This was terrible. No reason to listen to this at all. So boring, I had a really hard time finishing it.

Looks like a phoney album cover for a CD you’d see on a Hemnes in the IKEA showroom. And I thought all the French electronica was bad. Do not want.

I thought the reviews calling it hold music were just being harsh. I was wrong. Each song would be great if they were like 30 seconds long. Not really the sort of music I’d listen to anyway, but especially not when it’s this boring.
Nope.
There's a listen-once EP in Melody A.M., but it doubles down on all the worst traits of chill-out genres. Here are some quiet ignorable musings, there's the watered-down funk. The range is from soundscape to aggressively background. And background music is a tricky space to operate in: Be careful and leave the jazz samples alone!

I think that there are a lot of interesting rhythms and instruments used within this album. However, the problem mainly lies with the tone of it. It’s obviously supposed to be a techno album, but it can’t pick what type of feeling it’s going for. Listening through the album will cause jumps in feeling; you’ll go from listening to a chill song to an upbeat one down to eerie without any warning. Normally I can appreciate some electronic music, but most songs on this album were grating to listen to.
The worst of two worlds. Electronic elevator songs.
