Listen-able but weak standouts
It’s good jazz but I’m not that into it
Nice jazz! Easy listen but long
Good artist but feels lazy
I don’t know, first track is amazing but I just feel the album is a bit monotonic
Haven’t really listened to Nick Cave before, maybe there are better albums, but I liked the sound
One of my favourite Beatles albums. Had it as a kid.
It was ok. A little boring.
New, inoffensive. Listenable, pleasant!
Foo Fighters, cool! But very mediocre first album. Their sound is good but not a great mix and meh songs.
Cool, Coldplay was inspired
Listened roughly half, maybe got something
What? How is this on this list?
Movin on up is great but didn’t like the rest
It’s one of my least favourite Beatles albums. Has good songs, but it kind of disappoints
Repetitive but nice
I’m not sure if I was just in a really good mood when I listened to this but I really liked it. The guitars are mixed well
I just enjoyed it
The best LZ album probably
Ew
Would probably be three stars if it wasn’t new
Hmm difficult. Iconic, amazing tracks. Want to give it 4.5 but alas.
A bit easy, would have gotten 3 if not La Grange was on it.
Some ok songs b ut not my style.
Some great songs but as an album it’s just so monotonic, instruments are the same all the way through
Amazing
It's just too much Dylan for me
I mean if you're in a really dark place this will do
Very nice, good vibes
I bet it’s good if you listen to it more. But too experimental for casual listening imo
Very narrowly a five. Lacks some depth
I really like bb king, especially live, but it feels like there are better performances.
Pleasant
One of Bowies finest
Not a fan
Not for me, second half was a bit better
Very 80's. Okay listen, nothing extraordinary.
Very strong
I likes this. I’m kinda giving it a four just cause I want to remember it more, it’s a stretch but it’s unique
Iconic. A bit too Adele but also so many hits.
Nice start, some good songs
First I was like "meh", but even though no single song was 100% I felt like the album itself had a nice vibe to it. But it kind of dissipated towards the end. Almost 4 stars.
An album. Listenable.
I’ve never quite understood the appeal of general The Doors. Some songs are really good. It otherwise just meh
It was ok
Would get a 2 but it is impressive for it’s time
Like I really want to give this album a five but somehow it always kind of disappoints me when I listen to it. It feels like a five but it’s just not there
Hell yea! I was thinking a solid four at first but then along came songs that I recognised and bam!
Meh
It’s pretty good but other similar albums are better
Is ok
Jazz, but easy to listen to. Didn't strike a chord with me but didn't dislike it. It was fine.
It’s barely a five, not Beatles best but has some really really good songs on it
Neato! Almost a 4
Decent songs, nothing that stands out to me.
Some fun lines but not my thing
Great
Really good songs
Not my thing, but the first song was kinda nice.
Absolute banging, like the 2-song-idea as well
I'm not a big fan of heavy metal
Very smooth
I don’t quite remember but. I think it was a okay
I almost would give it a five but it got a bit too repetitive after a while
Maybe a one star. But it's not baad bad, it's just too experimental for my taste.
Not 100% my jam lyrically but iconic and great standouts
Seems good but not my thing
Meh
Reggae, pretty good but not my genre. Maybe a three but again, I wouldn't put it on for myself.
Felt less groundvreaking than the 84
It felt like a four at first but then a two so I guess three?
Tap has to special for me to stick out. It’s not bad but not my style.
Quality, not really standing out for me
Marvellous. Not perfect but so many bangers
I don’t think this album existed in its entirety on Spotify. But it was kinda cool for it’s time?
A ok
It could have gotten a four but it actually has some pretty boring songs that brings it down
Very good but overall weaker than II and IIII
Like all the hits on one album. Difficult to not dig.
Not bad, not my taste
Very solid
Boorderline 3, but if you listen actively it’s pleqsant enough
Only listened to half but actually gave some stank faces
Legendary
Meh
A lot of good riffs at the start but then they barely use them in the songs and the songs sound kinda the same
Songs are not necessarily bad it just lacks dynamics.
I see the appeal. It’s smooth, beats are good. It’s not my genre
Nice vibes
Very cozy
Meh, ok but no standouts
Some songs are very good but there are so many that it’s hard to keep same quality
For me the topics in the lyrics a just gets kinda lame. It’s not done with a bit of humour and just comes off weird. Beats are worse than Dre
High quality, but it also shows how much better Beatles were at the small things. It’s close to three but
I like white denim but this is just a bit.. safe? Still good
I wanted to give it a 5 but it’s… maybe I’ll give a five. A weak five
Meh, nothing special
Very good blues just too much for me
Nice, lacking standouts
Pretty nice I think, was some time ago so can’t remember if it was three or four
Didn’t finish it but it’s very cozy
Thought it wouldn’t be for me but I actually got a bit into it. But the songs are too long
Nice vibes
Didn’t catch my attention but not bad
RIP Ozzy
Here’s a problem with 5 stars, I’ve give worse rap records three stars but I don’t feel like this is top for me, it’s like 3,7. Anyways maybe 3
Easy to listen to
Very stale
Vibes
Good!
Very mid, could be three stars but
A bit nice songwriter pop
First song is good but I don’t know it’s too harsh lyrically
Good background morning music
Holy what an album! Great find
Didn’t listen to all of it, skipped some, but the tracks are good
Good quality but boring
Not there yet
It’s the start but not the best from MJ. Also, it feels a bit weird listening to him so tempted to add a MJ Tax. However, will try to stay onjective
Ok start, abstract end
Very cozy. Almost 5 but lacks standouts
They have a sound. For me it’s too much for an album
Solid
Not really my jam, didn’t like his voice
I don't know it didn't speak to me
A bit cozy but outdated
I like it but it lacks standouts
It started off strong and then got ok
I don’t really like reggae but there are some good songs here
Okay
Oh so cozy, we usually listened to it in the mornings when I was a kid so maybe biased
Hmm it’s a good album. It didn’t grab me though. Unsure about 3 or 4.
It feels like I should really like Soundgarden, but it just doesn’t hit right. However Black Hole Sun is amazing. Maybe a 4 on a better day
I liked it
Started off like shit Beatles but actually by the end kind of mid Beatles
Childhood, and also the trio of Sparks-Yellow-Trouble is wow
Not my jam but has heart and charm
Only listened to half but I was suprised it was kind of boring
Good but also some bad songs
I had it on in the background so didn’t focus too much but it didn’t bother me
Some beats were kinda nice, but it’s not my genre and it didn’t hit me
Better than the last costello
Liked it! Surprise gone daddy gone original
It was interesting sounding
Too jazzy for me
Nothing special
Nothing special
Good jazz!
Too 50s
Something dad could listen to
Just barely a five!
Nice beatlesque
They’re not entirely my style but objectively good album
Almost 5! Dad?
It’s such a defining album for their style coming from Queen I
Not an everyday album but when it hits it hits and it's great
Even though the rest of the album is kind of same same, this is THE GnR album, I mean 4 hits on one
Just barely a 4. Nothing extraordinary just that I kinda enjoyed listening to the entire album. Easy but chill
Not my style and not very high quality
Thought it was better, a bit boring tbh.
Solid, holds up but not super itneresting
Interesting, but I think I have to listen to it more to dig it
An album
It’s quality even though not really landing for me
I dig it! Weak 4 though
Some jams, nothing special
He’s cool and all but it was a bit boring
Quality but lacking standouts
I wasn’t aware they were such good instrumentalists. But ok
I really feel like I should like this but it doesn’t grab me
Just very average
Almost a one but some of the music was ok. Didn’t like the vocals
First half is just fantastic and then there are some more good songs
Fun
Didn’t hear all of it but inoffensive
Objectively it’s good but it lacks fun factor for me
A bit stale but listenable
Except Take On Me very mid. Almost a 2..
Beautiful tracks
It's a fantastic album. But I wish it was one disc and the "fillers" were removed.
Rap is not my genre but this has a lot of hits and I would give it a three unless it was actually something that’s difficult for me and I still enjoyed it
Only listened to a few songs but sounded ok funky
It doesn’t really get me but songs are generally good
Maybe a 2
Cool
Almost 1 star but beats are listenable
Oh, it went a bit long since I listened to when I reviewed. IIRC pretty weak even though it was cozy.
Easy funk
Mid
Second half a bit weak, but first half oh so strong. Maybe a four.
Legendary
Kinda nice
Ok
Nice
Cozy start but got a bit poor lyrically and long
Nice allrounder
Informative and interesting but just not something I long to hear again
Cozy but like sad cozy
Boring
Not my genre
I really like him. A five is maybe a bit high, but what can you do
Listened to half, boring
Listened to half, not my style
Cozy, same category as Norah Jones. Could be 4 but it lacked standouts
Not entirely focused but it still caught me several times. Maybe not a 5, but it was interesting, varied and I think I want to relisten.
Surprisingly mid excluding it’s a sin.
Started with some fun ones but overall a bit low quality
Very 50s rock, kinda fun but yea
This could maybe be a five. Worth a relisten!
Could be a 2 but I don’t know. Bad beats
Musically interesting, she’s a really good singer
I’ve gotten quite tired of Costello but this album was actually fine
Cozy autumn album especially second half
Borderline four, but it didn’t really have bad tracks
Made me happy
No complaints
Listened to like half, some are good some are bad
Thought it was a bit weak at first but got into it towards the end
Good songs, background vibes
Could only listen to one song of the album and I’m not a fan of that style
Had some beautiful lines but generally too avant garde
It has that “legendary” feel but I’m not super into him
Only listened to half
Cozy, good background
Solid rock
Always a bit tricky with a love album where you don’t know a lot of songs but it was nice
Amazing first half, second half kind of drags on too similarly
You kind of like the Christmas song versions you like, so this was nice but yeah
Solid jazz, I liked it
Very ok
Even though its MJ this is undeniably a fantastic album
Beautiful
If you want chill vibes, this is peak
Long repetitive songs, first two ok but meh. 4-5/10
Even though i like rock I don’t really adore this. But I can tell it’s a well made album. 7
Very hard to decide 4 or 5, but very nice winter album. Amazing first half, falls off
Lacking in standouts but overall actually a bit cool. 7/10
I liked that the songs were short, but nothing amazing. 5/10
Noise
They have a sound and it doesn’t change too much. 3/10
Lacking standouts
Quality but not my vibe. 6/10
Missing some oumphs, but you can hear a seed of greatness. 7/10
Lacking standouts and a bit unsure but 7/10
Not really a fan of that stereotypical 80s rock sound in this way. 5/10
Had some fun vibes and it surprised me but mid, 5/10
Famous start, and then the second half surprised me with that singer songwriter style 7/10
Nice album, great hit. Lacking a bit of oumph. 8/10
Can’t remember fully
Not their best but changes is very good. 7/10
Nice background, 7/10
Not my genre really but there’s something about it. 8/10
Blues, nothing special. 4/10
6/10
7/10
Would have been 5 stars but the second half was very meh. 8/10
Don’t remember, but she’s generally good. 6/10
Songs are good, style is interesting. 7/10.
It got some classics, an impressive start to the career. Could have been a point less but for the style it's good. 7/10.
A bit too 90s but good singer/songwriting. 7/10
Oh this is hard because hits are slapping and the rest is ok. Could just as well be four stars but. 6/10
Inoffensive and unassuming. But pleasant. 6/10
Great songs, nostalgic. 10/10
It’s not my gene. 4/10
Only half album on Spotify. Fun theme song but otherwise meh. 5/10
8/10. Great artist.
Weird literal lyrics. Mediocre songs. 4/10
4/10, not my style
6/10, good but lacks standouts
6/10, easy listen, quite chill.
Pretty typical 80s girl pop-rock. 5/10
Could have been a four but the first half was cool then it kind of went on for too long. 6/10
8/10. Great songwriting, but lacks some fire
8/10. It’s my style of music. Lacking standouts for that fifth
Chill. 6/10
Didn’t finish it but it was somewhere between Norah jones and Joni Mitchell. Could be just right a chill morning. 7/10
It’s little Richard. Very much of the same over and over. But important for history. 5/10
Blues, ok but lacking standouts 6/10
Very close between four and five stars. It’s that jam style that he goes for in his album, which if you want something going in the background is awesome but not very interesting for listening focused. 8/10
Sounds ahead of its time slightly. Solid rock-pop, 7/10
Out of modern albums I enjoyed it a lot. Very nice to have on in the background. 9/10
I think it’s cool for its time and genre. 6/10
Not amazing. Almost three stars. 7/10
Great hits, solid album. 8/10
It’s a good album, but I think it’s very long and it gets repetitive. 6/10
Best R&B/Hip hop album I’ve heard I think. Goes well. 8/10
Magical. 10/10
Super cozy, great background. 8/10
First half was rough but it picked itself up. 4/10
It’s frank but not leak. 6/10
Old singer songwriter stuff. Ok. 6/10
Good start, weird second half. 6/10
It’s CCR and it’s cozy. 7/10
It was a bit too jazzy at first but then it got more cozy. 5/10
It’s like the most stereotypical rock. Not bad, nothing of notice. 5/10
If you focus, it grabs you. 7/10
Not the best but not terrible. 4/10
80s pop. 6/10
Quite generic. 6/10
3/10, not my style.
Had a hard time deciding between 3 and 4. It’s quality, but it didn’t catch me. 7/10
Was close to a 4 star at first, but it was just too long. First half was good. 6/10
7/10, Faith is so good but then there are some hits and misses
Didn’t finish entire album but it was mid-Bob Dylan. 6/10
6/10
Thought it wasn't my style but actually jammed along a bit. 6/10
Not very exciting, 4/10
Sounds like a parody. 3/10
Not popping but ok, 5/10
Actually a bit cool, 7/10
It’s not for me but I can understand that it’s well made
Not all terrific but generally good. 7/10
I like his voice and songwriting but it lacks standouts. 6/10
Some vibes, 5/10
I mean it’s good. It has hits. But I just don’t fully vibe with oasis. 7/10
Some of the music was actually good but I really didn’t like the vocals. 4/10
Stable but not special, 6/10
Many hits on one album. Good disco. 8/10
Some good songs, high quality production. But also you can see how an album was missing Paul. 7/10
“We have led zeppelin at home”. They’re actually okay, but lack in songwriting. 7/10
Obviously a very thought through album. Even though it for me lacks standouts, it’s well crafted as a whole experience. 7/10
Harry got groove! Maybe a bit generous with the 5 star but it’s close. 9/10
Herbie Hanchops! But a non-lyric album is hard to be totally my thing. 8/10
The gift was a cool concept song, but otherwise the rest of the album is a lot of noise. 4/10
Such a songwriter, 9/10
A fully electronic album I liked. However, still not something I would put on freely. 6/10
Didn’t like a lot of the lyrics, sexist. Music very mid. 3/10
A bit too much of the same, but the hits are good. 7/10
5/10
Didn’t listen to all of it but 6/10
Solid, interesting. 7/10
Ok, 6/10.
I don’t really vibe with bob, but songwriting is obviously good 6/10
Amazing album, wouldn’t have suffered by having maybe two songs less but from a full two disc album that’s amazing. 10/10
Solid live, 6/10
Very typical 80s rock, a bit fun. 5/10
Didn’t focus too much but pretty good. Maybe three star but I’m feeling generous. 7/10
I like their sound but they lack standouts here. 6/10
At first I was thinking a 9 because there are better muse albums. However, the amount of just pure great songs on this is staggering. 10/10
Non-assuming 80s pop. 5/10
90s arabic pop. Sounds unmodern and I don’t have much to compare to. 3/10
Their sound is cool and these one had some interesting songs. 7/10
Not really my style. Had some ok songs in the middle but na. 4/10
It had a good start and middle, was thinking a higher rating at first, but got very noise-based at the end. 6/10
There’s not really a song on here that I would put on, but the album in it’s whole had a very chill vibe. 7/10
Quite generic 80s songwriter pop. Cool voice, a good song but not too much more. 5/10
Lacking standouts but he can really make that guitar sound good. 7/10
They like that Hammond don’t they? 7/10
Half the album was not working but not great, 4/10
Started ok but had some weird lyrics, lacking standouts. 5/10
Noise in a bad way. 2/10
Pleasant to listen to, but the melody work was not great. Lacking standouts, 7/10
6/10. Very generic 80s chill pop
7/10. There are good songs but there is very little variation in the album
Very generic country. Like pre-stadium style. 3/10
Not great, but listenable. 4/10
I mean it isn’t bad it’s just unmodern. 4/10
Typisk 60s rockpop. 5/10
Short, live, so easy but meh. 5/10
Cozy, good background
7/10
Reggae punk are not my genres. 4/10
A bit boring on the first half. 6/10
Some good riffs and potential but too experimental second half. 6/10
Not available on Spotify.
