Super pleasant listen! I don't think anyone can dislike Stevie Wonder. It's good background music. But the album is soooooo long, I wouldn't be able to listen without doing something busy or else I would get bored.

Ah yes, my vibe of alt rock. This is so fun!! I knew the original band of "Alright" was an alt rock band, but didn't know it was them! While these songs are all great, none of them stood out to me.

Such a cool and unique sound, so much anguish. Every song can be interpreted differently by everyone. There are some very sweet moments like Deep Water. Singing isn't the most controlled, but contributes to their authenticity

She has a really beautiful voice, but I have never liked this genre of music because it reminds me of being one of the last kids to be dropped off by the afterschool bus everyday - something that I always hated. It was always dark and quiet with this type of music playing.

How is this only from 2002?! This album is so cool. psychedelic, indie, odyssey, experimental fusion. "Do You Realize" was the only song I really knew from them and it's so cool to hear how it fit into the rest of the album.

Although a god listen, I was slightly disappointed. I had never heard of this album so I was expecting something more 80s, and not 90s alt rock.

Very surprised this came out in the 80s. You can definitely hear their influence on future bands, as it sounds like the predecessor to nu meta and other sub genres. The instrumentals are awesome, not a fan of the vocals.

I use to listen to some of their top songs all the time, but am not a huge fan of this album as a whole. Come Out and Play and Self Esteem are awesome, but all the other songs kind of sound the same.

I knew this album was influential but this is actually my first time listening. New Order is one of my favorite new wave bands, and it's mind-blowing to learn that New Order was formed by the rest of the members of Joy Division

There are times when I feel really sad and down, not for any particular reason, but simply because of how difficult the human experience is. This album fully encapsulates those feelings.

I was expecting disco, so when the first track played I was like "oh, very cool, they are starting out slow and going to speed up." When it didn't speed up I was like wtf, this is so boring. But then started enjoying it again after realizing just how versatile they are.

Too melancholy for me. But I guess it makes sense considering how sad he must have been throughout his life.

Man, I have really slept on this band, this album slaps. I also learned something new today (i.e. Gorillaz)

This was quite an enjoyable listen! I love the low-fi vibes. Definitely sounds like an experimental album. The laughable tracks are funny and light! Sounds like a mix of commercial songs; you know those funny Old Spice/Dr. Pepper/Geico commercials etc etc. But then he pulls everything back together in songs like Lava Lamp and Jethro.

I love avant music and Nico's authenticity, but this was quite boring
