I think some of the songs would have been okay if there wasn't a constant humming/thrumming background sound in most songs. Some songs were swirly space sounds. Definitely not my style.

Seltsame Musik ... Eine sich wiederholende Aneinanderreihung von Tönen, oftmals ohne Gesang. Muss man meiner Meinung nach wirklich nicht gehört haben.

I don't usually like to say this about an artist but I'm making an exception in this case. ANYONE and I mean literally ANYONE could make this record. It took zero talent it effort to make this.
I really hated this one. Such a bore, and they slaughtered call me the breeze. Just terrible in every way.

This is the debut studio album of Spiritualized, a spin off of Spaceman 3 following their dissolution. What can be categorized as space rock, this album is minimalist and devoid of emotion or energy. This album is pretentious and boring.

I feel like Spiritualized makes the Gallagher brothers seem humble.
An hour long snoozefest. The only song having some kind of dynamics is Take Your Time, and that was an okay track. The rest just made me long for the album to end
I have never heard of this alternative band. Makes decent background music. Reminds me of that 90’s movie with Ethan Hawke and Winona Ryder “Reality Bites.”

What moron put this garbage on this list? I don't give a fiddler's fuck about this "shoegaze space rock" trash. 6 minute songs in which nothing happens except echoy boops beeps and zaps, with the odd song having reverb heavy moaned lyrics laid overtop. Fuck this garbage. Try being enthusiastic about the music you're making. My God I hate shoegaze. There's an hour of my life I'll never get back. The only song that had a hope in hell of being in any way good was Run (cover of Lynyrd Skynard's song Call Me the Breeze) but it was even awful.... Just less awful. The first half of the album was "better" than the last half simply because the songs averaged only around 3:30 - 4 minutes each, whereas the last half, they average 6 minutes plus each. No one needs 6 minutes of this horseshit. The album definately overstays its welcome at just over an hour of runtime. Overall, this album is garbage. No redeeming qualities. Just utter trash. Favourite songs: Run...i guess?!? Least favourite songs: Symphony Space, Take Your Time, Shine a Light, Sway, 200 Bars, and the rest of this shitty album. 1/5

This album was way too long for how much substance was actually on this. Having what felt like five minute interludes was rough. The album never felt like it actually started which may have been the point but it was missed on me. 2.2/10
Not impressed. The four-bar or eight-bar cells repeated over and ever might seek to create a trance-like feeling, but I simply found it boring. Sorry!

Wow - this feels like the shittiest excesses of the 1960s psychedelic era wrapped in the shittiest excesses of early 1990s production techniques. A horrible assault on the ears.

30sec into the opening song and i thought "damn, i know this album is gonna be boring." after getting halfway through it, i knew i was right.
Didn't like. Seemed more like a meditation tape than real songs.
Need to be stoned to enjoy this.
