not all were that great to be honest
Proper Hip-Hop, bit samey
Only knew the last track. different.
Never heard of this album before. Sound a bit like The Killers but worse.
So good, it went on to a Sam Cooke compilation and I let it run.
Didn't really like it. Went onto their best of, wasn't really impresssed.
The slower ones were just about alright, but overall I didn't like it.
Don't like foreign songs butt the beat was alright.
ANy album that has It's Been a Good Day is alright with me.
I didn't share the opinion of the YouTube comments.
Some of it was unexpected but most of it was awful.
His Jazz-Funk period - good album
Could've done without the remixes, same songs over and over but the core was good.
Don't listen to foreign songs. Started and skipped the rest.
I thought I liked Radiohead - this album proved otherwise.
Enjoyed the hits, played 40 Licks after, then played Biggest Mistake.
Bit boring to be honest, first one was good rest was droney.
Never really listened to Kid Rock, now I know why. God only knows was the only track that wasn't awful. Lacks the melodic quality of Eminem.
Why do I keep getting shit albums?
Much nicer. Last track is almost an anthem.
Get's a bit whiny after a while.
So derivative, no hooks, nothing.
Liked the singles, the rest was a stretch.
Not my cuppa tea. Talented though.
They look like a bunch of rogues don't they? Music was alright but nothing to wow me, thanks.
Bit samey really. Thing of it's time.
Good but not golden in my opinion.
I could stand one song, utterly horrible.
Album was alright but I'm not a fan.
I don't like Fairport Convention
I remembered after listening to this that it wasn't Radiohead I liked, but Portishead. DIrge.
Alright, listened to the hits, one I liked.
Overly indulgent guitar endings. Fast finished.
Good album, worth the time.
Like listening to a really shite Leonard Cohen song. I hope Tom is still waiting. Utter tripe.
Couldn't find the album, played The Greatest Hits.
Liked some. She sings about fucking - a lot. The line about when she was 12 was a little shocking. Second half was better than the first. Doubt I'll listen again.
Quality but a bit samey TBH.
It sounds like the sound track to Gran Turismo. I hate the soundtrack to Gran Turismo. Factory was a pleasant diversion though.
Everything I expected of it.
Not a fan of being shouted at in Spanish in the morning. I didn't enjoy this album at all.
Weird album, Frontier was good, rest was uncomfortable.
Doubt I'll ever listen again.
DIdn't get the Full album, got a collectors edition with 40 odd tracks, couldn't stand it mostly had to cut it. Few nicer tracks.
Didn't know they covered sea shanties. FoNY FTW
Went by without upsetting me, doubt I'll ever listen again.
Not really a Radiohead fan, though this album was....different.
Wasn't bad - doubt I'll revisit.
Album wasn't awful but I'll never listen again.
Listened to the singles over and over, great album
Marmite music. Latter camp.
Went by without too much tedium, won't listen again.
Less annoying than expected
Very repetitive, love this type of stuff but this just went on and on.
Good, but Something for the Weekend was the highlight. Had to play National Express after.
Couldn't find the album off the bat only the titular single. The single sounded one way but the album gives a very different impression, particularly Flowers and Beads.
Biy samey to be honest, but I never thought of myself as a Swifty.
Never realised how much I like The Smiths
Discovered I like the singles more than the other stuff.
Sorry, know they were supposed to be great but I found it naff.
Oddly, I quite enjoyed this one.
Right up my street - excellent album
Dat Blue Skies remix tho? Quality singing all the way through.
Only three songs were offered, the single was alright but I'm not really a fan.
Thought I liked The White Stripes. I do not.
I own this album. Golden.
Never knew that station ident was Eno.
Not sure if I don't like Indie Music or just am grated by this woman's voice.
One track on the album was bearable.
Some smooth, some not so much.
Enjoyed almost all of it.
I don't understand why this was recommended. It just noise. Very annoying noise.
Weird but I managed to get through it.
I thought I liked Orbital, I didn't like this.
Wasn't great, wasn't awful.
Itw as alright, not much of a fan though.
Fucking awful guitars. Hated it so much I put every track to the last seconds.
Lot of noise. Not good noise.
I couldn't recall this band. Half recalled on track. They weren't giants of the scene.
ALl the volumes was a bit repetitive but it wasn't awful.
First few were alright but it went downhill fast.
Excellent album - YouTube Music glitched and I listened five times.
Liked the singles, the rest was a bit meh.
Yeah, liked it. YTM's Auto Play is broken so it repeated
Thought I'd love it. I Love Paper Planes. I did not love it.
Auto-Play on YouTube Music is broken. This album was alright but I definitely didn't want to hear it twice. Interesting introduction but I doubt I'll ever listen again.
This was a new one one me, didn't recognise the band. Album was alright, bit cringey in places. Third studio album and it still meant nothing to me.
Another one I own. Great album.
Really like Paul Weller but this wasn't really brilliant.
Oddly this sounds still relevant, considering it's from seventy years ago. Interesting album.
Didn't know they made an album, generally good.
Thought I'd hate it, few tracks were alright, most were not.
Liked it overall - lot of covers though.
Youtube Music only gave me four tracks of the album.
It wasn't until I left my wallet in Al Segundo came on that I realised that this album has no hook tracks.
Surprisingly tolerable. Couldn't stand the follow on.
Surprised this was a bit Meh.
Confounded that I liked it.
Couple of Bangers but some Meh too.
Many overly long songs on this album.
Only three tracks of the album were offered on YTM, they were alright but nothing to write home about.
Not quite for me - find his voice a bit whiny after a while.
Where did it all go wrong? Such a great album.
I loved the Pistols, this was a dirge.
Only one song I recognised, the rest weren't so good.
I'd never heard of them, can't understand why one name covers seven people. The music gets a bit Country twangy the rest of the album is alright. The next song on YTM I recognise the title by the same band.
Only knew one song on the album. I can see where The Police got the idea for Be My Girl Sally, sounded like the same bloke too.
Truly awful. Four of the seven tracks on the album were all that YT had. Of those four, each was over 17 minutes. I did not listen to them they were not good.
I hadn't heard of this artist, so I wiki'd them. Even when singing in English, it sounded French. I liked the tunes but the vocals annoyed me. Sounded female but I read that he's a male. That doesn't matter to me but I wasn't a fan of the vocals and Fast Forwarded the French songs.
Too Long. Many meh songs then suddenly a Bee Gees sounding tune.
Like some of their other tunes but this album generally fell flat.
I'd heard of this band but never heard them. They were a bit Beatles, a bit Rolling Stones and started off too shouty and loud. I would be unlikely to listen to this again.
I only recognised one song from back in the day. Television. None of the rest really registered with me.
Didn't think I'd appreciate this, I was right.
Double Platinum? People are deluded.. Bloody racket except the Scratch track.
Four tracks and most were covers. Good though.
It got a bit tiresome to be honest. It's a new one on me. I won't revisit.
Listened to all of it. None stood out.
Quality singer, doubt if I'll seen her out again though.
Never heard of this one before I played it. A few singles, still rang no bells. Didn't hate it. didn't love it.
Bit too shouty on this one.
Good stuff nut not really a fan.
Never heard of Sault before, not a bad album, nice vibe. Doubt I'll ever revisit though.
Never heard of this artist or album. Won't revisit it.
Heard of these guys, definitely not turned onto them. Very droney
I was surprised by this. I've listened to an awful lot of 90'd Hip-Hop/Rap lately, this failed to impress.
Nothing upset me with this album, but I sort of tolerated it.
Weird cover. The album was alright, just not brilliant.
Because I love the first track I thought I'd love this album but the rest was a bit shite. The algorithm playing other songs from the period provided much better tunes.
Never heard of the guy. My better half screamed 'Enough of the Jungle drums' in the middle of Dirty Barry. As previous the algorithm provided better songs.
Liked the hit, put up with rest.
Not my cup of tea at all, rather yucky end to end.
Their hits were better than most of this album.
Liked this one, every track.
Good overall, liiked most of it.
Sadly I agreed with the critics at the time of release.
Didn't fancy that one bit.
What an awful racket. Truly, truly awful. No thanyou very much - not sure how this rvrn got on the list.
Always dubious about REM albums on account of their history. The singles were fine but the rest was a bit Meh. The algorythm threw up lots of better music from the period.
Didn't really like yjis one.
I only recognised 'Just Like a Woman' but the rest of the album wasn't overly offensive. The algorhythm that kicked in after played much better tunes.
I got the invite, shame I took it up. Skipped almost all of the tracks, other than the short ones, to the end. The algorthym threw up Massive Attacks after which was much more to my taste. Yet another I didn't really enjoy.
I knew from the second I read the review that I would not enjoy an American Indie Band. I was not mistaken. One or two tracks were tolerable, but overall another bloody racket.
Nothing that matched up to MIA but tolerable though.
It was tolerable but the algoryhtm beat it by a long way.
First track is great, rest is a OK.
Ctrl-Alt-Del. What a sad album. Never heard of SZA. Won't listen again.
What a fucking awful album.
YMT kept giving me RMS My Generation EP so did not listen
Only gave me two tracks - both were awful.
Got two tracks - noth bloody awful - why do I keep getting this crap?
Bloody awful. - why am I getting such shitty albums?
Poor Man's Dylan. No really memorable songs.
