Van Halen
2/5
I enjoyed the album but it is not something i would personally listen to in my free time. fav songs were jump and hot for teacher. i think this music is something i could dance to but it doesn’t connect with me enough to listen to it again but i loved all the guitar riffs and naturalness to the music. it’s real rock and i appreciate that just not much depth to it which i enjoy in an album.
4/5
Giving very much Beatles vibes but I think that’s just the 60s vibe of it. Seems to be an ironic take on war and revolution and the oppression and death of it all based on the lyrics. The music and rhythm of it all is amazing as well. I like that it’s not exactly the same as everything else at the time but it’s still similar enough that you can call it catchy and you can dance to it easily. So far Drivin’ is the best song imo. Overall a great album and i will most likely listen to a lot of the songs again. Really love the vibe and it starts and ends amazingly.
Public Enemy

Adele
5/5
I have already listened to this album but I am excited to hear it again! Her voice is actually unmatched and same with her writing style. She makes everything beautiful even the most heartbreaking songs. I also feel her cover of love song by the cure is so beautifully remade and she really manages to make it her own. Top songs: One and Only, Rumour Has it, and Take it All
3/5
i have grown up on the beatles and ive always loved them. i think this album is rlly different from the rest of their classic stuff but i do enjoy it. their songs have a certain hopefulness to them. really love how upbeat and dancey the songs are. feel like the beatles really experimented and stepped outside the box with this one and i really enjoyed it

5/5
i have always wanted to listen to this album and i think it rlly lived up to my expectations. i really like the storytelling aspect of it and david bowie does it in such a beautiful way and true to the time. it just sounds so gorgeous and is truly such an experience. starman and ziggy stardust deserve the recognition they get and more. this album definitely deserves to be on this list.

he’s quite funny between the songs and i like the music more or less. i don’t think it’s anything special more just a fun piece that brings you back to this time and what it might have been like to be at one of his concerts and the music that was enjoyed then. i like the chiller songs but also the harmonica in almost all of them. plus the interaction from the crowd is fun.
